Like others.m, I've used them as a repeat customer for different things. Started with carpet steam cleaning, then did tile grout cleaning, then dryer vent cleaning. All were professionally done. He was very communicative, on time, and professional during each service. The only thing was that the prospect of having to get these services every couple of years steered me away from having tile and carpeted floors at all. So we went with vinyl flooring. I called them to clean my 7 piece microfiber sectional couch, my area rug and the crappy carpet they install when you rent an apartment and pay outrageous rent.
