Absolutely worst people in the world. Gave an estimate, then never showed for spring cleanup, then wouldn't answer phones or text until I called from a different phone number. Then he sent somebody to give me an estimate the day the cleanup was actually supposed to happen. He and his daughter run a sht show and may be some of the worst landscaping crews I have seen. Have had a great experience with this landscape company. They do a thorough job in our HOA. In addition, this company is used for snowplowing in the community. Last winter, the job this company did with sidewalks and driveways was wonderful! The owner is available to answer questions or his daughter is able to address any concerns. Horrible disappointment. Martin came to provide me a quote for landscaping and gave a quote. He said he would start the project that Thursday, never did. then told me he's waiting for materials he ordered he would start next Monday, never did. He had his daughter call me out of no where to talk to me and he disappeared. I told her I'd like the project complete by the time I come from vacation, she said ok. Nothing was completed and when I called to see why, she said they were waiting on me. Then she said in order to order the material he needs to give a quote. ???? I thought he was waiting for material? I was given a quote and that's why he started to order the material. They wasted my time and now I need a landscaper urgently. So shameful and unprofessional. He did refer Edwardo an electrician for my fascade who has been honest, and true to his word. I'm glad I hired him for my lighting. read more

We agreed to remove 4 tree stumps and paid them. They came and only removed 3 stumps. They said we didn't agree to removing 4 and asked for more money, even though it is stated plainly in text. We then paid them a bit more to remove it. They then ghosted us for weeks. No response, blocked calls, and no partial refund. AVOID them. They will attempt to scam you as well. read more

Martine and his crew do good work but are unreliable. It is also very difficult to communicate to find out whether they can do the work I need or when they will come. This year it took weeks to get them to agree to weekly lawn service and monthly trimming. A month later they hadn't shown up. When I asked what was going on they said they were too busy and could not do the work at all. The effort it takes to engage them makes it not worth it. read more

We used Martine landscapers to do some serious tree trimmng on about 9 tall, older elms that had limbs hanging precariously over our property line and above the roof of our house. They gave us a very reasonable estimate, came on time, and did the job with complete clean-up in a very professional manner. My neighbor uses these guys for grass and spring/fall cleanups. Got their number off of the truck to get an estimate for pruning my privacy bushes. Not sure who I talked to, but they said they'd be out the next day at 8am to give an estimate. 8am the next morning rolls around and no Martine Landscaping. I get a call at 8:40 from Martine's daughter indicating that her dad won't be out since it's raining and they will be out the next morning. My response, "you don't give estimates when it rains?"
