This is a nice Marshalls I was able to go in and find exactly what I was looking for as everything was nice and organized.

Customer service was not it. Went there waiting in line and get to cashier and then he sees the red clearance tag and is like oh let me go ask someone if this is the right price, and then they proceed to take 5 minutes printing out a new tag and is like oh actually it's this price (which is $20 more expensive) when I can here them talking and they don't even know what the price of the item is, lol idk if you guys aren't making your quota or are being cheap but don't put things on clearance then! read more

This Marshalls has a great selection and great deals. The staff we have interacted with have all been friendly & professional. Most things are organized really well in their designated areas. I've gotten so many random treasures here from Nine West shoes, Hollister jackets, to Lakers tumbler cups. read more

the good part only is sometimes they have nice selections here,the bad part? even its they see it already have a very long line,the supervisor dont even bother to call for help,only 2 cashiers for a very long line. I don't remember Marshall's being so pricey (compared to Ross). The selection at this location wasn't great, their clearance section had clothing items with large visible tears/holes in them and they were still charging almost regular price for them. I did find some things for my son, a clearanced bluey toy that was open box but not missing any pieces, some pajamas, etc. I also appreciated the customer service from the cashier who told us about the return policy if any pieces were in fact missing once we got home. You can find some things if you're willing to dig and move things around, especially in their clearance section where items are just piled on top of each other. read more

This has to be the worst Marshall's I've ever been to, and I go to a lot of Marshall's. I shoukd have known by the distressed sign. I thought I was walking into a Ross . The set up, the selection everything. I felt like I wasted 15 min of my life. I Can say that i will never visit this location again. Just go to the homegoods a few stores down. I'm an extremely reasonable and patient person. I don't go anywhere in a hurry because I understand that things happen and come up, but I tried to return an item and all three people attempting to help me immediately said it couldn't be done the items all had the tags they were bought online with my TJ Maxx credit card they were in the exact same condition as they were when mailed to me perfectly packaged in the bag. I returned them because I no longer needed them because I did not have my paper receipt. They are making a fuss although the purchase order number was in my app with pictures and everything matching the description of the items a manager comes up and jokes about how they are going to give me store credit and how I'm going to spend it here anyways then he says something along the lines of "women" the staff is absolutely useless and extremely disrespectful. I said I understand and I was about to take store credit when another employee said you can't even return things here they were just extremely rude to be honest. I said it's OK. I'll come back another day thank you so much and I walked out. I didn't even shop because honestly, why would I wanna leave my money in a location with disrespectful adults. They we're so extremely bothered to do a simple return. They even took my phone out of my hands to look at my purchases on my account. Insane read more

Honestly this was a pretty nice Marshalls! The checkout line wasn't out of control, but It was also near closing. They had a decent selection of the items we were looking for, just couldn't find any curtain rods which was strange. We weren't pestered by the employees even though we were there till the last 10 minutes of them closing. Appreciated that. Would return when i'm back in town. read more

Despite negative comments, I really like this Marshall's location and have had only positive experiences while shopping at this location. Merchandise turns over quickly so there is always something new to see and prices are great. employees I have dealt with have always been friendly and helpful. I live close by so am probably in the store 2or 3 times a month. read more

This store overall is nice. The employees however are rude and need some serious training. One employee was so rude when my mom was trying to look through the bin of purses. She was the purse police apparently, She even had another employee stand guard to make sure my mom didn't look at a $16 purse. Also the cashier didn't tell my mom she needed to push a button for a receipt, when my mom asked for one, she took it out of the trash can and rudely gave it to my mom saying next time ask for it. This is during covid where sanitizer is at the entrance of the store and everyone is wearing masks, but this employee thought it was ok to give the customer something from the garbage. There was many correct ways to Handle this. Management needs to look at who's working Monday mornings around 10-11am. read more

This store is very clean and very well organized. Most of the employees greeted you as they walked by you, so that's always a plus. Every time that I've gone, the store has been busy, but the cashiers know how to keep the lines moving along. It really comes down to the customer to have their stuff ready to be scanned to pay and go along. read more

Largest Marshall's with best inventory but the employees were very unprofessional. A group of employees were huddled up and making aggressive comments to each other jokingly but the comments were so aggressive my 5 year old got scared and told me that they were fighting. When the store was about to close an employee was going around letting everyone know it was closing. 3 yr old son was having a meltdown so I told my husband and daughter to check out so I can chase my kid down. The girl came around again and said the store is closed, she looked down at a toy my son had in his hand that happened to be open and accused us of opening it. She asked us if we were buying it and I said no and she said well it looks like you opened it. It was rude. read more

She seems to always be on the back counter/back or registers when I visit. She is always dressed nice, skinny woman. Seen her price tag many items for her friends and saves it for them. I always like to occasionally check in to what deals are going on for the week. Some things are serious bargains with huge markdowns, others not so much but can still be reasonable. They seem to do a pretty good job at keeping what could easily be chaotic, fairly organized merchandise. read more

