I picked it up, brought it home opened it up and it did not smell clean, there there was a lot of lint and some hair. I looked and smelled like it was never touched. I took it back and would have given them the chance to redo but they insisted it would take another 2 weeks! And they claimed it was cleaned! I think this was chucked in a bundle with other filthier stuff and never inspected before returning it to the store. I told them to refund it and I would take it elsewhere. I got my refund. Now I am looking for another shirt service and cleaner. Won't go back. PS. no-one seems happy working there.

Then, she started to blame the mistake on me. After a long time of her trying to find my shirts, I notice them on the rack. They were under a different name but get this - somehow they added a short to my order that I didn't leave. So now I'm looking for a 7th shirt that was what someone wrote on my slip. I only dropped off 6 shirts. To recap. I dropped off 6 shirts. 4 of the shirts in my order when I went to pick up were not my shirts. On the slip, they had written 7 shirts. That's what they charged me for. Stuff happen but this is gross incompetence. Added the that, the employees attitude was horrible. It was bad enough she was blaming me for them losing my shirts. When I was walking out she tells me I need to have compassion for her - she is new to the job! HORRIBLE!
