The whitest, nicest Carrera in all of Italy -- dazzling our kitchen now thanks to Imagine Surfaces…read more We spent six months searching rival yards, underwhelmed by mediocre marble. So grateful that we found Imagine Surfaces. Their inventory and customer service the absolute best in DC-MD-VA. What a treat -- luxury material, attentive staff, reasonable prices. Thank you !!!!

Not happy with this company at all. I was originally sent photos of a product that I would have…read morebeen happy with. I paid a LOT of $$$ for these slabs. (Top dollar.) I guess I didn't look close enough as they sent a second set (later email) that were different. (A bit of a bait and switch) From the beginning, I asked for CONSECUTIVE slabs that could be book matched. The ones I was sent are not. I have had several marble experts refute their claim and you can clearly see from the pictures that they are not consecutive. Consecutive slabs do not have differences like you can clearly see from MY photos. The slabs are also an inferior product. Mr. Gordon stated that there was, "a small fissure that has been repaired at the factory." He went on to say that he did not expect to be a problem. There are MANY fissures and guess what..., PROBLEM! Unfortunately, the fabricator cut and adhered them before I had a chance to view and Imagine Surfaces said there was nothing to be done. They only said they could sell me two more. (Not a chance.) They stated if I had contacted them beforehand that perhaps they could have sent slabs that matched up better. Ummm, why was this not done in the first place?!?

With gas prices being a record high along with the temperature today I was reluctant to come back. But she definitely made what I thought was gonna be a headache a stress free educational experience for this consumer. Not only was she friendly and knowledgeable, she made sure I was comfortable with the information she provided and allowed space for me to ask follow up questions without ever getting impatient or frustrated with me. She took care with my items and gave suggestions for other items that would complement my purchase which I did purchase. I wish the store had a a full staff of Erika's. She should teach classes on customer service

Home Depot (#2555), Capital Heights, MD: My unexpected visit to Home Depot on 7/7/26 was in an…read moreattempt to find a replacement security door handle. My handle came off and, in our attempt to replace the screw--it was dropped and lost. Upon arrival, I was told by Tina, Hardware the store did NOT carry this handle. She referred me to Millwork's. "Lil John" from Lumber without any hesitation he and Tina tried to locate a screw to fit my door handle. After multiple failed attempts--they suggested that I find the door model number to try and locate the handle. Upon my return, I met Sarena (Millworks) and Theresa (Pro Desk); these ladies went well "above and beyond" searching on-line to find the replacement door handle. They were able to find the part on-line. I want to formally commend these four (4) employees for their "professionalism" and "willingness to assist" me. Based on the customer service I received I will be returning to the Capital Heights, MD store. JOB WELL DONE!
