Hi friends, welcome to Marshalls in Westbury, Long Island. Right next to Total Wines Marshalls is an absolute must stop for my holiday shopping. Every year there are so many cool unique gifts of a selection and variety I don't see elsewhere. Only needed one thing went out with a full shopping cart. In addition to the selection of holiday gift items there are discounted name brand and designer Fashions of almost every name. This year I got really nice gift baskets for friends colleagues and family. One basket was so big I'll have difficulty carrying it in. Stuffed with olives sparkling cider, chocolates, chocolate-covered biscotti, chocolate-covered pretzels, caramel snappers, almond toffee pralines, Godiva chocolates and the ever-popular mango ginger habanero sauce. Plus about another dozen or so treats. This basket was so packed it I was concerned it would fall out all over the place when opened. At $120. it was such a great score just days before Christmas. Also bought 4 mini versions for only 20 bucks each. All stuffed with Ghirardelli chocolates, crackers, pretzels Etc. decorated and already for gift giving. Holiday gifting was never so easy. All wrapped up and ready I just put the gifts baskets in the cart.. wheeled it up to the register and after a short wait I was done. So grateful with my holiday shopping 99% complete. 6 days left. What did I forget?? And by the way.. I have to thank the staff and management of Marshalls in Westbury. The folks here really help you with all aspects of with your shopping experience. They know where everything is. And will even personally help you shop should you have the need. I wouldn't think of not shopping at Marshall's Westbury. Best time to come here is weekdays. The place is obviously more empty, the lines are shorter and easier to get help. I purchased some sneakers for work $29. The candles are always on discount so I like to stock up when I come. read more

This Marshall's is located in Westbury Plaza where the Walmart and Costco are located. The Marshall's is pretty big, with your usual array of men's, women's, and children's clothing, shoes, and accessories as well as home goods. There were a lot of pretty good suit jackets + pants combo for men here that were $80-$150, which is not bad! We saw some Calvin Klein and I even saw a Marc by Marc Jacobs mens suit. We managed to find two different NY Knicks sports jackets for $40.00 each (down from $90 MSRP) which is a pretty good deal! Lines can be long at checkout but they seem to move fast. read more

Absolutely not this place is amazing but the workers are extremely RUDE they rush you and yell at you as if your not the paying customer. I always ignore the rude custmor service from places but this is by far the worst! I feel so judged whenever i walk in they stare at you and the workers laugh at you?! The dressing room lady was yelling at said "Really your gonna get that much you cant come with that much".... 5 ITEMS!!! 5. I put some away and she said it was still to much take. I just want you to know if you want to go to a place and you never talk to staff this is your place but if your a person like me very friendly and you like to often ask a worker a question or you have to talk to them about something DO NOT COME HERE! This marshalls used to be great the store was organized and had great selection. Now i feel i could hear myself echo in here! I came here looking for a certain kind of pants where i bought at a different marshalls but when i brought those home to try on well. It didnt fit the way i wanted it to. So i thought im coming over this area to shop let me return them here.. I first anticipated not being here in awhile that it would make me all giddy and excited to think. It was going to be a worthwhile trip! The only thing i purchased that i needed in addition to my return was a pair of headpones for 7.99. I thought that was a geat deal i was sad to know i havent found my favorite pair. But these new ones willl have to do. I came with my mom and she was looking for an external phone charger... Its one where you charge this block and if you are not near an outlet and need to charge you phone you can plug it ito this device as a substitute... This i am thinking wouldve been great but they only had one that had a large charging capacity The other ones were good for one charge. This was about $25 dollars and definitely a great find.. I saw a sales associate and asked if she had more maybe in the back but she said this was all the had and did help us look for more that might have been misplaced on the rack... So maybe next time This place just needs a little TLC! read more

