My experience was okay overall, but I'm not sure I would return. The food came out very quickly, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is located in a nice, spacious area with several other food options nearby, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. The ramen broth was flavorful and delicious, and the presentation was appealing. However, I found the amount of protein in the bowl a bit underwhelming. I also wasn't a fan of the ika karaage, as it seemed slightly undercooked *not pictured unfortunately*. Overall, there were some positives, especially the service and broth, but the food didn't quite stand out enough for me to want to come back.

So glad there's a really excellent ramen spot in Dublin (just two quick freeway exits from our house) now. So far we've been here twice and both times it was very good. Yes, you're going to wait, but Pro tip- you can place yourself in line via Yelp before you arrive to shorten that wait. All in all the line moves quickly and the turnover is relatively quick. I've tried both the Tonkatsu and Chicken Paitan DX ramens, both were excellent- the chicken paitan dx comes with a whole soy grilled chicken leg and thigh as well, so be hungry if you're ordering that one. You can choose your spice level, I went spicy both times, next time I'll probably go spiciest, but even spicy wasn't like melt your sinuses and destroy your palate hot. My only quibble is the eggs which I prefer halved and super jammy, but that's minor when the broth and noodles are hitting at this level. Appetizers- we tried the gyoza which was great, and then also the chicken karaage which was fine but I would not order again, nothing really against it, but for me it was very mid. Also have to mention the kids menu. Absolute fire- I think it was maybe $10 or $15 and it was so much food plus a token I could bribe my granddaughter to be good with so she could get a toy out of the vending machine as we left. If you picture a higher end ramen spot- you've pretty much captured exactly what the dining area looks like. One particular touch is the bowls, maybe I'm a ceramics nerd, but they're substantial and feel handmade. Finally, service was quick and competent, not overly friendly, but plenty attentive.

I recommend adding yourself to the yelp waitlist before you drive over to the establishment. Once I arrived and was seated, I asked a lot of questions about the menu and asked the waiter to give an overview about the menu. They gave a great overview on what the specialties are and the style of ramen. They also detailed the drink options. It felt very lively and bustling. I sat at the bar style seating (there must be a better name for that). I got the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen. The chashu was very tasty; it tasted light but hearty. Overall the ramen was very balanced and hearty and a perfect single person meal in terms of proportion. I believe this is the best ramen spot in the trivalley possibly.

Great to see that they opened in Dublin. Don't forget to join Yelp waitlist before heading over, it can save you a significant amount of waiting time. Despite how busy the restaurant gets, they run a very efficient operation. Service was friendly, attentive, and impressively fast from start to finish. Our food arrived quickly, and the staff did a great job keeping everything moving without making the experience feel rushed. The standout for me was the wagyu mazesoba. The brothless noodle dish was packed with flavor, rich and savory without being overly heavy. The noodles had the perfect texture and held up well against the sauce. We also ordered the squid appetizer, which was cooked nicely and great for sharing. Definitely worth checking out, can't wait for my next visit.

Thanks for opening a branch for trivalley residents. We enjoyed our dinner. Ordered. Karage chicken and saporo. Kids menu is perfect for kids over 2. Our kid loves the ramen including the broth. The broccoli needed little bit more cooking. It a new place so plenty of parking and mid week worked perfect. The tantanmen was as delicious as always. It's a comparatively bigger setting than Oakland but smaller than Redwood City. Looking forward to more visits.

If not for the Yelp waitlist, we probably would not have come here. We've walked past before soon after they opened but weren't willing to stand in the crowded line for this. With the Yelp waitlist, we were able to time our arrival and be seated with only a brief wait. We had appetizers of gyoza and chicken karaage. Both were quite good. The ramen was very good as well. We ordered the extra noodles for my teenage son which was definitely the right move.

I went here on a Saturday evening and the wait time was about 45-50 minutes. So heads-up whenever you want to go to Marufuku ramen, make sure you have a reservation. The wait staff was kind, understanding and patient enough to know people have been waiting outside for long. The service is quick once you are seated. I had the edamame and vegetable ramen. The edamame came with a sprinkle of salt and that added to the taste The vegetable ramen had loads of toppings and additionally I got mushrooms and tofu. The broth was spicy and the green noodles had bright color. Visually it's a treat. The tofu is big and chunky. Overall liked the food and the staff - will be back

Excellent ramen. We ordered vegan ramen. We went with spinach noodles as the base and several healthy topings including bean sprouts, tofu etc., The food came with few creative sauces as well. The tofu was so well made with ginger flavor. The greens were also pretty fresh. With such fine ingredients for the base taken care already, we would like to see more elaborate vegan menu. That would make us repeat our visits to this place Good stuff!

