I called Monday am , they had my car picked up in barley anytime at all . When the driver arrived he only needed my key and since the car was leaking coolant didn't even have to start it up . Where do I start? My car broke down near my house on a Tuesday night, and I called around to…read moredifferent tow trucks in the area to see if they can drop my car off at the mechanic. I got in touch with J's Towing and he came to pick up my car, and asked me what was wrong with it, told him that my alternator was shot and he took one look at it, made. a few phone calls to shops in the area, and he said that he would have it back to me by end of the day. I didn't believe him at first, thinking he was just going to take the car, and it would sit in a shop for a few days. Fast forward a few hours, I got a text from him telling me that he was on his way back to my house to drop off my car. I was expecting to see my car on the truck being dropped off, but no, J drove my car from the shop, back to my house, parked it in my driveway, handed me my keys and said that it was done. I was very impressed with his customer service. He didn't have to do that, but he saw what was going on, identified the problem and offered solutions for my car. The tow itself is realitively inexpensive as well. Others charge over hundreds of dollars to tow a car, but J came in well under that. I highly recommend J's Towing. He will definitely be my go to tow truck company going forward.

Not to mention they kept saying 15 mins and it turned into 30 mins. The next day, my husband called in the morning about seeing about getting a tow truck to tow his car to the mechanic shop that is only 15-20 mins from our home. They told him they would have someone come out by 3:30. They said they would call him back. My husband never received a call back. His calls were ignored and sent straight to voicemail. Then he was told that a driver would be there in 30 mins. Well 30 mins turned into 2 1/2 hours of waiting. When he called to get the ETA of the driver he was told he was on Baltimore pike which is only 18 mins from us. Then the driver contacted us to tell us he was on another line and was on Baltimore Pike. It taken another 2 hours for the driver to get us. That's a total of 4 hours!!!!!! The car was told to the mechanic shop where the driver decided to try to leave the car in a parking ticket zone. When asked to park in the parking lot across the street which was approved by the mechanic that seem to be a slight issue. I want to say that the communication between this towing company is terrible. And I would advise people to be aware. Nothing was communicated to us from the time we were told and when it had turned into hours later. The lack of communication of the towing company when calling to get the information. My husband waited for hours to receive services! What is the point of giving a time and not communicate when it has changed?