Every time I'm out in Westbury and cruising along Old Country Road I have a moment where I think it'd be great to stop into Marshalls. Who doesn't love Marshalls, right? Shoes, clothes, home accessories at markdown prices... But then I remember what this Marshalls is like... and I just keep driving by. Here are my top (2) reasons why I don't care for this particular Marshalls: (1) Its ALWAYS a mess. No joke- Any time I've been in this store I find about 1/2 the merchandise in the store is on the floor. Not sure if I should blame the customers or the staff but its really a disaster. Why would I want to purchase anything that's been on the floor? (2) If I am able to find something that wasn't on the floor (or at least I didn't see it on the floor) and I want to purchase it... I have to prepare myself for a ridiculously long wait at the cash register. The one time I actually scored a bunch of nice items I got into line and counted 20 customers in front of me. And I can't say that the line moves that quickly either.. I'm not sure where the next Marshalls location is in this area but if you are able to I highly recommend trying to find it. I stopped into Marshalls after buying wine next door at Total Wine Spirits. I arrived just as the store opened and had the store to myself. There were post holiday bargains everywhere. The store's inventory was a bit light but most items were marked down from their usually low prices. My first find was Crabtree and Evelyn hand cream, normally $6.99 on sale for $5.50. My next find was Bello evoo, normally $9.99 on sale for $6.50. I found two bottles of Pecksniffs hand soap, normally $4.99 on sale for $4.00. Giuseppe Giusti Balsamic vinegar was only $7.99. I love Godiva chocolate and they had bags of Masterpiece Ganache Hearts for only 3.99. My final find was Godiva Hazelnut Creme coffee for only $8.99. I can't believe how inexpensive everything was, and there wasn't another person on the line when I paid for my goods. PS, I did a price comparison versus the internet, and I spent 40% of what the e-tailer's were asking. read more

I was wondering which business would be the first to get a one-star rating from me, and this Marshalls location won with ease. In an unpleasant race to the bottom, Marshalls cheated and took a gravity-inspired nosedive. I would think that the early afternoon on a Tuesday would be a decent time to go to a store like this, but I couldn't have been more wrong. I waited in line for about 25 minutes (behind 6 or 7 other people) to buy a single shirt that I didn't even want all that much. It's as if management instructed the employees to take as much time as possible with each customer as they checked out, and to not greet people as they stepped up to the register. While I was waiting in line, I wondered if anybody there actually cared at all about the state of the place. As is typical of the Marshalls locations I have been to, disorder and chaos made themselves at home here. Sloppy displays of useless items were proudly featured between arrangements of garments that drooped sadly from their racks. I probably could have dropped dead in the underwear section and not have been found for a week by the employees. After the ordeal of having to wait for nearly a half hour, I was finally called to doom-stricken Register Number Four. When I arrived at the register, I could tell that the cashier wasn't going to greet me, so I casually said "hello," to which he muttered an unfriendly "alright" or something. After I paid, he silently passed me a crumpled, forlorn piece of paper that turned out to be my receipt. No words of thanks were exchanged, neither from him nor from me as I was done by that point. This place doesn't even really deserve the one star I gave it. I see it more as a shooting star, so it's not really a star, but rather a rock plummeting downwards at high speeds from a great distance. May a dark cloud forever hover over this location and turn people away with its foreboding presence. I hate this place and I'll never set foot in it again. read more

I've been to a few Marshall's and this by far is my least favorite. Customer service isn't that pleasant and neither are the customers that shop here. It's also always busy in this location which is a good thing on them however gets to become very crowded. The Pet section and bedding are a mess. There are certain areas which seemed to be taken care of however others, are horribly presented. They also seemed to be understaffed because I can never find any workers. I never needed assistance however I've never noticed many workers on the floor. read more

Line gets crazy on the weekends!! Marshalls is a pretty good discount store, sometimes you can find something good and then sometimes you don't. Takes some concentration to go "thru" the racks. Store is big, has a few departments. Men's is okay, wish they had more sizes. They usually have really big sizes like large or bigger. Shoe department is always a mess. Customer service is okay at check out, since there's not really anyone on the floor. Dog section is really small, I'm talking 2 shelves in the bad, would be nice if they had a larger selection. Cool gadget section, like at home exercise equipment, ear phones, and sports stuff. Lots of parking, its in a shopping complex. read more

I loveMarshall's, Home Goods, and Tj Maxx, but this location has the rudest cashiers. I asked to return an item and it wouldn't scan so I asked if he could look up the item he rolled his eyes at me and told me I need to go to the original Marshall's I made the purchase from and shoved my sheets into a bag and crossed his arms. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he just ignored me. I was so annoyed I just wanted to get out of there. Do yourself a favor and go to another location. Shopping should be fun. This place makes it aggrevating and gives me another reason to just online shop. read more

My girlfriend took me here to look for luggage which I had no clue they sold. I'm glad I came here for luggage because I found a nice set at a really good price. Besides the luggage they had a good selection of undershirts and gym apparel. Only downfall was my one and a half hour wait on line and a messy store. read more

This was my first time going into a Marshall store. I'm really impressed on how nice the store is. They have price tags that tell you their price with the original company price. Marshalls price is cheaper and affordable. They have a nice shoe section for children and adults. Most of them were boot like shoe, maybe because of the weather change. The clothes they have aren't the best. I didn't see anything that really stood out for my taste. The store also has house goods. Bedroom items, furniture, and kitchen items. They had prices which are really good compared to other places. Over all I would probably go back in for the home good stuff. I'll try again for other things when change of season ends. read more

