I stopped here to see what was up. What I found was a ton of great craft beer and bomb @$$ Brussels sprouts. They're a mix of sweet and savory and are indeed crispy. Quite tasty and this is coming from a guy who usually hates them. I'll be back to try more food & beer. read more

Hidden Gem! This place is soooo cool! Great beers, sandwiches! My fries were cold but they quickly replaced them with fresh hot ones. Nice music - not too loud or obnoxious. Great "car" artwork on the walls. Our wait person was wonderful! We bought one of their beer four packs to go. Delicious! Every time my wife drags me to the Loveland Outlet Mall, we will be eating here for lunch! read more

Rented the mezzanine for a team party....i did think it was rather stupid that they charge for the space. It's in the restaurant and the "fee" does not go toward food or beverages. I don't know that I would pay it if I didn't need a guaranteed space. Great staff made it a fantastic night. read more

Good stop for a quick dinner. Food and drinks came out quickly. Service was efficient and friendly. Smashburger was tasty with its fixings. Fries could be a tiny bit more crispy for my taste. I liked that they asked if you want ketchup or ranch. The pretzel bites were addictive. Soft and yummy. I'd order them again! read more

Was up visiting my nephew's family in Colorado. They live up above Denver. We headed up north to Mash Brew. I am not a beer person. Staff listened to what I knew I didn't like and delivered a good glass of beer to the non beer drinker. It was a Saturday nite. Music is live. Facility had a beautiful indoor, party and outside drinking and dining area. Excellent bar food as eell. Brussell sprouts delicious! We shared salmon and turkey sandwiches. Next time I visit , we are going to Mash Brewery. Family oriented ...we took the 10month baby. He was entertained by all the other children there with family. read more

We have visited Mash Lab five times over the last two years as we travel through the area. We have always had good food and good service. I really would like to give them five stars however I can't. Like I said, it is good food - really good. But not great. The service is very good but not great. Therefore, they get 4 stars not 5. We will still return every time we have the chance. There is nothing wrong and a lot of things right about this 4 star place. Highly recommend you check it out. read more

A brewery that serves real food! So exciting. Food is great. I recommend the chicken and pork sliders. The beef one was too fatty. I like that they put pickles in the sliders. It surprised me but it's damn good. They have a good selection of beers - sours, IPAs, stouts, wheats, lagers, pilsners, reds. I reluctantly tried the Peanut Butter stout and loved it. Service is friendly and fast. They do a great job of backing each other up and working as a team. That is so important in the restaurant biz and always impresses me. The noise was just right for my comfort. A live musician played outside, the weather was perfect, and they had the garage doors open. It was so comfortable and relaxing. I frequent Windsor Colorado a few times a year and have passed this establishment multiple times. I stopped in today for lunch, and was totally impressed. Excellent selection of brew but the topper was the Grilled chicken wrap. The honey sriracha was a winner. Excellent service, brew, and food. Don't pass it up like I have over the last few years. Have been here quite a few times. The food is great, the beer is great, and the cocktails are solid. We usually have no wait and get sat soon after arriving. There's some outdoor games and sometimes you can catch some live music. Fairly family friendly- definitely check them out if you're in town. read more

On business trip, ate at the bar. Great service. I had the Octoberfest which was excellent. I'm not necessarily a huge Octoberfest fan as they can be all over the board but this was very good. Had a smash burger with fries. Burger was outstanding. Fries are a little bit on the processed side (a better version of Arby's curly fries, which I don't like) but they were pretty decent. You can upgrade to waffle sweet potato fries which I would try if I'm ever back this way. Overall a very good dinner, and very reasonably priced too. I'd definitely come back again. Driving around Loveland looking for something new to eat. we spotted this amazing brewery. They sat us down right away. The service was great and friendly. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with sweet potatoes fries, it was delicious, juicy and flavorful. My wife ordered the slider flight, she loved it. We came into town for our nephew's graduation from UNC and wanted to find a place for lunch and a few beers. I enjoyed Mash Labs simple ambience and great beer selection. All beers brewed on site. I recommend the Accelrator doublebock and Pinstripe Pilsner. The mule (with vodka) was pretty good too. Lunch was a selection of their appetizers with a shout out to the chicken wings and fried green beans. Thanks to the fantastic wait staff, we had a great time. read more

Amazing, it's 2:56pm on a Friday afternoon, we walked inside with 4 people, there were at least 7 tables empty for 4 or 6. The place was about half full and we were told that all the tables were reserved, yes, All. Then we asked how long till a table would be available and were told between 15 minutes and an hour! Please keep in mind that this is not a 5 star, or even a 3 star establishment, it's a brewery that makes good beer, but requires reservations to be able to sit down. We couldn't even sit at the empty bar height table. Not planning on going here ever again read more

Wanted a quick bite nearby and stumbled across this place. Set back a bit from Cross roads but worth the slight drive off the main street. Stopped by on a Sunday around noon, was quickly treated and opted for an inside table. A laid back place with a simple menu that goes great with their beef options. Tried the seasonal blueberry wheat beer which could actually taste some of the blueberry as opposed to some beers. Started with the queso and chips. The queso was creamy with some nice salsa in the center. The chips are thicker variety (mention as not everyone likes those but great for scooping the queso). Kiddo had their Mac and cheese without the toppings which she liked. Meatball sandwich with seasoned fries (they go good in the queso by the way). The meatballs were good size and a nice combo of meats for a flavorful bite each time. Roast beef sandwich with slaw. The sandwich had a good balance of meat, cheese, sauce and comes with a nicely seasoned Ju. Overall a great place to kick back, enjoy a bear and some tasty bites. read more

After two visits to the newly expanded Mash Lab, I find myself missing the old brewery. To be fair, the beer is still very good. However, the food leaves alot to be desired. The pork belly appetizer was very good but everything else we have tried has fallen flat. I was hopeful that our first visit was a fluke or grand opening jitters but the second visit was just as disappointing! Service has been wonderful though and there is so much potential. I would really like to see them succeed, with some changes!! read more

First of all, I want to say we are regulars and come here often recommend this place to our customers since we have a business right near by. We sat there for 30 minutes watching other tables, who came in after us be served their drinks and food. No one came to take our order. I'm not sure who is managing today, but when I called to let them know we left, he was very dismissive and could care less. The food is always great, but recently the staff is awful. Very mediocre service at best. Took 15 minutes or so before our order was taken. Food was average to above average. The pulled pork sandwich was lukewarm but tasted pretty good. The sMASH Burger was pretty good, no complaints and the blackened chicken pita wrap was bland (didn't see any blackened seasoning on the chicken whatsoever... could have been just grilled chicken by mistake... would have asked our waitress but never checked back with us). This was our first visit since they added on and now have a kitchen. I will totally come back! The service, beer, and food were delish. Next time I do want to try a mixed drink and see how they are. They have great outdoor seating with fire tables. Dog friendly in the tap room and outdoor area.
