My husband went to this office because he was experiencing some mild soreness and just needed a…read morequick check. Instead, he was told he had multiple major dental issues and was presented with a treatment plan involving a tooth extractions, crowns, and several other procedures totaling thousands of dollars out-of-pocket -- even after insurance. The whole experience felt rushed and very high-pressure. Before agreeing to anything, we decided to get a second opinion later that same day. The other dentist told us that his teeth were nowhere near as bad as described. He did not need any extractions or crowns -- just a deep cleaning and possibly one or two small fillings. Our total with insurance at the second office was $10, not thousands. After reading through Yelp reviews later, we noticed a lot of people mentioning that this place seems extremely profit-driven -- and that absolutely matched our experience. We understand that treatment opinions can vary, but the drastic difference here was alarming. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to anything at this office. We won't be returning.

They repeatedly lied multiple times in the course of a few minutes. Their talents would be put to far better use at MLM. In short they have NO business being in a dentist office. My hygienist was hilariously unprofessional to the point of disclosing of other patients medical history. DO NOT GO HERE! The old oasis doesn't exist anymore and that is just a crying shame

I've never felt comfortable with a dentist in all the many I've been too but he genuinely made me feel so good and heard about everything. It's such a relief having a place to trust. The rest of the staff has been nothing but kind and I cannot recommend this place enough. If you have dental anxiety, I really recommend speaking with them. They completely changed my like outlook on dental work because of how nice everyone and everything is. 10/10. They're also great about getting you in quick if needed! And quick responses to questions!

I went in to have a crown and two fillings replaced. As soon as I sat down, I felt like I was nothing more than an open mouth on an assembly line. I was given Novocaine, but before it had time to fully take effect, the dentist began drilling my tooth. During the procedure, it felt like a bolt of lightning shot through my tooth and straight to my brain. The dentist had to stop and administer another round of injections, but because everything felt so rushed, the anesthetic still didn't fully take effect until after I had already left the office. The fillings were replaced, and a temporary crown was installed. However, on my drive home, I had to turn around and go back because the filling material had not been properly smoothed. It felt like 100-grit sandpaper against my tongue. The very next day--less than 24 hours after the temporary crown was placed--it fell out while I was simply talking on the phone. Unfortunately, this happened on a Friday, when Sapphire Dental Care was closed. I called, left a voicemail explaining that my temporary crown had come out and that I needed an emergency appointment, but no one ever returned my call. Another concern was the lack of communication throughout the process. At no point were my X-rays shown to me, nor was I given an explanation or shown why a crown was necessary. I would have appreciated being included in the discussion about my treatment instead of feeling rushed through the appointment. Based on my experience, I left feeling that speed and patient volume took priority over patient care and communication. ______________________________________________________________________ Update: After posting my original review about the issues I experienced with my temporary crown, the rushed procedure, and the lack of communication, Sapphire Dental Care reached out to me later that same day. I appreciate that they took my concerns seriously and were able to get me in early Saturday morning, even though the office is normally closed on Fridays. When I arrived, they promptly brought me back and reattached my temporary crown. I appreciate their willingness to make time for me on such short notice and correct the immediate problem. The dentist also personally apologized for the issues I experienced. I truly believe he genuinely cared and was sincerely sorry for the pain, discomfort, and frustration I went through. His apology felt heartfelt, and I appreciated that he took the time to acknowledge my concerns. While I'm grateful for their responsiveness after my review, it doesn't completely change my original experience. I still believe the initial procedure felt rushed, my anesthetic wasn't given enough time to take full effect before treatment began, and I would have appreciated better communication about my treatment plan and the reason a crown was recommended. That said, I do want to give credit where it's due. Sapphire Dental Care responded quickly once they became aware of my concerns, took immediate steps to resolve the issue, and demonstrated that they were committed to making things right. Although my first visit was disappointing, I respect the way they handled the situation afterward and appreciate their efforts to restore my confidence.

Personally I always dreaded going to the dentist as my childhood dentist caused me so much trauma. I avoided both doctors and dentists like the plague. Good thing I happened to be searching Yelp and found the best reviews of this place. I arrived with so many nerves, but left there feeling so happy and grateful that I found Dr. Catalina and her staff. The staff are professional, helpful and follow all protocols to protect their patients health and safety. I come from a family background of folks in the medical field and know proper protocols for patient health and noticed each individual make the proper decisions to follow health safety and sanitation guidelines. I was impressed at how they handled each task and how Dr. Catalina herself made me feel at ease, confident and comfortable in the chair. I couldn't believe it, but yes.. now I regularly attend dental appointments and know that when I step into her office, I will be taken care of and welcomed. I feel transformed and love by Dr. Catalina and her staff. From the All-Knowing Receptionist to the Hygienist to the Boss and everyone in between! I absolutely recommend Aesthetic Dental to everyone and anyone. Subsequently and sadly, I recently lost dental insurance and the staff let me know there are affordable cash rates so I could still attend so I'll be seeing them again in a few short months. Thanks Catalina and Staff for your superior service and care!

"Oops, gum tissue is exposed" "Go next door to my friend, the Periodontist for an extraction, and implant, then I'll replace your crown" * Office Experience was even worse. And no one to return my calls!!!
