Martin has come to my aid twice this year. My water heater wasn't working and he determined it was the circuit board. He offered me a used circuit board that he would guarantee at half the price of a new one. Then my refrigerator quit. He had to take it out and basically replace everything that makes it work. Martin helped me diagnose a propane leak. After listening to the symptoms I described, he suggested it may be the extend-a-stay hose from the 5-gallon portable tank to the main onboard propane tank. Sure enough, the rubber o-ring on the end of the extend-a-stay was split in two allowing propane to escape into the air. Thank you, Martin, your expertise is greatly appreciated! read more

Wintering in Yuma for our first time our RV fridge overheated and caught fire last week. After smothering the fire but with sensors still blaring we found Martin's company ad in the local white sheets. So glad we did. He came out immediately and his knowledge of the problem made us know we chose the right man. Apparently there was a safety recall required which we as second owners were not aware of. We had a leak around the drain in our travel trailer sink. Asked the receptionist at our RV park for a recommendation & she gave us Martin's card. Martin answered the phone when I called, asked a few questions about our issue, said he was free at that time & was here within 30 minutes. He worked for about an hour & repaired the drains on both sides of the double sink. He put everything back the way he found it & left NO mess. I feel like his price was fair & he told me he guarantees his work. He said he can't always respond that quickly, we just happened to catch him at a good time. Martin is the guy you hope you get when you call for RV repair! Upon arriving in Yuma on a hot Sunday afternoon, I plugged into the power pole and promptly tripped the breaker. The pole was checked and determined to be fine, and a bit of amateur troubleshooting provided no answers or results. Knowing no RV repair places or techs in Yuma, I checked the internet and after reading positive reviews, gave Martin's Mobile RV Service a call (928-305-6564, www.MartinsMobileRV.com). I honestly didn't expect to hear back until Monday, but Martin texted that afternoon that he would call the following morning, which he did. He had 4 jobs scheduled that day, but said he'd come after his last job. A short while later, Martin called to say he'd had a cancellation and could come and look at my motorhome in a few minutes which was great! The problem turned out to be a fried Progressive EMS. A call to tech support at Progressive confirmed that the EMS was under warranty and would be replaced. Martin then did a work around so that I would have electricity in the meantime. When the new EMS finally arrived on a Friday afternoon, Martin came to install it on Saturday morning. An issue on Progressive's end required another call to 24/7 tech support, however no one was available and I had to leave a voice mail. Martin had had the foresight to take a photo of the installed EMS so when tech support finally called him (approximately an hour later), he was able to talk to the Progressive tech about the adjustment required while seeing exactly where it needed to be made. When he returned, the calibration was done quickly and the unit began working! I'd like to note that the need for calibration did not appear in the installation instructions. I can't say enough good things about Martin. He is responsive, punctual, knowledgeable, professional, fair, and a genuinely nice guy - plus my install looks much better than the original! I have already recommended him to the Lazy Daze Owners group, and wanted to add my review to help others that may find themselves in need of RV repair in Yuma. read more
