Of all the insurance companies I've spoken to and came in contact with, this company was the most honest, the most patient and didn't push me to purchase coverage I did not need. I shot the agent 4 or 5 emails with different levels of coverage and he was more than happy to run the numbers for me. But this is not to say that you should go into buying car insurance blindly without having done your own research. If you want a great deal and make this process less painful, do your research, understand the terms and what coverage you get, and ask the agent questions! Please allow me to elaborate. Customer service Matt strives to make a customer for life, not just for a transaction. When you call, he typically picks up and if he doesn't, you can bet to get a call back shortly. If your buying a car and don't want to get sold on gap insurance, he'll offer to have everything lined up so after your purchase the insurance is just a phone call away, even on the weekend. If you have questions, he answers. All sounds pretty simple right? However, to find that level of customer service these days is pretty rare, and once you found it you want to keep it. So much so that it is because of Matt that I am with Allstate. I realize that Allstate is great insurance, but its even greater to have an agent like Matt.

How did he make that assessment? Only an attempt to justify the ridiculous quote. 3. The worst part and why I'm writing this review is that now I'm getting a ton of spam from farmers insurance in the mail. I did not ask them to send me these letters. They are often the same exact letter sent 3 times wasting paper and filling my mailbox. Overall, my recommendation is to shop around and don't trust what they tell you.

Roger's prices are competitive but most importantly Farmer's is a large company and pays out it's claims (at least in my past experience for an investment property in Arizona I had). Keeping clients waiting until the last minute--especially when I had only one day remaining to enroll--is unacceptable. I had left messages months in advance and made multiple attempts to follow up with both her and her office. I have also heard similar concerns from relatives I referred. Business growth is certainly positive, but it should not come at the expense of client service and communication.
