Splendid service and the food is well prepared and fresh. We love this place. Nice stroll downtown and you will find this gem closer to the railroad tracks!

This place is indeed open! Nice little quaint spot in Hammonton. Had one of their most popular options with a sloppy Joe omelette. Who knew the 2 could go together?! Servers were pleasant and conversational. Found out their social medias were falsely changed to closed. Hopefully Yelp sees the delightful current photos and changes course. Check em out on Bellevue ave in Downtown Hammonton!

Cute little local cafe. Lots of seating inside. They have a large breakfast menu- breakfast served all day and lots of lunch choices as well. We went with standard breakfast items and really enjoyed them. Home fries were nice and crispy! Prices were super reasonable.

Have been in the area for quite a while and I went strait to Mary's Cafe. Marion always recognizes faces and instantly she says "haven't see you in a long time". We chatted at the counter while I enjoyed my cream chipped beef. Can't wait until the Jersey tomatoes are ripe. They make tv best burgers and the tomatoes always add that extra touch. We always enjoy going to downtown Hammonton and Mary's is always at the top of our list with that small town charm and the history of the original building that was preserved.

Today was our second time visiting. The staff was super friendly and attentive. We had 2 of the specials. The chicken salad was phenomenal. We had two specials, shared an order of fries, and two drinks which totaled about $40. Prices are really reasonable for the fresh food that you receive. The place is decorated nicely and clean.

Quiche. Very good. Swiss cheese and bacon.

When we sat down, they gave us a menu that said soccer menu on it. the menu was filled with things like chicken fingers and mozza sticks. We asked if we could order off the regular menu and the waitress said no. If your here with a soccer player, that is your only option. The menu was filled with food for kids so we wanted to see the other menu. I guess the waitress got frustrated and maybe pegged us as city folk and said, " what do you want.,, salads?" nah lady we just wanted to see what else you offered. I love a good dive bar and the parents were ready to put down some beers but instead we got up and left because the waitress seemed annoyed by us because we didn't want to eat chicken fingers. Trying being nice to strangers and you'd make a fortune on tournament weeks. Plus the snotty remark about salads just shows your ignorance, we weren't from a woke city and wanted to run up a tab. don't judge a book by its cover.

I like how they put salt and pepper on the fries - most spots don't go the pepper route too but I dig it. Bacon was crispy and the cheese was melty - perfect grilled cheese. My bartender Ashley was awesome. Super attentive and fun to talk to. They take cards, including Amex. I'll definitely be back to try some other stuff on the menu.

If you're driving down the White Horse Pike and looking for that quintessential Jersey "shimmer,"…read morethe Silver Coin Diner is a must-stop. I dropped in this past Sunday around 10:30 PM during the late night rush. Despite the crowd, the large, free parking lot made arriving easy, though it was fairly packed for a Sunday. This place is a dream for fans of Americana. It's a classic Kullman-style diner, manufactured right here in New Jersey, and it still features that iconic "Space Age" stainless steel exterior and neon lighting that makes your imagination run wild. It' s been family-owned since 1982, and you can feel that local pride the second you walk in. The interior is sparkling clean and manages to feel retro without being dated. Our server, Nicole, was an absolute rockstar. Even with a 10-minute wait for a booth, she had our orders delivered immediately and kept the refills coming throughout the meal. The menu is massive, but here are the standouts: Waffle Sundae ($13.48): This is the ultimate breakfast-meets-dessert move. It comes topped with massive scoops of ice cream, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and a cherry. It's definitely big enough to share (or not--no judgment here). Jersey Benedict ($11.98): A local essential with perfectly grilled pork roll and hollandaise. The "Silver Coin Special" ($8.48): A clever nod to the Hammonton area code, this gives you the best of everything (pancakes, eggs, and three types of meat) for a great price. Pro-Tips Healthy Options: They actually have a "Bro-tein" Omelet and a solid Vegetarian Omelet ($10.98) packed with fresh veggies if you aren't in the mood for a sugar rush from the waffle. Timing: Weekends are the busiest time, so if you're in a rush, aim for the counter seating to bypass the booth wait. Overall you're getting massive portions and friendly, "treat you like family" service at a fair price (about $35 for two including tip). The only reason it's not a 5 is that it gets loud when it's full, but that's just part of the authentic Jersey diner energy. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm heading toward Atlantic City!

We were seated by a lovely hostess, and then ignored for about 5 minutes until we heard our soon to be waitress talking poorly about customers and "isn't this a friday- a school day?" She came over put down place mats and then said, "and, I will be with you whenever I can." Proceeded to leave and after 10 minutes we asked another waitress if she had seen our waitress who's response was "Oh, I don't know, probably waiting on the other 100 people before you." Snarled, and walked away.

There are burgers, tacos, and enough vegan options to please my family. Mom loves to eat, so we ordered way too much and had leftovers for days. The space looks like it gets lively on weekends. There's a jukebox (Mom danced). It's your typical NJ bar and grill, but they've spent time making it look nice. The backyard looks like a fun hang. We bought a bottle of wine made for them by a local winery. It was inexpensive and tasted pretty good. I'd buy it again.

Live music set a fun vibe and a large group for a bday added to the party atmosphere. We had the option of sitting right by the singer/guitarist or by the door. We were actually fine sitting by the performer but the waitress offered to show us the "speakeasy" and we decided to stay seated there. It was a quick walk out the back door where there was a fire pit and an outdoor bar area then back into the building and up the steps where there were 2 small rooms with seating, a bathroom, and a dim, small bar with stools and a separate booth. We decided to have a seat at the booth by the window. Drinks were limited in the speakeasy but the bartender did her best to make comparable drinks to what was available at the bars downstairs. The drinks we did order were made very well. Wings for appetizers were delicious. Nice sized wings with our choice of Korean bbq sauce. Since it is a Polish restaurant, I felt like I had to try the Polish classic ... Kielbasa w/pierogi, served w/slaw & sauerkraut, mustard, horseradish & sautéed onion. Dish was flavorful and filling. For dessert, we had to get the funnel cake fruit pierogi - served with ice cream. Yummmy! Service was also great, despite how busy it was. The rest of the menu had other types of food (not just Polish) and it all sounded great. I also love places like this that have monthly specials. The drink menu also had a lot of unique and delicious sounding options. I'd definitely come back and the brunch menu looks intriguing. I'll probably give this place a 5 star review when I try more things on the menu.
