He let her keep her blanket and stuffed animal for the procedure. After the anesthesia wore off she was feeling back to herself and zero pain the following days. I really appreciate Dr. Han and his staff. My only honest feedback was for them to check their appointments and when a staff member last talked to a patient when it comes to setting and confirming appointments since I had 2 calls that were confusing. Not only did I see Dr. Han at my scheduled time (instead of waiting 40 minutes like a lot of other doctors in the area) but he spent a total of 50 minutes with me going over my issues. He recommended another specialist in the building and even walked down with me to go see them. He kept saying "I'm very honest, not trying to be rude..." which I never felt at all - tell people what they need to know, not what they want to hear. I hope I'll be able to use Dr. Han with some of my mouth issues, after spending a little time with him I absolutely trust him.

But the credit should be mostly to Dr.Mao. At first we tried to make an appointment with Dr.Ta because of the review, but I wasn't able to, so the staff assigned us this young doctor Dr.Mao, but out of expectation, he is very caring, explains thing in details before every single step, very gentle when doing any procedures, extremely patience with elderly. Not only Dr.Mao, but also another Korean doctor who performed the procedure too. Both of them tried everything to fix the dental problems, very patiently. From this positive experience, I made myself an appointment for the very first time too. Due to the previous treatments in other dental office, I continuously having toothache every day, Dr.Mao could immediately stated the problems from just examining and some closer look at the X-ray. He adjusted something out I literally felt better, he said if it's not getting better, he will advise me something else. I like that he wasn't rushing customers to extract the tooth, do root canal, put a crown bla bla bla etc... He gave some genuine advices on how to keep enamel better or so, which other dental office would just suggest you to pay for some fluoride or dental cleaning treatment. He tried everything to fix your problems in the simplest way first before further needs in worst case scenarios! I called and left four voicemails with Gaglioti's office, indicating that I would need to reschedule, but never received a response--as always. The morning of, I finally got a text confirming my appointment was cancelled and they had received all those voicemails, but apparently couldn't be bothered to respond? Needless to say, I won't be going back to this dentist, and I don't recommend that you do either. It's really important that providers treat us with respect and dignity as patients and I don't think that Melanie or her crew is there quite yet. They got a lot of leveling up to do! For me personally, I have a thick file from my previous dentist since I was very active in my youth and had multiple injuries resulting in complicated situations (crowns, infections, root canals). For the longest time I was just barely maintaining, but ever since I started seeing Dr. Dale my pediatric health significantly improved. He simply cares about his patients and does a very good job in his workmanship and furthermore explaining how to maintain. Dr. Dale is a very honestly dentist as well which makes a huge difference when it comes to trust. Lastly, my three kids (6, 4, and 2) feel very comfortable coming for their cleanings/maintenance and they make the experience "fun" by giving them little goodie bags which they love. Definitely recommend Dr. Dale at Horizons Dental!

The office is clean with two bathrooms, TV in each room, magazines and 6 seats in the waiting room, coffee/water bar, and a small parking lot. Dr. Ivo is so honest, kind, and knowledgeable - he loves to compliment the kids, interact with them with a huge smile, communicate clear steps to them, and more! He takes his work seriously and gives clear instructions to staff to ensure a successful process. Other dental offices are interested in making more money through unneeded services, manipulate patients, have lack of intelligent staff, or have lack of emotional intelligence/communicative skills from both staff and dentists. Earlier this week, I spoke with a friend who had a tooth implant done by another dentist, and she told me it was extremely painful and that she could not do anything afterward. Naturally, I was very nervous and scared. I arrived at your office around 3:00 PM. I honestly do not remember much before the procedure because I felt both excited and anxious from what I had heard. Your assistant gently numbed the area, and then you administered three injections to my gum. I did not feel pain at all honestly, even a vaccine shot in the arm feels worse. Once I was numb, you performed the procedure. Of course, I felt some sensation, but on a scale of 1 to 10, the discomfort was only about a 4 or less. This was truly an amazing experience for a tooth implant. After everything was finished, I was still numb, but I could talk. I even told you, "Please take care of me for another 40 years. I don't want to find another dentist for the rest of my life." I also want to mention your assistant. Her calm presence, beautiful skin, genuine smile, and positive energy completely changed the situation and turned what could have been a stressful day into one of the best days, as if nothing difficult had happened at all. As I walked out, every staff member was so kind, saying goodbye and waving to me. That meant a lot. Thank you again to you, your assistant, and the entire friendly team.
