As someone who just moved to Tennessee, I had high expectations for BBQ... and somehow Martin's exceeded every one of them. This is, without a doubt, the best barbecue I've ever had. Every bite was packed with incredible smoky flavor, the meat was perfectly tender, and you can tell everything is made with care. The sides were just as impressive and tied the whole meal together. The restaurant itself was clean, welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home. It's the kind of place that reminds you why Tennessee is famous for BBQ. If you're anywhere near Spring Hill, do yourself a favor and stop at Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint. I can honestly say I'll be bringing every friend and family member who comes to visit. This place has officially set the bar for barbecue, and I don't see anything topping it anytime soon. Five stars without hesitation!

First time at Martin's and we had a really solid experience. The kids meals were a great deal with good portions, and the hand-cut fries were sooo good. Crispy, salty, couldn't stop eating them. Mac and cheese hit too. Only downside for me was the BBQ sauce -- a little too spicy (I'm a wimp lol) and I wish there were more options. Slaw was a bit sweet for my taste too. Food came out quick, tons of seating, super easy vibe. I'd definitely come back!

Martin's was hands down the best barbecue I've had in the area! On top of the delicious food, the staff were absolutely amazing and attentive! They had great suggestions and were so friendly. The restaurant was also very clean and had a nice atmosphere. I will definitely be coming again and look forward to it!

We came here before a Pageant to grab a quick bite to eat The service was super great and very fast. They had a lot to offer from grilled cheese to barbecued food to plate meals, and much more. They also had a large variety of drink, such as seltzers, beer, tea, lemonade, and much more Plenty of seating on the outside and inside

I'm from the Seattle so I haven't had too many good BBQ but this gotta to be one of, if not the best BBQ I've had so far. The food was amazing, the brisket was very juicy, a great cut. Turkey was not dry at all which can be hard to do, the ribs were very flavorful, the spicy sausage was fire! The pull pork was fine, but nothing spectacular in my opinion. All the sauces were great, the Mac and cheese were very good. Hushpuppies and potato chips were fresh and crispy! Service was fine, it's mostly self serve but they will bring you anything when asked since there are workers around the area. Ambiance was nice, it's has multiple locations apparently but this one was unique. Nice and clean seating. Really enjoyed this place!

Easily 1/3 of brisket order, was inedible fat.

I rely on Yelp for reviews on where/when to take my family out to dinner. I don't like leaving poor reviews, but I was really disappointed in what was served as my "to go" meal at 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon. 2lbs of pork, 2.5 lbs of brisket; and tried to order a slab of ribs. Ribs- I was told they didn't have any, and would be about 45 min to an hour before they were ready. Bummed, but no biggie. Pulled pork. I can't describe it, but it had the strange consistency of mashed potatoes/slow cooker pork shoulder. Biggest let down however, was it had exactly ZERO bark/pieces of bark. Brisket- I get the price of everything has gone up, but I would honestly say, at least 1/3 of my brisket was inedible/suoer high fat content. Good flavor for what was edible/wasnt fatty chunks. I cannot confirm, but I almost wonder, if dine-in orders. Are severed better quality selections of meat. Same amount/quantity, just better quality as to not have patrons return their meals while dining in. I didn't realize my order was so rough, until I got home, and wasn't about to drive back. Mac and Cheese, Spot on. Thankfully, my kids raved about it, and ate the entire container.

This place is a pretty solid BBQ spot. The staff is really nice, bathrooms are clean, lots and lots of seating when it's not busy, and it's overall a really chill place to eat at. The food is decent for the price and has pretty good flavor. The portions are alright for the price. We got some tasty beef brisket, the fried chicken sandwich, and a few other dishes not pictured. The chicken sandwich was three chicken strips on a bun, this was kinda disappointing and it was dry. No sauce or coleslaw so it was DRY. The fries were good. The beef brisket platter was decent and the flavor was tasty. It's a pretty good place to eat as a family. I couldn't give this place 5 stars because of the chicken sandwich. It lacked too much to give a 5 star review and it was just way too dry. Overall, a good restaurant and would be back.

There was a large strategy decision made at the order counter - when they DO have ribs available you may as well buy the big order! If you order this one curbside, it may flip over the car like Fred Flintstone. Kidding aside this is our favorite thing at Martins. As a couple it covers us for 2 meals. No dry rub for us! We like the sticky version. Recommended!.

Smoked chicken, Mac and cheese and baked beans

The smoked chicken was fabulous. The decor is fun, lots of old retro signs. You order at the counter and minutes later the food was delivered. They served 2 piece of just plain bread which was odd.

How many years have I dined here? It's been years but so weird that I didn't write any reviews about my favorite BBQ joint. Let's talk about chain restaurants! It is hard to find a place that you will feel welcomed every time you visit even though it is at a different location. Martin's has that exceptional service experience and a consistency in food quality and taste. That's impressive. I can be sure that I will get a perfect ribs and smoked wings that will be juicy anytime I go. Even at peak hours, they didn't mess up any order of our group. My husband and I went there 1.5 hrs before closing and the food was fresh and tasty. Tables were clean. BBQ sauce bottles weren't sticky or gross looking. TWO THUMBS UP!

I confess I was wholly unprepared for the pleasure that followed. The tikka masala proved exceedingly fine indeed, among the most commendable I have had the pleasure of tasting within Tennessee. The service, too, deserves remark; a lady of admirable composure and attentiveness guided our selections with both discernment and courtesy, greatly enhancing our satisfaction. What began as a mere convenience has revealed itself to be a discovery of genuine merit. Should one find oneself in Spring Hill, I would consider a visit here not merely agreeable, but advisable.

We were treated like Maharaja's. The only thing missing was that we weren't fanned with palm fronds. But the beer kept us cool. It's a good thing too. If you're not careful, the food can get quite spicy! I started with a corn soup. It was interesting, and flavorful. Too bad their menu didn't have my favorite, Mulligatawny. That's OK though, my son-in-law brought me 8 cans from England. So I'm good for a couple of weeks. Their Naan is good and garlicky, and great to help cool down the heat a bit. No, we weren't fanned with it. It was used for dipping purposes. Our main dishes were deliciously spiced, and were quite efficient at filling the void. Also too at appeasing the exotic taste buds. Would I go back to Aha again? Yes. Would I venture deeper into their extensive menu? Yes! I say uh huh to Aha. Quick Tip: If this will be your first vist to Aha, start with mild heat and work yourself up. They'll gladly bring you increasingly more potent, to the point where you'll be risking becoming impotent!

The hot and sour soup, a staple of all of my orders, has completely lost its pleasant bit of heat, is entirely bland and flavorless, and even worse, it's gotten so thick and gelatinous that it's unpleasant to slurp. I will give them credit for continuing to pack the to go box as tightly as possible, so you're really getting a lot of chicken. Only a piece or two of broccoli, so, if you're looking for a chicken and veg combo, I'd recommend adding a side of steamed broccoli. Sesame chicken wasn't too bathed in the sauce and it had just the right amount of crunch. The fried rice, in my opinion, could use more seasoning but other than that, the combination hit the spot. My only gripe was with the Hot & Sour Soup. It was lacking in flavor and it was oddly sweet. It was missing the vinegar flavor that I'm so used to. Can't complain though since the entire meal was less than $10. Service was also very nice as well.