Listen up Marshalls corporate! I am a repeat customer at this store. Its so sad that a customer has to resort to Yelp to possibly catch traction with the company as I've tried to call the company and gotten the run around as all companies call centers (or whatever they are called) operate the same way. Always pretty consistently good customer service from the entry level employees. HOWEVER, this review is for the management. From what I've seen I believe her name is Angelica or Angie or whatever!!! She's repeatedly had a bad attitude towards her employees whenever I happen to see her interactions with Im assuming her lower employees! She definitely has forgotten what it's like to be new or be trained in new areas as you would think managers should be more patient and caring with their own staff but no she is so rude to them and snarky that I cant imagine anyone would enjoy working as her employees. I've seen her snap multiple times at various employees and recognized the bad management style from a mile away. I wanted to report her to corporate on multiple occasions but they seem to not care at the call center or dont pass the message. REMEMBER LADY, GOOD EMPLOYEES DONT QUIT BAD JOBS, THEY QUIT BAD MANAGERS. Treat your staff with more compassion or you'll lose your job. If customers can notice how badly your treat your employees then you need to either quit if you hate your staff so much or adjust your pissy attitude and have some empathy. read more

I am beyond PO! I went in tonight to use a gc my husband and I got from Christmas returns we did and they refused me to use it so to my husbands initials being on it. They said they have a new policy that doesn't allow people to use a gc that doesn't have the correct initials on it! I told them I can FaceTime my husband so he can show his Id and they still refused it! This corporation is a pile of crap of never heard of anything like this in my life! ***I am not that familiar with Marshalls, but this seems like a decent one; I thought they had an okay selection of decent product in their kitchen area; I am not sure about the quality and usability of a lot of their earphones/headphones, but their prices were very reasonable*** This Marshalls is located in a huge retail plaza with a Ross and a Target that has its own free parking lot. This store has an excellent selection of merchandise, however when the line is long they never call for back up. I have spoken with manager several times. Today, I wanted to purchase a bottom and top that was hung together. All pants and tips of this combo is hung in arts and normally they are priced as a set when displayed like this. Well, not at this Marshalls. Amber, the manager on duty was rude about it saying they are separates but hung in sizes together. This does not make since to me. Well Amber is always rude and this is why I will never shop at this location again. read more

This is review is for the "manager" with blue hair and jeans on today May 20th 2022 around 5:20 pm and for the supervisors who hired you. This so called manager was working by the shoe section when I politely went up to her with a shoe to ask her where I could find the other pair of that size of shoe, I politely asked her and she responded by yelling back at me saying can't you read the sign it says do not touch the shoes. Excuse me? No , Sorry I did not read your sign but continued to ask her why are you so mad I simply am just asking you where I can find the pair to this last size. I understand we all have bad days I'm also a CEO and work with customer services but it gives me nor you any right to ever offend someone by rudely responding to a client "can you not read" , someone people cannot read and is your employee duty to say sir or ma'am sorry but you cannot move those shoes from they are displayed not the way you answered. The inventory changes regularly, and the individuals that I've worked with on the floor are always willing to help. Live in Riverside but love to come to this location because of the friendly employees and always clean store.. went in tonight to grab a last minute Halloween costume and was happily helped by a kind, friendly and extremely helpful sales associate. Tried to return a luggage brought from Marshall's New York to here and was turned down. Before I drove to the store, i called and asked whether it is returnable without a receipt and was told it's okay to return it and they will issue store credit. The store manager acted like she didn't know who gave me that wrong info and she doesn't care. What a waste of time! read more

Two stars because you are bound to find good deals here, but I would initially give it one star for their customer service. I went in one evening and found a face wash that I wanted to buy but you can tell customers had already touched the product (it was a face balm cleanser) to probably test the consistency. There was a good amount that was taken off the top, I asked the manager if I can get a discount because I was planning on taking a huge portion of the top off and discarding it. A manager and I'm assuming a team lead told me she could not sell the product if it's been contaminated, she went on to state that I may purchase it for full price but could not give me a discount and that if I wouldn't purchase it she would have to take it off the floor. I didn't purchase it at the time but I ended up going the next day and guess what was returned to the floor, yup! A contaminated product, I asked the team lead about the product and a discount because I was told yesterday it was suppose to be pulled from the floor. She gave me a rude bullshit excuse that it doesn't mean it's contaminated if finger prints are all over it. Smh read more

I don't shop here often and my experience today may keep me away. I was looking for boots and as soon as I walked in, the first display was a pair of really cute Apri boots for $29.99. The stand only had white boxes of these Apri boots and the sign on top said $29.99 - silly of me to think they were $29.99. For starters, I was stuck with an unfriendly cashier who didn't bother to greet me. When the boots rang up as $39.99, I told the cashier that the sign said $29.99 and she pulled the price tag out like I was an idiot. I liked the boots enough to still buy them but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm inclined to return the boots and buy some at nearby Famous Footwear. I walked by the deceptive stand and it was such a blatant ploy to be right in the front of the store advertised as $29.99. Not a happy consumer at Marshalls. read more
