Immediately we noticed "Sum Ting Wong and Wi Tu Lo" when connecting the trailer to my truck's tow hitch. It was obvious we needed a drawbar with an alternate drop. I asked Carolos Martinez if he could assist and his performance was legendary. He first walked outside with us and sized up the trailer. THEN HE FITTED the suggested drawbar to insure the appropriate fit ALL WITH A SMILE! What really blew us away, was Carlos didn't simply stop at making a product recommendation. He took the lead to help me disconnect the safety chains, and removed the old drawbar himself. Then after installing the new drawbar he took his time, stepping back to view if the trailer sat at the proper attitude. THIS GENTLEMAN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! The lady took my phone and tried to figure out if there was anything wrong with my phone as to why the remote connect was not working. I told her it needed a system update on my car - that's exactly what the customer service with remote connect told me. Later I get a call saying they think they know why it's not working and they need to do a 1hr diagnostic. To which I agreed thinking it was something other than the update that I originally asked for. When they call me to let me know it's done, I go in to get my car and they tell me it's a $200 bill. For what? The lady comes out and says it's for the labor for diagnostic. But then she said that it needed a system update and it cleared everything that was wrong. Well didn't I come in specifically for an update? Like what the hell are you talking about? So they made me pay for one hour of "labor" for them to essentially do what I told them needed to be done. A one hour diagnosis was completely unnecessary. 1) She didn't tell me there was going to be a charge and 2) why wouldn't you do the update first because that's what I went in for? And then if it didn't work run the diagnostic. Scammers.

I waited at that sign for a while and started to think "the sign does not say 'wait here' or 'stop' so therefore I pulled behind the car getting the air checked. The employee made the automatic assumption that I was simply behind the other car because of some other reason than the sign not specifically saying "wait here". He told me very violently if I could wait behind the sign and because of the way he said it I told him the sign does NOT say "wait here" or "stop". He said "I can't have you blocking the bays" and I continued to say "the sign should say 'wait here' or 'stop' and he was just like "yeah okay". I was implying that I did not come behind the other car because im a rude bitch that can not wait. But he was treating me like that so I was explaining that there was no way in hell that I knew to wait there. All the sign says is "scan to check in" it does NOT SAY "WAIT HERE". IT does not say it I was there for a while assuming I wait there but when the while went for a long time I decided that maybe I am doing the wrong thing. The sign does not say "wait here" or "stop" customers do NOT specifically know to actually wait there, its only a GUESS to us. And when I told him this, his attitude and the way he spoke to me did NOT change. if your going to CHARGE AT customers that dont wait behind the ambiguous sign by making the correct guess then maybe you should have the sign say "wait here" or "stop" instead of expecting customers to read minds and then getting mad when they dont read minds correctly. He did not at all understand from anyone else's perspective than his own. And even if the sign said "wait here" or "stop" he STILL should not have CHARGED AT MY CAR and spoke to me in an aggressive manner that sounded like he was going to start a fight with me for making a mistake. Whomever was working there yesterday for the air check needs to not treat customers in such a way that is so rude the customer thinks the employee is trying to start a fight. If your employees are going to possibly take it so personally when customers do not wait in the correct area for an air check then this location definitely needs to add to the sign "wait here" or "stop" not just "check in" . Either fire the employee or put the correct words on the sign so that this guy doesn't try to start fights. He literally, his tone and body language was very aggressive and no one should be experiencing that just because of making a misunderstooding, yet its not my fault the sign is completely and totally missing what the aircheck employee is assuming the customer will just magically know. No one told me to wait there or stop, the sign did not specify it at all. Did I really make a mistake or is this location in need of proper communication skills training? Because after I drive to the wrong area, he tells me to go to the sign, I say "it did not say wait there" then he says "you can't block my bays" which is totally understandable and agreeable but I also informed him that "the sign should say "wait here" and he still did not make the connection. The connection he should have made is that after he said "I can't cars blocking the bay" thats even more validity to having the sign say "wait here" - you know so that customers are actually told in the first place to wait there instead of getting charged and yelled at when they dont. His body language was very AGRESSIVE when he CHARGED at my car like he was going to start a fight which clearly signifys he's operating from his amygdala not his pre-frontal cortex which could have been activated by the heat, so either theres something wrong with this employee or the management should not be having them do air checks like the other discount tire about 15 min from this one due to excussive heat. They should be in the shade and given proper hydration maybe to avoid this. Needless to say I left this location because of his attitude.

He will be replacing the transmission in it in the coming weeks. He is likely to show up a bit early, leave your car cleaner than he found it, and will definitely bring up any safety concerns he found while he had it.

