Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. When they were done, I payed about $478 for a new intake manifold, about $937 for all new brake pads and rotors, and $136 for new brake fluid. Overall, I was very impressed with the service I received! Not only were the employees personable, but I was also given an honest assessment of what my car needed. The prices are a little higher than other places, but I think you pay for quality and care. I will definitely come back in the future!

I was pressed for time and did not have the time investment to address this appropriately. However, as I researched Advance Auto return policy, I realized the associate and the supervisor provided inaccurate information and at worst simply treated me as an inconvenience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store, and I will influence others not to patronize this store.

(Mar 2026) I checked online, gave them the make and model and year of my car, and the headlight bulb i needed was in stock. I drove up and asked the staff, and glancing at the part, he asked a few questions and told me i was asking for the wrong part. Then he looked it up and confirmed it. I was sure i was right, and he walked with me to my car, and pointed to it ... Sure enough, i had removed the wrong bulb from my car! He was right! Very knowledgeable, and very friendly. The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.
