The microwave wasn't cleaned, some cabinets were still dirty, the oven was greasy, and the whole kitchen still felt oily. The bathroom wasn't scrubbed at all, and even the sink and countertop in one‑bedroom apartment were untouched. The reviews for this company were already mixed, but I expected a proper deep clean for the price. The information and reviews were confusing, and now I understand why. The cleaner also asked me to request more service hours, which doesn't make sense -- I shouldn't have to pay extra for tasks that should already be included in a deep cleaning package. They did clean the floors, but they didn't touch the blinds, and they didn't have the right tools to reach or wipe higher cabinet doors. Overall, I'm very unsatisfied and confused about what they consider "standard cleaning" versus "deep cleaning." People should be aware of this before booking.

This week we had Janet and Sandy as the team and they did a wonderful job including in my daughter's room, which is always a challenge (baby dolls everywhere...so many baby dolls). The ladies were thorough and efficient. We regularly use this service in our three bedroom home that has two adults, one child, and three cats and they leave the home tidy and refreshed. Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. Rather than have me send photos, he came here and we went over everything I wanted done. No other company I contacted during my search offered to do this, but Rey did when I first spoke to him. Rey and Dharlynz were courteous and totally focused on their job. Rey was the person on his knees in the kitchen scrubbing off years of old wax. They scoured and cleaned my kitchen from the ceiling to the floor. This included washing inside and outside (glass) of my cupboards and then relined them. All my shelves were washed. Old wax was removed from both kitchen and bathroom floors. They even washed the glass on the overhead lights. My kitchen hasn't been this clean in years!! I will never hire any other company. They charge extra for cleaning the oven, refrigerator and microwave. They did clean them well enough but when I went to use the oven, I'm chocking from the fumes, because it was not rinsed thoroughly. The bathroom light fixture was not dusted neither was the bathroom door, even had a dust bunny I purposely left there. Behind the door of my bedroom the molding is full of dust, you can see it on the pictures I've posted here. NEVER AGAIN!!
