I purchased an Infiniti from Marvin Motors and it was a nightmare. The dealership sold me the car with serious hidden issues -- shortly after driving off the lot, I started having major problems that weren't disclosed before the sale. Then when I reached out about repairs that were promised, they made it extremely difficult to get help or honor any commitments. I would strongly warn anyone against buying from this place -- especially higher-end vehicles like an Infiniti -- because they misrepresent cars and don't stand behind what they sell. The owner should of handle and resolve things professionally. He didn't care. Please do your research first. Meeting customers expectations should be the top priority. I have trusted your company. I bought a car from marvin motors to be financed in March 2025. I just found out today they have not paid the finance company one dime!! I called the finance company to ask the payoff and I was told 9 grand.. the car was only 7 grand.They said they haven't received any payments. The car also is a 2012 Toyota corolla and has had problems since I left the lot that they are not willing to fix. I had to buy a new battery the 2nd day, the motor mounts are shot, sway bars and a bunch of other things! Never ever buy a car from Marvin Motors! I am now in court processes.. it's absolutely ridiculous for a 13 year old car! I am furious that I now have to deal with this. So they will pocket your money and never tell you your balance, its impossible to get the paperwork I signed. My mental was already bad now I am absolutely over the edge! After having a mechanic look at my car for issues he found Multiple things rigged up with electrical tape or clips just to keep the car running. And they are nice when your in there to buy the car tell you everything you want to hear but the contract says different. Read before signing!!! They will tell you it's only because they can't include it in the contract but they will honor it and they WONT. And their customer service is HORRIBLE. When I got there, the car magically was not available but they wanted to show all the other junk on their lot. I pressed and pressed to see the car I drove an hour to see and they couldn't find the car. After my experience and the reviews of other consumers, this is a pattern and regular practice of this dealer. By law the seller is REQUIRED to serve the title to the buyer within 30 days of purchasing. Grill is zip tied on - supposed to be clipped on. Air flow hose pulled off with one hand - supposed to be clipped on. Associates make empty promises that they don't keep. Office buildings are poorly kept and falling apart. Not worth your money and if you do make a mistake of buying here and it's truly your only option please have them disclose all and every information of the vehicle. All the history from inside damages example: speakers, headlights& etc and outside of the vehicle & parts and take a reliable mechanic with you. Check all the paperwork of the pricing and information they have you sign. Don't lie to the financial bank about the car being in " good condition " if it's truly not let them know. do not buy from this lot! i was sold a car which i had to put an extreme amount of money down on with a 26.8% interest rate which i was well aware was a very high interest rate and would not have purchased the car if i known it was a salvage title and that i wouldn't have been able to refinance. when they told me the interest rate i told them it was too high and they told me that in 8-12 months i could refinance and i could get a rate of as low as 8%. they never informed me about the accident it was in. it had severe damage and was a total loss. on top of that i have had so many problems with this cars engine i decided trading it in would be the best decision. and then to find out from the toyota dealership it was a salvage title, and the car is worth to close to nothing to any dealership i want to trade it in with. im a young mom and they were fully aware i needed a reliable and safe car for me and my son. but instead of being decent people, they decided to scam me for my money and put me in a terrible position. read more

Dear Marvin Motors, My husband bought a car at Marvin Motors and we also paid for an extra warranty. Now we are getting the run around about getting the car fixed!! Less than 90days of purchase! Mark even yelled at my husband when he confronted Mark At the office. He took 2 days off work when Mark told him to go to the shop in Kissemee! I've called over and over. I've gotten no help and at this point we wanna file a lawsuit because this isn't fair. The car was bought and it was discussed that the door it's separating from the window... When he test drive it the wheel alignment was off and the seat belt needs re attaching. These are all easy fixes we paid 845.00 for warranty. I'm not sure why they are not helping us. I called 6 times today I have spoken to Melissa the reception lady. She said she would try to help. But I got nothing. Emailed Alejandro pictures of the warranty. Nothing. Marvin Motors is the worst used car shopping experience I have ever had. Their facilities are subpar, their sales staff is apathetic. Perhaps if I had a Latin last name I would have fared better. I located the vehicle on the internet and responded via text or e-mail that I was interested. I also called to see if it was still available before making the drive from Casselberry to Kissimmee - a 60 mile drive - each way. The person who answered the phone was very rude and told me that the car had been sold. Imagine my confusion when I received a phone call the next morning from one of their sales staff asking when I would like to see the car. I decided to make the trip and check out the car. It was a piece of garbage. It had a broken windshield, torn interiors, bad tires and wheel covers, missing windshield wipers, and God knows what else was wrong with it. It was a 2010 model and I was shocked that they would put this vehicle on the lot for sale. It was probably unsafe with the bad tires and broken windshield. This was on a Thursday or Friday in April of 2017. The sales person assured me that those issues would be corrected and I made plans to return the following Monday with my son to look at the vehicle again. When we returned on Monday, none of the repairs had been made and the salesperson who had arranged to meet me was not even there and none of the other sales staff were interested in helping me. Obviously, they did me a favor. I am not concerned about posting this because everything I have stated here is true. I cannot believe that the State Attorney's Office has not shut this dealer down. Agonizing experience. Drove car off the lot only to have it stall half a block away. Spend the next 6 hours with the dealer's mechanic, salesperson, and then finally the owner all looking at the car and not fixing it. Eventually they towed it back to the dealership and sent it to another dealership that Monday to get it fixed. Took 2 days to get it fixed. At which point, they told me my deposit was nonrefundable. They also advertise a 3 Day cruise with every purchase, which was never offered. The owner doesn't speak English, is angry and yells at everyone, and when he inspected my car while it was stalled at the gas station, he couldn't be bothered to put down his cigarette. I purchased a BMW which at first the owner himself told my husband that the car could be his with only a $3000 down payment, perfect! a couple of days after when we went with the $3000 the sales woman told us that it was going to be $5000, wait whaaat? Obvious we did not had the amount because the owner said at first it was going to be $3000 so Glory (who soled us the car) said ok you can pay the other $2000 in "pickup payments" we agreed, hey we needed the car and they took advantage of that... a month passed and I made my first $500 payment, next day a guy with a fake police badge and a tow truck was ready to take the BMW because of the pickup payment not being done, really?? So these people stayed with the car and refused to return my $3000 down payment and the $500 I payed for the only month I had the car. There are lots of dealer in Kissimmee and Orlando buy your car in any other place but stay away from this dealer. Even the fake police with the tow truck felt bad for taking the car that day and he told us that Marvin Motor is known for ripping off there customers.