We've been to the Oakland restaurant many times the past couple years, and it's nice to not have to drive to Oakland. This Dublin location has better parking, safer neighborhood, the restaurant itself is more spacious and inviting. Excellent job with the decision on opening here! It's not my favorite Ramen restaurant, but definitely my top choice, especially considering the limited options in the Bay Area. It was our first time trying to curry Wagyu. The flavors were good, but the meat to rice and sauce ratio was really off. I feel like they could definitely charge more and give more meat, considering how much sauce was given. I also appreciate the yelp waitlist very much. I added my name on the waitlist before I left the house and when we got there, we only had to wait about 10 minutes or less. And when we left the restaurant, it looked like there were a lot of people outside waiting. So don't forget to take advantage of the waitlist!

Wow, the ramen here is 10/10. It is packed with flavor they give you a lot for the price and the waiters are very knowledgeable about each different kind of ramen on the menu. The edamame and wagyu were also delicious. I will say that, unless you make reservations, it is a wait. Also, they do have the option of faster wait time or regular wait time but if you do faster wait time, they sit you at the bar just a heads up. That's something that we didn't know when we went to eat here. The place is nice inside, and a modern feel to it! There are multiple tables and it is nicely decorated.

This is my third time at marufuku. Previously I dined at the Oakland and Japantown location and both experiences were good. We had the tonkatsu ramen and tantan noodles. Parts of it the noodles of my dandan ramen were lumped together which made the texture slightly off. The onsen egg was a bit too cooked to my liking and the minced meat were a bit too mushy. Also the server spilled the broth to the plate and it was not a small amount. So overall, my expectation was high but my experience could have been better. They were busy during lunch time and would kindly kick you out with your check.

As a long time Marufuku fan, I'm so glad to not have to drive to Redwood City or Sunnyvale anymore. Now that the wait for this spot to finally open is over & the hype is not crazy, it's easy to get in & get a seat fairly quickly. This is my daughter's favorite ramen. The food is amazing per usual. I love that they give your kiddo a free token to get a toy from the machine just like the Sunnyvale location.

Yelp WL for the win! I checked Yelp wait time and it quoted me 52-67 minutes. I joined the WL and was 19th in line but 21 minutes later, I was #3. Stopped by for dinner at 6 pm with my family. Service was fast and great! Restaurant was clean and plenty of staff to move patrons in and out quickly without forgoing hospitality. I love that they bring orders out very fast and piping hot! Items ordered: Lemonade- as expected Iced matcha tea- loved the strong nutty flavor and the fact that it was unsweetened. (free refills also ) Takoyaki- I am usually not a fan but these had the flavor and texture down! Well done! Gyoza- I thought they were fine. Hubby felt it was not salty enough but we usually differ in how salty we prefer our food. Chicken Karaage- always a solid choice! Kids love these! Kids tonkatsu ramen- love the presentation and items that come with this meal for my light eater (drink, water, edamame with corn, jelly, 2 small pieces of chicken karaage). Hakata Tonkatsu DX x2- 1 non spicy and spicy. Love the broth and mix of meats and veggies! Paitan ramen- chicken was so flavorful and not dry! Staff did a great job of keeping our crowded table cleared and checking on us. Thank you!

How long are the lines this week?

To be honest, it is difficult to predict. But my suggestion is to get there early and expect a 15 to 25 minutes wait, depending on the time you arrive (whether it is during peak lunch time or dinner time). Good luck!

A $15 bowl of ramen, with great portion and great flavor (compared to other bigger cities who overcharge and give significantly less)? How can I not be happy? Albeit I am a vegetarian and I got the veggie ramen with tofu, mushrooms, corn, bean sprouts and a boiled egg on the side. I also opted for the creamy version of their veggie broth and loved it. Ramen noodles were great and cooked well too. Not sure how those are... but I'm happy to report their ramen does the job. Happy gals!
