However, eventually I complained enough that they "unretired" a general manager who seemed the only one to understand how to address warranty issues and they agreed to repair my vehicle. It took a year to get the warranty honored and to be heard. Let that sink in- a year. And they had to "unretire" a person to get customer service to happen. Crazy. So I scheduled almost a month in advance. It still took them three days with minimal communication and maybe I'm just bitter but I am very surprised the unretired general manager (Mr. Kenny, if you're wondering who it is) never contact me again to see why I was frustrated about the length of time it was taking. Or to see if the problem was finally resolved. Or to see if I'd change my reviews. So, I am happy to report they honored the warranty but I would never recommend these guys unless you're desperate. If you're a woman, I would recommend you drive away as fast as your car can go.

On 8/5/2025, I brought my 2010 Acura TSX to this location for an oil change. Prior to this service, my vehicle was operating without any issues. Within 48 hours of the oil change, I experienced a significant oil or fluid leak that has since caused my serpentine belt to pop and my engine to overheat. This has resulted in both safety concerns and costly repair needs. However, now the door locks do not work. I called this morning to offer them the chance to remedy it, and instead was told that the door lock actuators must have failed (mind you, that would be a completely separate issue/repair). Well, given that the locks worked fine when I dropped the car off yesterday, now after the master switch replacement they suddenly do not work, it's only logical to assume there must be an issue with that new master switch and/or the installation work. They couldn't accommodate me today, and I'm about to start a new job, so I don't have the ability to bring it in later due to their inconvenient strictly M-F hours. I asked if there were any other options, was thinking maybe a discount or partial refund since I am now stuck with needing yet another repair after their work, but no dice. $480 down the drain. Next time I will go to O'Donnell Honda to have truly affordable repairs, done right the first time, and by a shop that stands by their work.

Doc was my mechanic for many years. At first, I was allowed to be with the car as his son worked on…read moreit he would chat with me. But later even after covid lifted he stopped letting me be in the waiting area. The last oil change as I was driving had the oil filter fell out and all the engine oil spilled onto the streets. I brought the car back and told him the engine is really loud. It sounds like metal grinding. Doc took a look and filled it up with engine oil and installed the wrong oil filter and told me I would be good for another 6 months at least. I listened to the engine and it didn't sound right. I brought it to the dealership that then diagnosed it as a failed engine block. Metal was inside the engine and it needed replacement. In addition, the second oil filter wasn't even the correct filter for my car and was two turns from falling out. Oil was already leaking from it. The bottom of my car was coated in oil, and it could have caught on fire. Fortunately it didnt, and Doc owned up to his mistakes and his business insurance covered the repair. However, that was another hurdle to over come as it got delayed for months. It is very difficult to find a good car shop. Bless you if you have one.

The price is unbeatable. What's more, they have some laminated sheets to help explain all of the repairs. Those tools were instrumental in helping me explain the repair to my wife.
