The food was ok. Nothing worth ranting over. The hash browns had potential but they tasted like burnt oil. The coffee was good. I saw a staff member put salt in the grinds before brewing. After looking it up it supposedly cuts the acidic taste. The staff need to clean the machines and the work station behind the counters. It's stained with gunk from whoever knows where. The service was so so. The waitress was super unfriendly and grumpy. I won't be back.

Nothing like a good ole fashioned diner. First off, the outside and inside was sparkly clean. As soon as you walked in - you were greeted by several pies and cakes. The staff were fun and informative. We ordered their chicken wings-which came out hot and crunchy - thank you guys. I ordered the Philly cheese steak with extra meat. I was blown away by the size - and it was only $16 for the supersize. The steak was hot, seasoned to perfection and ready to go. And thank you guys for the HOT fries - it doesn't take much for fries to come out hot

Sliver Coin breakfast was pretty solid. We ended up staying another night and went the flowing morning again for breakfast. We definitely enjoyed sitting alongside the camper as the morning kick off

Stopped, thanks Yelp!, on the way to Smithville. Great diner! I had my first homemade veggie burger - it was sooo good - definitely no Gardenburger bs here! Everyone loved their soups, apps and entrees. Extremely sweet server!

Visited the Silver Coin Diner and was not disappointed. I got a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant with home fries. I've visited this diner before, and the food seems very consistent. The servers here are lovely and very friendly. I think this is one of the best diners in the area!

I've been going here for a while now and decided to give my take on it. Every time I go here, whether it's for business or a dinner date, I always have a good experience. The staff is always so friendly when we walk in, and I always get seated in a timely manner. Both the breakfast and the dinner menus are very good. Everything is cooked to order and there is yet to be a meal I didn't like here. If you're in Hammonton, or near that area, definitely scope this place out. It's one of the best diners around!

Came here last night since we were in the area. Our waitress was nice and took our order right away. I had a chicken cheese steak and it was good. My only complaint were the pieces of chicken were so big for being in the sandwich! It was very good though. The fries were good as well. Seems to be a great diner with solid food. They had a full parking lot during our visit yet it only took us 30 minutes to get and eat our food. (Very fast!)

Grilled chicken sandwich. Maybe 14 fries. $15.00. I'd like to see the owner eat this.

I was there for the first time on Sunday, March 30, 2025, for breakfast (big shock!). Note: they serve breakfast and lunch but have dinner specials on certain nights throughout the month (check their website). The café is clean and well lit; one side of the café is all windows, which is great because you can watch planes take off and land at the Hammonton Municipal Airport. Neat! There is a small counter/bar with room for about 10 people and then various tables throughout the venue. Weather permitting, there is also outside seating. We were a party of 4 and were seated immediately. Our server, Ava, was fantastic from start to finish. She greeted us right away and took our drink order. Since we all asked for coffee, she brought a carafe for the table and that really impressed me. Our coffee cups were always full. We quickly ran out of sugar; instead of bringing more packets to the table, she brought us a free-pour sugar dispenser. How thoughtful! Throughout our meal, she checked on us several times and refilled our carafe, brought more creamer, and so on. It was refreshing to be so well attended to. As far as the food goes: top-notch, hot, fresh, prepared and cooked perfectly, plated professionally... what more can I say? I am certainly no stranger to dining out for breakfast, and Apron Café's fare is remarkably the best I have had in a long time. Allow me to provide a little more detail about the food. I am drawn to any 3-egg breakfast like a moth to a lightbulb. Imagine my joy when I saw a 3-egg breakfast plus TWO choices of meat! I thought I died and passed on to breakfast heaven! I chose scrapple and sausage patties - potatoes and toast were included. I ordered a side of sausage gravy too. Eggs: cooked perfectly over-easy; scrapple: crispy on the outside, mushy on the inside (like God intended!); sausage gravy: hot, tasty, and exceptional. Also, my brother-in-law ordered eggs benedict and much to his delight, the meal came out HOT and the poached eggs were cooked by a pro - just gushing with hot yolk when cut in half. My sister's meal came with pancakes and I ate one. Wow - on par with all of the other food: delicious! This was a really special breakfast for us and I am grateful to the Apron Café and the entire staff for making our visit wonderful and one that I want to repeat as soon as possible. I can't wait to try their other breakfast items and stop by for a specialty dinner. I am definitely recommending this establishment to anyone and everyone - you will not be disappointed!