I usually love Marshall's and tjmaxx but the customer service in the dressing rooms was awful! The woman working there in her 50s or 60s was rude for no reason. As soon as I pulled near the room, she doesn't even give eye contact and tells me to passed my cart to the side. Later she gives me a dirty look when I say I want to try on 3 pairs of shorts. I overhear her asking a co worker for the time like she hates her job. When I leave, my cart is gone , so I politely ask if anyone took a cart. Without​ making eye contact again, she said "no one moved any carts! They're all there!" I had a can of dry shampoo in mine and yea... No. I walked around and found someone who took my cart and thought it was empty. Wasn't an issue; I grabbed my shampoo and let her keep it. Bottom line: don't work in a customer facing position if you're going to be rude and short with people smh read more

This marshalls is slightly cleaner than some of the marshall's in NYC. However, the shoe department is usually just as junky. Its hard to find matching shoes and if you dont get there early it will be chaos trying to look for shoes. The home section is pretty decent and you can actually see items on shelves and not thrown all over the place. Just like any Marshalls, try and get there as early as you can so you don't have to deal with the mess once the crowd starts coming in. There is a huge parking lot and once your done you have your options to go to Costco or Walmart which is a plus. read more

Marshalls is known as a discount department store - specializing in low prices that will eventually get even lower - but that means you get a lot of people who shop at these lower price points and they are kinda unsavory - like people of Walmart. Anyway - the prices are good - but the products are ok. The selection for cooking gear was nice - but very unorganized. It wasn't really pleasant shopping there, but I'll probably be back looking for cook ware stuff as it is the same stuff sold elsewhere - just cheaper. read more

For the first time in the history of Gods green earth, not since the times of the romans, medes, and aztecs have i ever walked into a marshalls and it was organized and clean. I was impressed the looked nice, not a single piece of clothing on the ground. Im gonna keep this short i enjoyed my experience i even walked out with something nice. I was a little nervous when i saw the line becuase the lines at marshalls are always a race between waiting and watching molasses grow into adulthood. But to my amazement they cleaned house. And it was only 5 cashiers other msrshalls cant move the line with all 15 registers open i mean it makes you wonder if thhose are actual people on register or if they just took one of the manequins threw it behind the register to make it look like there trying. The pro's and con's of shopping at this Marshalls versus the one on Front Street in East Meadow.... East Meadow - Shorter lines, more organized, easier to find parking. Westbury - Bigger store, better selection, more cashiers, better prices. If you don't mind digging through piles of disorganized mess to find what you want then Westbury is the store for you. In East Meadow you won't have to search hard but theres less of chance of you actually finding something you want in your size. This is just my personal experience. read more

I went to marshals to buy a couple items met a very nice cashier name Alicia she was very pleasant very polite got good conversation going I try not to talk long due to the fact there was a line but she took her time to make sure that I had everything and everything was OK she even asked if I want it The store Credit card. I normally love going into marshalls because they have great buys on designer merchandise. But... at this particular location the woman that works in the fitting room is absolutely just a nasty woman. I come in here often and she's been nasty every single time I've tried on clothes. I understand they have to count the amount of clothes you take in but she counts mine like 5 times even if it's one dress I'm trying on and won't do it to someone behind me in line. Terrible service. I was told to leave as I was walking to the register to pay for 3 items. They told me the store was closing in 15 minutes and j had to "put back [my] items and leave the store now." I was so surprised that they would speak to a customer like that. I spoke to the manager about this huge disservice and he just opened the door for me, and told me disinterestedly, if I wanted I could go back and get it. He should've apologized and been a real leader and make things right. I have never been so mistreated at a store. I stand by what I said- terrible service. read more

I was in the store on May 2nd 2017, I was doing a return to a lady who's name I do not recall but her store number is "0048". When I went to do the return, she was very arrogant and discourteous. I was looking over the transaction to make sure I got the right amount back and she responds with "I know how to do math." I was with my son so I handed him the receipt to look it over as well to make sure, she once again replies with "I'm not stupid, you got the right amount back". After the encounter I spoke to the manager and the associate with whom I had the problem with is laughing at her register while she's looking at me. Like it had meant nothing to her. I think she needs to be retrained and it's not the only time where I've had a tense and discourteous ordeal with the woman.  If you want myself, friends and family to patronize your store, you should instruct your personnel to be more professional and courteous, not discourteous. Or else I can take my business elsewhere and not have to deal with this. read more
