They are funny, kind and do a great job. One of my nails was broken, but to fix it would have required cutting my nail super super short...before my wedding. It wasn't an issue to them. They put some tape on it, glued it, and painted over it...and you can't even tell. My nail is perfect. Thank you for such a great job! $40 for regular mani + pedi. $55 for gel.

Wayne is hilarious and simply the best! Prices are very reasonable and decently less expensive than downtown Chicago. Only reason I went here more than once was for the convenience of location. Last time I was there I had my toes done and then they kept taking more and more walk ins and had me waiting an hour between that before they started on my finger nails. They told me I shouldn't come on Sundays if I want to get acrylic because they are short staffed...then stop taking more customers and treat the ones who are already there correctly? Some other girls were there waiting with their feet in the water for a long time too being ignored and they both walked out. Another time they did French tip on me without a base layer and it looked horrible with my real nail completely visible underneath. They also cut me many many times and don't care, kept filing into the open wound. Won't return especially after last time. I've been going somewhere else that pays attention to detail and comfort. Got tired of being insulted for having short nails and waiting an extra hour when I was the first customer the entire day. Wouldn't recommend to any one, there's plenty of better options nearby.

There were a few other customers when I arrived, and it was clear most of them were regulars. The services are insanely affordable: $45 for a mani/pedi with an additional $5 for a no chip polish on my nails. I thought my nail tech did a great job on my pedicure. I felt pampered and relaxed. I was less enthused about the manicure. Once I got home, I realized that the top coats of the polish on most of my nails didn't extend across the whole nail, giving it an unfinished, layered look. I'm not sure if that led it to chip more easily, but I found that I already had some wear and tear a few days into the manicure, maybe just a day later than I would with regular polish. I will definitely be back as the prices were so good and I want to give it another shot. I just might be more eagle eyed next time.
