He made 3 trips back to the job to make sure everything we had requested met our satisfaction. The price came in less than we expected and now we are back enjoying our swim spa for the summertime. I'm impressed with their after-sale service pledge for the products that they sell, that's rare in today's marketplace but this company has been doing business for many years and I think the key to their success has been they have a good product and they represent it well even after the sale.

We ended up purchasing an entire outdoor set for my mom and brother's new house including a patio table, chair set, and umbrella and base, much of which was deeply discounted at the floor model price. The team also let us hold some things in the back so we could come back for items that didn't fit in my car on the first trip. We inherited a Brown Jordan Patio Set that was most likely either purchased in the late 60's, early…read more70's. They were in good shape with the exception that some of the framing was getting pitted and straps were faded, but not broken. This set, including the glass table, have been outside in the sea air and all elements since they were purchased. We wanted to honor my wife's grandparents by not replacing this set. So we decided to invest in a restoration, due to how well made this set is. I found Patio Guys on Yelp and decided to use them for this project. As we were starting to wipe down the chairs, we noticed a label on one of the chair frames, which was a Patio Guys restoration logo decal. Turns out our late relative had used them before, but uncertain at what decade were they restored before. I guess it was destiny to use Patio Guys. For the strap width of what our chairs required, there was not a huge selection to choose from. So if you're looking to replace with a sunny yellow, orange or teal, you'll need to make an alternate choice. Lots of whites, creams, tans, and earthy greens to choose from. The only blue is like a Dodger blue or a forest green. So we took a leap of faith and chose turquoise. It's perfect!! We were in no hurry and quoted 4 weeks turn around time. It was more like 6 weeks, but I was anticipating more like 10 weeks. Plus we were the cause of not getting the chairs back sooner due to our schedule. The job Patio Guys has exceeding my expectations. I knew the patio set would look better than the existing condition, but I wasn't expecting a brand new condition.

I told him the exact model I wanted and also mentioned that I needed the same base model but with lights. He pointed to a display grill and said, "This one has lights," which I assumed was just showing the feature, not telling me that I would be receiving that exact floor model. We confirmed the model number and accessories,and made the payment. Happily left until I saw the delivered items. What showed up at my house was a used, disassembled floor model in terrible condition. I was never,not once, told that I was buying the display unit. When I ask what happened, Sean told me the discount was "because it's the floor model." That explanation makes no sense because I've bought from them before with a discount and still received new products. A discount does NOT automatically mean the item is used, damaged, or from the showroom, especially if the salesperson never disclosed it. No professional salesperson should assume that pointing at a display grill means the customer has agreed to purchase that exact worn floor model. We were very clear about the model number we wanted. This whole experience made me feel completely misled and very disappointed. I hope management will take this seriously and reach out to resolve it, because this is not the level of transparency or honesty customers expect, especially for a return customer for so many years.