Hubby had cod poboy and had roast pork (real pork not lunchmeat!) w melted provolone and spinach. It was good but would've preferred a hard roll vs soft. The homemade chips were delish. My favorite was actually the homemade potato salad. It was one of the best I've had. I also checked out their catering menu. Very well priced. Can't wait to go back!

I really don't know what to say or even think about this place and the experience we had here recently. I will report the facts based solely on what happened at Rodio's, when we went there for the first time on Sunday, March 23, 2025. The rest is up to you! The owner/operator: the backbone of the business and reason we will go back a second time; cook/server/entertainer - all in one; a bit eccentric but extremely kind and personable - you're going to love her! A great big smile, sociable, and hospitable. Walk in the front door - boom, the counter is right there. There was another room off to the side but we never made it there because there were two stools available at the counter so we sat, looked around, and waited - we weren't sure what would happen next! It was busy and more people came in - we learned there were guests eating in that other room, so clearly the available seating is not just at the counter. Menu: no, you don't get one. Read the wall to see what's being offered to you. Prices: no clue - they aren't listed anywhere. While we were there, everyone was charged $15.00 per meal. I don't know what they ordered or got to drink. We had a breakfast platter and a coffee. You guessed it: $15.00. Ambiance: you are literally walking into someone's home and having a meal with them in their house. Cozy and friendly. Not for everyone, I suppose. Oh, sorry, I am trying not to editorialize! Dishes: paper plates, paper cups, plasticware. What! Toast: your meal comes with toast - okay! Guess what? You are getting 3 half-pieces of toast. Huh??? What even is that? LOL Eggs: you cannot get over-easy eggs. They will be cooked over-medium at the minimum. Go ahead, ask for over-easy... Food: FABULOUS! We had 2 eggs, scrapple cubes, breakfast potatoes, and toast. Everything was so good, seasoned well, and hot and fresh. The owner/operator/cook nailed it! She seems to excel at making fresh fruit pancakes and is known for her French toast. She gave us a small sample while we were waiting. It was good! So in conclusion: yes, you need to go here to see what's going on and yes, we will be back for another visit as soon as possible!

When we arrived, the restaurant was busy, and we waited about 15-20 minutes after adding our names to the waitlist. Since it was a beautiful day, there was the option to dine indoors or outside. We chose to sit inside. My first impression was that the restaurant was lively and bustling, which made it feel like a popular neighborhood favorite. It also appeared to be both family-friendly and pet-friendly, which was a nice touch. For my meal, I ordered the Omelette & Potatoes with mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, and onions, along with a side of bacon. The omelet itself was good, but the bacon was a major disappointment. It was extremely overcooked--so crispy that it resembled bacon chips rather than strips of bacon. My daughter ordered the Egg White Wrap with turkey sausage, spinach, and feta, along with a side of fresh fruit. She enjoyed it well enough but felt it was just okay. Overall, we both agreed that the food was pretty basic. It wasn't bad and it was nothing to write home about. While the atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was attentive and the service was pleasant, the food didn't quite live up to the reviews I had read. Unfortunately, I don't think it's a place I'd be in a hurry to revisit.

The space is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff was genuinely pleasant from the start. Julian, our server, greeted us promptly, got coffee on the table quickly, and kept everything moving smoothly. In addition to standard coffee, they offer craft espresso-bar style drinks, which is a nice touch whether you are there for breakfast or brunch. The restaurant also has outdoor seating, not ideal in December, but it would be great in warmer weather for people-watching along Haddonfield's main street. The menu has plenty of options, and I went with the fennel sausage frittata with roasted potatoes and bacon. It was hearty and well executed, the bacon was crisp, the potatoes were crunchy, and the portion was generous enough that I could not finish it. My wife ordered the green goddess roll, which she really enjoyed, though her potatoes came out cold while mine were hot, the only real miss of the visit. We also shared a bowl of lentil soup, which was perfect for a cool day and a nice surprise on a brunch menu. This spot works well for weekdays or weekends, breakfast or brunch, and it does get busy, so reservations are a good idea or be prepared to wait with a coffee. Pricing felt very reasonable for the area, and overall it was a good stop we would happily return to.
