This place is indeed open! Nice little quaint spot in Hammonton. Had one of their most popular options with a sloppy Joe omelette. Who knew the 2 could go together?! Servers were pleasant and conversational. Found out their social medias were falsely changed to closed. Hopefully Yelp sees the delightful current photos and changes course. Check em out on Bellevue ave in Downtown Hammonton!

Cute little local cafe. Lots of seating inside. They have a large breakfast menu- breakfast served all day and lots of lunch choices as well. We went with standard breakfast items and really enjoyed them. Home fries were nice and crispy! Prices were super reasonable.

Have been in the area for quite a while and I went strait to Mary's Cafe. Marion always recognizes faces and instantly she says "haven't see you in a long time". We chatted at the counter while I enjoyed my cream chipped beef. Can't wait until the Jersey tomatoes are ripe. They make tv best burgers and the tomatoes always add that extra touch. We always enjoy going to downtown Hammonton and Mary's is always at the top of our list with that small town charm and the history of the original building that was preserved.

Wonderful food and great service here! We will definitely be coming back to try more things on the menu!

Today was our second time visiting. The staff was super friendly and attentive. We had 2 of the specials. The chicken salad was phenomenal. We had two specials, shared an order of fries, and two drinks which totaled about $40. Prices are really reasonable for the fresh food that you receive. The place is decorated nicely and clean.

Quiche. Very good. Swiss cheese and bacon.

What truly stands out is the level of creativity and execution coming out of the kitchen under Chef Brandon Beringer. This is a fully plant-based tasting menu, but it never once feels like a compromise. Each course is intentional, beautifully presented, and layered with flavors and textures that rival any traditional fine dining experience. The progression of the meal is especially impressive -- dishes build on one another in a way that feels curated and purposeful, not just a sequence of plates. It's clear that a great deal of thought goes into both the composition of each dish and the overall arc of the evening. What makes this even more notable is that Ground Provisions has earned recognition as a James Beard Award semifinalist, a well-deserved acknowledgment of the quality and originality of what's being created here. For anyone who appreciates thoughtful, chef-driven dining -- whether you're plant-based or not -- this is a must-visit. It's not just a meal, it's an experience.

So we drove there but were not sure it was open. It was. Just dark. And some things on the menu were not available. But everyone was super nice and they brought us a menu that had what they offer in a blackout. With the flashlights we looked over the menu. They had probably about 8 customers not including the 2 of us. So they were trying to accommodate. I got the watermelon tomato gazpacho and the chick pea caesar salad. Both were very good. On the gazpacho I wish there was a bit more watermelon flavor and chunks. The salad was good. Very hearty. My friend got the mushroom po boy. She liked it as well. The server was very nice and attentive. The lights eventually came back on about 3/4 the way through our meal. So now we could see. The place is cute and the fans were welcome on a humid evening. You have to pay to park. And the restaurant is all the way down on the right. The area is very cute and kinda touristy. The only down side besides paying to park are the prices. Just because it's vegan doesn't mean it's cheap. It's not. Prices are higher. Just for my soup and salad my dinner was $28. I guess that could be standard but I got soup and a salad. But it was good. I would go back, just not often. Overall good experience in a challenging evening with the blackout.

The food was delicious! They serve vegetarian and vegan food. Flavor bombs throughout all of the shared plates we ordered. It's hard to pick a favorite between the peach salad, falafel, pizza and corn. Lots of free parking and they have a very cool event schedule. They have an amazing outdoor space that is perfect on a nice day. Lots of room for kids to play and they even had a ping pong table! Something to note is that I didn't realize this was not part of the New Hope/Lambertville part of town. It was about 20 minutes further out towards Point Pleasant where many go tubing! The restaurant, bar and outdoor are accessible to all, but if you have a problem with stairs, that is the only way to get to the upstairs space. I do have one suggestion. There were no vegan/vegetarian protein sources. Seitan, tofu and soya would be great additions and helpful to those looking for a higher protein option like me. Definitely a unique spot to check out if you get the chance. I hope to return again for some of their other cool events!

Abby Hoffman of Yippie fame was an organizer, frequently hanging out here and speaking his form of political enlightenment. That was then. The backyard is still a peaceful glade for sipping cocktails or beer and listening to guitar or banjo chords and softly harmonic voices. Their website calls those days, "a simpler time," but I disagree. In fact, those days were complicated times as the community attempted to decide the future of Bucks and the ageless value of the natural flow of water. Demonstrations up and down the pristine Delaware were loud and at times destructive. Even back to Revolutionary times, the local patriots challenged the powers that be by word and deed, while others were loyal to the crown and spied on the rest or thieved horses to sell to the British. No. Those were the "times that tried men's souls." Hardly, simple. For that, I am grateful. My visit last weekend had me wondering why I hadn't been back in decades. The perfect place to celebrate and reflect on the 250th Anniversary of this inspirational country. Last night, the cocktails were well stirred and shaken. My Tamarind Margarita (without salt) was crisp with a pleasant tart kick. The Elote Corn Bite delicious and satisfying. The companionship of a dear friend, heartwarming.
