Well I learned this from Daniel after my rear tires were wearing unevenly. Daniel was able to fit me into that day's appointment schedule and had me on my way in less than a hour of waiting. I received a full report on how my alignment was before and after it was adjusted. Alignment is under warrantee for 90 days but Daniel told me about the 1 and 3 year add-on to that warrantee. At either $49 or $99, it was a no brainer. I opted for the 3 year extended warrantee and will be returning every 2000 miles to get my alignment check up. I didn't want to risk it. Anyway, I take the car in for my appointment and meet Nathan. Professional, efficient, etc. He advised me that patching/plugging a tire is free which I didn't realize. Pleasant surprise! He also let me know about my tire condition for all fours and let me know what replacing two rears would cost (performance tires = replace same side/size at a time). But here's the thing, he provided the info but there wasn't an uncomfortable hard sell. He was professional and comprehensive but at no time did I feel like I was being sweated or pressured. In fact, I remember sitting there thinking, "huh, well heck maybe I'll just buy them here when the time comes!" That's solely because Nathan came at me as a professional, with expertise, a calm composed demeanor, and information (not a pitch).