***Fraudulent unsafe work that resulted in my car getting totaled a year later***…read more February 24, 2025 I got rear ended at a red light on my way to work. The other driver was uninsured. I took my car to a Geico partnered body shop, Grigg's Auto Body, because Geico offers a lifetime warranty if the repairs are not satisfactory. The original estimate was 1-month of work and $6k of damage. I argued with the Geico Adjuster, Rudy, that my car should be totaled because my c-pillar was buckled--indicating extensive damage. I was surprised Geico didn't want to total my car at that time. Once my car was at Grigg's, it went from 1-month repairs to two months and my car still wasn't finished being worked on by Grigg's. I reached the maximum amount that Geico would pay for my rental car so I paid a month out of pocket for my rental car that totaled to $1,300. On April 24, 2025 I told Grigg's and Rudy the adjuster I can't keep paying for the rental car and asked what else needed to be done to my car. Grigg's then said, "oh well it's drivable, we are just missing the Subaru and STI badges on the back." They also installed a not working back up light (some of the LEDs weren't working) and they misplaced a floor mat of mine. So I took pictures of everything reported that to them and Grigg's promised to order those items. However, David at Grigg's tried to argue they don't need to give me a working 4th brake light/reverse light because it was aftermarket and tried to claim that insurance wouldn't cover that when they already installed an aftermarket exhaust that was previously on there. I asked if my car had an alignment done yet and they said no, and stated they would meet me at an alignment shop (Ed Whitehead's was what was suggested by Grigg's) and they would bring a check and pay for it. That never happened. Two more months go by, June 2025, and I reach out asking for those missing items. Grigg's scheduled an appointment with me on June 19th at 9am. I dropped off my car then and six hours later I call back about an update. "Oh I've been trying to call you, my dad ordered the wrong light and we don't have the floor mats yet." Four months of trying to get my car fixed and finished. I called Geico and expressed how upset I was. I threatened a lawyer then and suddenly things were expedited shipping and I asked for photo proof before dropping my car off again. The following week my car mysteriously had zero oil in it which triggered the check engine light and several codes. I got an oil change prior to the accident and regularly check it. It had oil before the accident occurred and my car was only in the hands of Grigg's body shop. I had not taken it to any other shop afterwards at this point. When I brought this to Grigg's attention they only said, "Omgg okay Don't worry good thing you caught it haha." After I put oil in my car it never had another issue since. I do not trust Grigg's Auto Body. On July 1, 2025 Grigg's completed the final missing/broken items, but I refused to let them drive my car to an alignment shop at this point. Fast forward: On November 11, I was driving at night and was passing a tracker trailer when I came upon a huge blown out tire crossing the left lane into the right lane. I swerved left as much as I could without going off the road and it hit my front end cracking the front right bumper. I submitted the claim online and noticed Grigg's was still on Geico's site, but went to with their other partnered body shop called Gerber Collision. Gerber offered to check the work of the old body shop and I agreed because I was unhappy with the trunk bouncing back up when I attempted to close it indicating it wasn't aligned properly and the noise level from the exhaust and rain noise was much louder; almost like there was a hole or something wasn't patched properly. Gerber Collision found fraudulent work done by Grigg's. Grigg's stated in the invoice that they ordered a new metal trunk bed and welded that on. It was still the original damaged one they smoothed out and put bondo over it. Several spots of rusting already occurred and water was standing in the base of my trunk. Gerber Collision also found that Grigg's left a hammer wedged in between metal work under my car. Grigg's only paid for my rental car from April 2025. I still haven't received payment for the newest rental car that I had when Gerber discovered fraudulent and unsafe work done by Grigg's. My car was deemed a total loss by Geico on January 25, 2026 after driving with unsafe work for 10 months. Geico stated Grigg's will be paying them back for the fraudulent work. However, I'm the one who lost my dream car that Subaru does not produce anymore (2020 STI). I was promised a lifetime warranty for the repairs and if the repairs would've been done correctly the first time I would still have my car and not waste money on rental and buying another car.

We were traveling through Yuma to go to the Sand Dunes the day before Thanksgiving when our 2014 Ram 2500 had mechanical issues. We were aways out of Yuma when the truck broke down so we had to wait a while for a tow. We call this dealerships service to let them know we were coming and to find out their hours for the day. It turned out the tow took hours longer than anticipated. While we were waiting by the side of the road, Scott, the service rep we had spoken to, called us twice to check on us, and make sure our the tow company our insurance had arranged was on its way. By the time we arrived it was 10 minutes past closing time, on the day before Thanksgiving, but Scott and the mechanic Manny were waiting on us. They looked at the truck right away and were able to diagnose it within minutes. They did not have the parts in stock or they would have stayed and repaired it that night!! Unbelievable!! In this day and age, for these "corporate" men to go so far above and beyond for a customer just traveling through, and the day before a holiday! For Scott to actually find our phone number back through the caller ID, and give us a call when we hadn't arrived when expected, and for them to stay late to help us is amazing! And then on top of it all, they had the truck fixed and ready to go when they said they would. Kind, reliable and competent , it can't get any better! read more

