    The engine light went on! And since I needed an oil change, I took my 2015 Dodge Dart in. It has 169,416 miles. So I had them diagnose what was wrong. $195.00. They called later that day and said it was my oil pressure sensor, $514.31 (52.65 in additional fees). I went on YouTube and it takes about 1-1.5 hrs. The part is 50-75 bucks. I said no. They said my lower radiator hose is leaking. I asked if my car needed any coolant. They said no. I had them do a coolant flush at 163,321 mi. Just over 3 years ago. I haven't added a drop of coolant since. Hmmm. Cost to replace hose; $495.97 + tax + additional stuff. And, the coolant flush they also recommend is; $204.13. Now, since my last flush, no not that kind! It has been only 6,095 mi. Hmmmm! Welcome to Trump's America! This is affordability?

    I made a trip down to Chapman Dodge Service Dept to have a set of running boards put on my 2026 Ram 1500 Warlock. I bought the truck there (ask for Noah if you want a great purchasing experience) as well as the running boards from the Parts Dept. My Service Writer was Shellie. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She set my appointment up and once there, kept me informed of the progress. It's always nice to be treated as if your business is genuinely appreciated. I highly recommend Chapman Dodge for all of your vehicle needs. Yes, I'm sure there are cheaper places, but quality of service does carry a value. I will definitely be back for all my service needs.

The truck is nice but it's eight years old and probably $10000 - $15000 too much. He didn't even act like there was room for negotiation. The salesman said that the cheapest truck they had was a 2014 F-150 for $26000. I know they do sell vehicles but I have to wonder how they stay in business when you are a small used dealer that asks new retail prices for your inventory. As of time and date the economy and new and used car market is a buyers market and I am wondering what is going on with this place. Used car lots, tire shops (llanteras) restaurants and bars are good for certain types of activity and I have to wonder. The truck is nice but you would have to be a fool to pay $12000 - $15000 over market, I don't usually take the time to comment on anything. They have nice vehicles but I don't see how they stay in business. People are tired of being exploited and expected to have a $1000 a month car note on a used vehicle. This is an eight year old truck with damage and the last thing is that they don't have any prices on their vehicles, and not even on their website. A very questionable practice.

    I cannot say enough amazing things about Kara Vervair, Vehicle Rental Specialist at Alexander…read moreToyota Yuma. I was completely stranded in Yuma after my engine blew in Quartzsite, AZ. I had my pitbull with me, and no one would rent me a car--or even let me inside--because of my dog. I had to tow my own car using a U-Haul just to make it to Yuma, and Hyundai (right next door) couldn't help either due to distance policies. Kara was the only person who stepped up. She worked with Hyundai while they called around trying to help me, and when nothing else worked, Kara went above and beyond anything I've ever experienced in customer service. I didn't even know how I was going to return the U-Haul and get back before she got off work--so Kara stayed late, came and picked me and my dog up herself from the U-Haul location. My phone was dying, it was getting dark, and I was terrified. She made sure I wasn't alone. She got me into a 2025 minivan (the only thing available) just to make sure I was safe and able to get home. She walked me through roadside assistance, checked on my safety, and genuinely cared that I made it back to Tucson okay. I cried. I hugged her. And I will never forget her kindness. Kara is a truly beautiful, compassionate human being. She treated me like a person--not a problem. She is an angel, and I don't say that lightly. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her that day. Thank you so much, Kara, for everything you did--for the things I can put into words and the things I can't.     Service dept scams at their finest. Took my car in for a recall and system update as my remote…read moreconnect - a paid service - was not working on my 2020 RAV4. The lady took my phone and tried to figure out if there was anything wrong with my phone as to why the remote connect was not working. I told her it needed a system update on my car - that's exactly what the customer service with remote connect told me. Later I get a call saying they think they know why it's not working and they need to do a 1hr diagnostic. To which I agreed thinking it was something other than the update that I originally asked for. When they call me to let me know it's done, I go in to get my car and they tell me it's a $200 bill. For what? The lady comes out and says it's for the labor for diagnostic. But then she said that it needed a system update and it cleared everything that was wrong. Well didn't I come in specifically for an update? Like what the hell are you talking about? So they made me pay for one hour of "labor" for them to essentially do what I told them needed to be done. A one hour diagnosis was completely unnecessary. 1) She didn't tell me there was going to be a charge and 2) why wouldn't you do the update first because that's what I went in for? And then if it didn't work run the diagnostic. Scammers.

    I wish I could give zero stars. I brought my 2019 Kia Soul in for an oil change, tire alignment,…read moreand full inspection before a road trip. I was told everything looked good, my car broke down on the trip anyway. The diagnosis changed three times throughout this ordeal: first the ignition coil, then all the fuel injectors, and finally the catalytic converter and O2 sensors, while my original symptoms stayed the same the entire time. After two weeks of silence, I called myself and was told the car was ready and staff had "been trying to contact me," no missed calls, no voicemails. I was rushed through paperwork and pressured to pay over $1,600. Immediately in the parking lot, the same burning smell and shaking that I noted to the service tech were still there. Isaac, the service tech, denied smelling anything at first, then after my friend confirmed it, it was suddenly "normal after injector replacement." Also my gas tank was nearly drained on pickup, and the check engine light came on on my way home. I brought the car back the same day and asked to escalate to the manager, JB. It took two full days to hear back. The following week I called three separate times for updates -- none of those messages were ever passed on to Isaac or JB or documented at all . On top of everything, the catalytic converter order hadn't even been submitted until over a week after the issue was identified. I also requested to keep my original catalytic converter after the replacement and was denied without any prior notice of that policy. I was without my car for over a month. I have exclusively serviced my vehicle at Kia, there is no excuse for this level of disorganization and disregard.
