I inquired about if they had any old paper money for sale. Ernie went above and beyond the call of duty. The next day, when I got to the store, I was greeted by two polite and punctual gentlemen. They informed me that Ernie would be arriving shortly. Sure enough, a half hour later, Ernie arrived with a big stack of paper money. I was greatly impressed! I thought that there would only be a banknote or two. I ended up buying several banknotes to add to my collection and to trade with my friends for National Currency (That's what I specialize in and collect). Ernie was also very polite, fun to talk with and knowledgeable about paper money and coins. Ernie also let me leave with his industry insights and knowledge. When I arrived home, the clock no longer ran when plugged in. I called the store and was told I could receive a $35 credit on the $350 next cost of fixing the clock. The clock has sentimental value to me, however the original cost of the clock was less than $10 long ago. I recommend asking the repair price before the repair work is done. I paid the $35 and would have been satisfied if the clock continued to work, but I would not have agreed to the initial $35 repair cost if known before the 2 minute repair and I won't be returning For the next $350 repair.