Chapman Dodge did an excellent job. I had just got into town late afternoon on Saturday and had found out I was going to need to buy a car. So I have bought all my cars from this dealer. So I stopped by knowing I only had so much time before they closed to do this. So I met up with Jesus Medivil and he started showing me everything they had. I was looking for a used car low priced. Test drove a few cars and Jesus knew everything about every one of these cars. So eventually I had decided what to try to make the deal with. Between Jesus the finance manager they came up with deal I wanted payment and down payment. So I took it. Even though they were officially closed they stayed to get this done for me. Also Romeo the guy that did all the paperwork for me did a great job also explained everything and took care of me. I went in with my fiancé just to get his tires filled. I left with a brand new 2015 Jeep Wrangler sport. It was souped up and sitting high with some nice tires. Yeah I can't believe it either for the price it cost ! We saw a jeep on display but we knew we couldn't afford it and that's when Isaac Yeomans approached us and said he had one outside for an amazing price. I test drove it, I fell in love, But I just knew I couldn't afford jeep payments. I called them and talked to service multiple times this week about my trucks issue. They transferred me to a service advisor every time only to get a voice mail. I left a message. Not once did I ever get a call back. I then called the service department back and told the receptionist no one was returning my calls. She took my I formation and ensure me someone would return my call at the end of the day. That was monday. No call came so I called back yesterday. Same story and again no call back. Turns…read moreout Ford finally did the right thing and issued a general recall on the AC for those trucks that came out of the Kentucky plant that are failing left and right. Mine would have been covered under warranty anyway, but the service writer said there was an actual recall on it. I'll look it up of course. GRUDGINGLY - I am updating the service department to 4 stars. Grudgingly. I got my truck fixed a couple days faster than I expected (was without it almost two weeks), but I DID NOT get the same service as other Ford customers. The dealership over all is still at best a 3. The tires looked extra black when they brought it out to me. I thought, "Cool they washed it." NO THEY DID NOT. For some reason they oiled the sides of my tires. Hours later they looked the same, and when I brushed my hand over it I drew back with an oil residue on my fingers. Like I said I only upgraded them grudgingly. UPDATED Sept 10th 2025 - No news. No loaner. No star. UPDATED September 9th 2025 - I'm not ready to give them back a star just yet, but I feel a little better today after finally speaking with the service writer. This is one of the trucks that came out of the Kentuckey truck plant with a bad AC compressor. They are replacing it. They also said, they are going to try to get me a loaner vehicle by tomorrow. I did have a conversation with Ford at a higher level just trying to ask when I would hear something about my truck. I expect they may have got some word of that. I won't read to much into it, but my AC compressor and a lot of other AC parts will get replaced under warranty. Original September 8th 2025 - So far still just three stars, but I am still open for upgrading them. BACKGROUND: I just had the first oil change (3500 miles elsewhere) last week, but the first recommended dealer service at 10,000 miles isn't due yet. The air conditioning is failing. It just stops periodically. It's gotten worse over the last week, and I tested it today in my driveway. After 20 minutes in the driveway it never started blowing cold air, so I headed for the dealership. Of course on the way to the dealership it started working again. I stood there at the counter for a few minutes with no other customers waiting while four (4) service writers did other things. One was on the phone, 2 ignored me, and finally a 3rd asked if he could help. He listened and asked me to leave the truck, so maybe he believed me. Maybe they won't just start it up feel cold air, and call me to come get my truck claiming there is nothing wrong with it. I expected a loaner. None available. I was surprised because everybody I've spoken with who dropped off a warranty repair truck there said they got a loaner. I guess my surprise showed because the service writer stopped whatever he started to stay and started telling me how they haven't had any loaners available for a week. If that's true it should tell you how many Fords trucks are in for warranty repairs. So far nothing that would make me downgrade my opinion of the dealership, but nothing to make me upgrade it either. I'm open to being pleasantly surprised, but I left kinda wishing I'd taken a day off and driven to Buckeye or Phoenix with or without air conditioning. We shall see how it goes. I'll be honest. If they fix the problem without petty (or major) issues I'll upgrade them a star, but I don't think I can upgrade them two stars as things are.

I went it with a problem and came out with an even worse problem. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They told me there was nothing they could do as I was the one who requested the part. I asked if they detected anything else wrong with the car they said no that it was in fact the cv axle. I believe they did a hack job, and it had never even been fixed. BAD BUSINESS DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE !!!!

For my older car (1966), I take it out to their Foothills shop where the mechanics know how to fix it correctly. No where to plug-in a computer and get a read out. Friends and acquaintances ask about auto repair or towing; there is only one place that gets recommended. Have used Accurate Automotive Attention for over 25 years and have never been let down. Since we visit Yuma and AZ a lot, Alexander Ford will be our service department as long as we have our class B RV (van), which is exactly the same as any other high-end Ford Transit chasiss.
