This office has been nothing short of terrific. Everyone I have dealt with is kind and gentle and brutally honest. There is lots left to do with my mouth including a periodontist visit when my insurance is reloaded in January. Due to years with a sub par dentist ( willow pass dental) I now have to continue to fix and deal with the lack of care and professionalism. Have already scheduled appointments in January. I really feel like I can trust this dentist. Just today they helped me to figure out scheduling to save me some $. Last dentist would not have done that. While nobody I know looks forward to the dentist, I am happy to have found an office I feel comfortable with.

They tried to add an upgrade cost to my crown, telling me insurance only covers a metal crown, even though a porcelain crown is covered. Total of $700 in upgrade/non covered charges. I suggest you contact your insurance company and request a copy of dental codes and copays, no matter the dentist. I have had other dentists trying to up charge and add extra non covered items.

After getting a second opinion, I learned that wasn't necessary in my case. My porcelain crown was covered by my insurance without having to pay that upgrade fee. Looking back, it felt like the focus was more on getting me to pay out of pocket than helping me complete my treatment. In any case, I trusted their recommendations, only to find out later there was a much more affordable option. If there's one thing I learned, it's to always get a second opinion. It could save you hundreds of dollars and a lot of unnecessary upfront charges from this provider. I would encourage anyone considering treatment here to get a second opinion before agreeing to expensive upgrades or paying out-of-pocket costs.

N Street called and the woman asked me if I was coming to my appointment, I told her my dog was sick and we were at Sage; she had a nasty tone " YOUR DOG IS SICK. You will need to pay a $75 cancellation fee before you can be rescheduled." Never once did she ask for receipts or even a doctor's note, she was rude and short. SHAME ON YOU, N Street. I was going to go at lunch and pay the fee and reschedule but considering I have a senior dog, and the dog that was at Sage (still has medical issues), and myself with my own medical issues, you are a horrible company for people with pets and medical problems. I even planned to spend more this year, even got an HSA to help me with all the planned procedures, with my insurance, and also out of pocket payment. Do better. Be kinder.
