Years ago, I used One Hour Martinizing 420 South Denton Tap in Coppell. Then they lost my son's band pants. Mr. Haskin insisted I had picked up the pants, which I had not. Several weeks later, another band family found the pants, which had been accidentally put into their order. My son is 6'8", so it we knew they were his. Mr. Haskin never apologized or offered a refund, and instead was defensive about his mistake. Last month, I needed my favorite blouse cleaned quickly. I dropped it off personally with Mr. Haskin himself. He will remember, because he was wearing an Ole Miss shirt and our daughter graduated from there, so we talked about it. When my husband went to pick it up a few days later with my receipt, they could not find it. The cashier told him they could only search by the brand name of the garment, as that's how they enter things in their computer. Do you know the brand name of every garment you drop at the dry cleaners? Neither do I. After going back to the shop where I purchased it, I figured out the brand name. After several calls back and forth with the cleaners, Mr. Haskin told me the blouse had been there all along, but he had mis-spelled the brand of my blouse. When I picked up the blouse, I was charged the full $6.79 and received no apology or explanation. Sad, when the owner himself messed up the order and caused me a great deal of trouble. He could have easily made up for it by charging me nothing, but chose not to. I will never patronize this business again. read more

Attention to all. Do not use this cleaners. They are not honest and ownership doesn't care. Usually the customer is right, right!! But, not here. Not only are they the most expensive cleaners in Coppell but, I forgot something in my shirt pocket that I new was there and returned back to the cleaners not more then 15 minutes later and they tell me that there was nothing in the pockets. I know there was. It cost me $40 and is not that big a deal but, when I confronted the staff and owner, they became very defensive and started telling me all the things that they found of value and have returned them. I kinda find that hard to believe because I have pictures of the items that were in my pocket earlier that morning but was in a rush and forgot to take it out. Sad to say that honestly and integrity is not here at martinizing cleaners. You've been busted!! If you use them and are happy just be aware that what ever you happened to forget in your pockets will go to the benefit of the staff. Very sad. Haven't had any issues with lost clothing since they do all of their own cleaning in house. Only tip would be to realize that their 'Medium' starch is closer to 'Heavy.' My shirts keep coming back at stiff as a board. read more

This dry cleaner should be avoided at all costs. I have gone here for two years and have had several problems and have lost hundreds of dollars of clothes because of their poor workmanship and reckless cleaning procedures. I have wanted to like this place and have gone beyond giving them the benefit of the doubt. Today was the last straw. I needed a suit dry cleaned on a Saturday so decided to try their new location thinking things might have changed. My suit came back and the two buttons on the front had both been half melted off. When I approached the owner, Lee, he told me my buttons were faulty and shouldn't do that. Seriously? He offered to fix it, but I went down that road with him before too with a pair of dress pants. The dress pants came back with a three inch rip in the back pocket. When I complained about these, he told me that they check for rips and that they must have come in that way. I had worn them the day before and the pocket that ripped is my wallet pocket. No Lee, they weren't ripped when I brought them in. He offered to fix them so I said you can try. What came back was an absolute mess. Their was a huge, Frankenstein patch, with thread in a different color and the material bunching up below. I had to throw them out and Lee refused to compensate me for anything...not even a discount on his bill! Ridiculous. With shirts, for every five shorts you bring in, you can be guaranteed one will have buttons missing or cracked in half. Lee Haskin is a terrible small business owner in Coppell and I would be embarrassed to be part of a community given how he treats his clients. Please avoid Lee and his very poorly operated dry cleaning business. read more

My company offered them as a service for pick up/drop off dry cleaning that began yesterday. We were told that we had to fill out an order form with our credit card information on it and leave it in the drop off bag which I was hesitant to do for obvious reasons so I carefully folded the paper put all of my clothes​ on top of it and tightly​ sealed the bag. I got a call this morning stating that my credit card info was not in the bag and I must have forgotten to put it in. I told them that was impossible because I was afraid this exact thing would happen so I careully took deliberate steps and would not have forgotten to put it in the bag. I"ve been trading at this location for many years and for thousands of dollars. After putting up with a nothing-is-ever-our-fault attitude, today was the final straw. I specifically directed the owner of the establishment how I wanted a particular shirt to be dry cleaned. Previously I had carefully put the new shirt in a bag labeled 'dry clean'. I noticed when I picked it up that it had been laundered instead. I pointed this out to Lee, and when I returned today, I handed the shirt to him and said I want this dry cleaned. His comment was "I would launder this shirt". When I picked up my laundry this afternoon, he had done exactly that. It was a 100% cotton shirt from Johnston and Murphy, about $150, It now feels like a cheap import. I'm done. read more
