The Chrysler of garage doors! Martin Garage Doors look amazing, but they perform like a run down Chrysler. Maybe it was the installation, maybe it's the parts, maybe its both. I grit my teeth and miss a (heart) beat every time I need to open the door. Tracks fall out of place, and bolts shear. My 20 year, $750 doors from Lowes perform better than my super expensive deluxe garage doors from Martin do. These are spectacularly pathetic. read more

Want to know how much you use your garage door. have it quit working. We bought our 20 year old home a year ago and our 20 year old garage door opener just quit working. In just 1 phone call I found a new one at a great price and installed in the same week. I called Martin Garage Doors in Parker and spoke with Denise. She asked me some questions and we figured out what I needed and then set the install appointment. 1 day before the installation I received an appointment confirmation email from Dawn to let me know when their installation expert would be at my house for the install. I say installation expert because form the moment Shane arrived everything went so smoothly. He took the old opener down and installed the new one without any problems at all. He then showed me how to use the New Opener and how all the remotes and key pads worked. The upgrade alone made it worth it not to mention the excellent service that I received from Denise, Dawn and Shane. Used to be great - now service is awful. I had used them for many years. I found them reliable though expensive. Recently bought a new garage pad to open the garage. It is not working and I was locked out of my home for many hours. I called a locksmith as they said they could not do any thing until the next day. The next day they refused to refund the locksmith costs or door pad and said I could send it back to the manufacturer or reprogram it. They were to send me reprogramming information and a new pad from the manufacturer and then I was to send my pad back (with no help for postage). I have not received reprogramming information or a new pad and now they do not return my calls. They also claimed they were not responsible for the door pad as they did not manufacture it ....but they sure recommended it and brought it to me form their supplier. They took no responsibility for the issue. read more

I love them. I bought my Martin Garage door and Martin Door Opener 10 years ago. They installed it and have been servicing it to this day. I highly recommend them for both install and servicing. Everytime I've called them I get nothing but, above and beyond service. They respond fast and know everything about the product they service. I would just like to say do not use Martin Garage Door for your garage needs. They do not guarantee their work. Had a problem with the garage door THEY installed and they price gouged us to just come and look at it (not even fix it). When we called to speak to them about the outrageous charge they were very rude and argumentative. Poor customer service. They will not get our business again and I would recommend you not to do business with them either, some other company deserves your business and you will to be treated better. read more

Martin Garage Door replaced my overhead garage door for $900.00 and with in a week it fell off the track bending the door in several places. I called them to reinstall the door and they charged me $100.00 service call claiming that I must of hit the garage with my vehicle thus moving the track. They "fixed" the track and the door still falls off a least once a week. This morning it fell off again snapping the pulley cables and lodging the door where I cannot open or close it (my vehcile is stuck in the garage!) and I had to take a cab to work this morning. I am calling Denver Garage Door Co. to have a new door installed. read more

Called Martin Garage Doors b/c our 10 year old door was falling apart. Sadly we had to replace it b/c it was the cheap type the home builder supplied and would have cost more to fix than replace. The replacement was scheduled for right before xmas but had to be rescheduled b/c of a snow storm (no problem). The guy showed up right on time for the install and completed it in a couple of hours. The new door is much quieter and works great so far. I also think we got a fair price compared to several other doors we checked on line. I'd call these folks again without hesitation. read more

I purchased 2 high end doors about 10 years ago. They periodically need adjustment, since my home was new and built with logs. They have been out 2-3 times in the past years. Issue, I called this year to get the doors adjusted to be told by Denise (The Owner) sorry, don't service your area any longer (Hartsel / Fairplay / Ranch of the Rockies); there is no other Martin Dealer/repair company in the area. This is the reality of a company forgetting the customers that long ago spent $$$$ (Thousands) on really good quality doors, to only be forgotten once business gets so good they won't travel to their past installs. Granted our place is a good 1.5 hours both ways, but that is what CO is, I even offered to pay more and compensate them for the additional time (offered $100/Hr for travel time). Still told, sorry, your not in our area. read more

I called Martin Doors because my garage door kept getting stuck and wouldn't go all they way down. David came to service my garage doors. He was friendly and efficient. He checked and rechecked both doors to make them quieter and run more smoothly. He even added a rope so my son was able to pull down the third garage door by himself. Great service. They installed our original opener 17 years ago and have been out for repairs. Two years ago they replaced our door after hail and wind damage. They just replaced the opener. Always on time, fast and courteous as well as reasonably priced. read more

This place is a joke. Do not use them! I had my garage door installed a 1 1/2 years ago and I have had NOTHING but problems with it. The door does not even work anymore and they told me it would be $125 for them to come and look at it and called it a "Service Call". WOW! Save your money! This is not a real business but more of a scam. read more
