Of all the insurance companies I've spoken to and came in contact with, this company was the most honest, the most patient and didn't push me to purchase coverage I did not need. I shot the agent 4 or 5 emails with different levels of coverage and he was more than happy to run the numbers for me. But this is not to say that you should go into buying car insurance blindly without having done your own research. If you want a great deal and make this process less painful, do your research, understand the terms and what coverage you get, and ask the agent questions!
