The worst loan company ever. Especially Olga and Noeli. They lie and harass people and their family members. They leak private information which is illegal. I see all the negative reviews and they are 100% accurate. They even try to pressure you to pay on closed accounts. A friend of mine hired a lawyer and field suit. DO NOT do business with them. Have you ever been asked your whole life story on why you are 5 days late? Even when you communicate with them and let them know your situation. Today, Norma harassed me and made me feel even more terrible about my situation. She mentioned it is her job to ask me all these questions since I have a loan with them! It is your job to ask me when I can make a payment but it is not your job to be RUDE as hell! I wish her supervisor would review the "recorded calls". I can not emphasize how much I hate this company. They knew my credit score was not great yet they financed me with a car and instead of building my credit my score went down. MAS financial ran my credit as if I was buying a car while I was financing the car 5 to 6 times in a year. I reported them to the BBB. Before I reported them they would harass me, my family, my job non stop. I send an email I told them they have no right to keep running my credit and finally the calls stopped. I would call me starting at 6, 7 am and late at night they would call from different phone number email and leave demanding messages. They once send me a leger that was wrong and had to correct it. They threatened me to repo the car. I begged them to take it if it ment not hearing from them.. I felt like I was going threw a bad divorce with MAS financial . After calling the BBB and reporting them finally peace. But as soon as I missed the payment they took the car. And I am ok with it. Unprofessional and lack common sense ! I spoke with AlDA today regarding my stolen vehicle they stated they were able to trace it but wasn't going to notify the police until the police called in themself asking for the whereabouts. If you know where the car is why wouldn't the company notify the local authorities for them to go and get it? It shouldn't take the local authorities to call in for you to do the job. Representatives are rude and I'm top of that they told me I still have to make my monthly payments. Why would I make a payment on a vehicle that is stolen and you aren't trying to help me find where it is? I'll rather have my insurance pay me out and have MAS take it as a loss. Jokes on them. If there is a Zero stars this place is it. They don't even deserve 1 star . This place is Horrible!! I had to wait for almost 45 minutes for notary service and then my 3 year old daughter needed the restroom. They didn't even allow her to use the restroom. Come now can't make an exception for 3 years old!!! How mean is that! Then the manager tells me it's a liability issue ? Really but he couldn't even give me one example of it being a liability issue. So stupid. It's more of a liability if he has a wet floor for slip and fall. Hope they one day have a child that needs to use the restroom and someone tells them no it's a "liability" issue. Worst company. I would never recommend. They constantly harass you by calling you the day of your due date and any following day your late, multiply times daily. Also they will send you to collections on the 7th day of being late. Tracy Hernandez is extremely rude and unprofessional. By all means they do not standard practices. I have been in billing for over a decade. And practice standard is you go to collections anywhere from 30-90 days, depending on the company's policy. I did have some bad encounters with some of the reps here in the 2 years I was financing my mercury mountaineer. Even with that being said, when I needed a vehicle at the time, and came across the mercury mountaineer at a mom and pop car dealership back in December of 2018, I was immediately approved by MAS Financial svcs. So for that, I appreciate their willingness in the end to work with me, and also being able to pay off my vehicle early actually. I am now awaiting the pink slip. I have had my car for a few year and honestly I love it but I hate dealing with this finance company, they set your account into sever delinquent for even 40$, I guess since that's what they're going to pay their employees with. I've had other cars that have been newer and really even paid about the same monthly and even if a bit late at time I never had this problem with those companies. I'll be so excited to be done paying my car and never have to deal with this shit of a company again. MAS Financial was happy to pick up my loan. The girls are very helpful and I haven't ran across any issues with anybody since I've had my loan (November). Never contacted me about these chargebacks. Payments made January / Feb / March 2019. Repo'd the vehicle last night. No contact to discuss options. Tow company never given my name so they could not release property / vehicle or even discuss. Tow company only operational appointments monday to friday 11A-3P. Stay away. The sooner I am done with them the better UPDATE: Went to the office in Santa Ana this morning (3/25). I have my current auto loan with MAS financial and even with being late a few times they have been fairly understanding. They do not undermine me, they do make me aware of a late fee but that is their job. I appreciate the phone calls received by them. Even when there was an issue with my auto insurance they were very responsive in helping me getting the matter resolved. I am updating my review of this company to add an update. Yesterday I received a call from Klass Motors, the dealership where I purchased my 2007 Prius. Yes, they were the ones who inflicted me with MAS Financial Services. They called because they were going through their database of people who "had paid off their cars" and wanted to know if I'd be interested in purchasing another car from them! (LOL) Yes, I actually laughed at the poor guy at the dealership. I think he was new and didn't know what he was getting into. I "LOL-d" because I told them I was going to specifically avoid their dealership like the plague thanks to the rude treatment I have received at the hands of MAS Financial. As Nicole W. says, the way MAS Financial conducts business is "almost scam-like"...you almost feel as if you're in the hands of a scam outfit. As Marlene R. says, they call you almost every day, even when your payment isn't due yet, (sometimes 5 or 6 times a day) they stress you out, they leave voicemail messages that sound like veiled threats to send you to a collection agency even if you've never missed or been late with a payment. Truly, if you're financed through MAS Financial, you are treated as if you're a deadbeat no matter what. If you're a car dealership, I guarantee you that throwing your customers to the vultures at MAS Financial is a surefire way to alienate the folks who bought from you. read more

It seems that the closer you are to paying off your vehicle the more this company tries to make it hard for you. In the last year they have tried to put their insurance to charge me more and make it difficult. My insurance company has send them the documents needed but they still make it a hassle and some agents are rude and as I can tell all issues are send to the collection department no matter what the issue is. Ameen had all the answers I needed and provided me with additional information that help me in the future. His knowledge and skill set to rectify the problem has completely changed my view on this company. He has since given his team a talk and I can say a change has come.
