Dr. Bayless is excellent. Every time I have had a with my back or knee or neck issue in the last 3 years, she clears it up in one or two visits. It's never painful or scary yanking or cracking or twisting you into odd positions; just gentle or firm pressure points. You can have a 30 minute appointment or a 60 minute appointment. Online booking makes it easy. Her receptionist Nancy is very nice. They accept credit card payments. Dr. Masi doesn't act like I have to come back repeatedly for months to get fixed, she doesn't upsell products, she doesn't pressure people for booking series or packages, she is just highly skilled, capable, ethical, intelligent and personable. The first time I went to see Dr. Bayless, I was a bit skeptical, and even as she was working on my back, I was doubtful that her micro adjustments and soft touches would do anything. Dr. Masi Bayless is skilled, professional, and delivers great results. I used to have to get my neck adjusted 3x a week. Her treatments are so thorough, gently adjusting the small muscles, ligaments and supporting structures that now I only come in to have my neck adjusted every few months. This is a lengthy write up because I had so many issues that no one could correct. I have a blown disc in my back and for the last year I've been living in excruciating pain. I have been in multiple accidents and my neck has been in pain for years. I've been to osteopathic doctors, seen a back surgeon and opted not to do surgery or injections, I've seen traditional chiropractors and NO ONE helped. I got Dr. Bayless's card from a friend and she was my last investment before I chose back injections. I dont think she is a normal human, she's a wizard! After my first visit, I slept! Dr.B is the best! I have been going to Dr.Katie for years prior and have always counted on her to fix my back when it's out of whack. With Dr.Katie close (3 years) to retiring I decided to give the newbee a try--mostly because I was desperate to be seen and had really done a number on my back after a skiing fall. If you are not inclined to put yourself through 'normal' chiropractic twisting and 'bone-cracking', then you must try this Directional Non-Force Chiropractor! Dr. Bayless is a positive, calm and down-to-earth chiropractor who eliminated my very serious lower back pain situation with very gentle motions and touch. Honestly, it was so gentle that I thought I must be foolish to believe this was going to work. But after the second session my condition was so improved that I knew this technique was for real; after the third, and final session, all pain was gone. Yes, there was a final session - no getting hooked for "lifetime adjustments" - when you're done it's over! Very amazing - try it, you will more than likely really like it! First time using chiropractic of any kind. I chose M. Bayless after reviewing yelp and recommendations for DNFT chiropractic. I've had chronic back pain behind and around my scapula. I've tried traditional methods through kaiser with no success. I came in to M. Bayless with an open mind willing to go through the treatment process she recommended for best results. She was fairly certain DNFT would provide powerful results. I think Dr. Bayless is a great person, but DNFT is a joke. After 3 visits and 400 dollars later, I feel 0 relief from the gentile taps, swipes and prods provided by DNFT. Not only is it extremely expensive, but I can't feel a single change anywhere after 3 visits. With 0 affect, I feel this practice is a scam. I told Dr. Bayless I was very critical before she started. If it went well I would have a great story to share accompanied with a nice recommendation on yelp. I had over 5 people in mind I was excited to recommend her to that could benefit from results this practice claims to produce. I do not recommend DNFT for anyone unless you get a personal recommendation from someone you trust. I read reviews online and they led me wrong. If you must try DNFT, Dr. Bayless is probably as good as any. I don't have a problem with Dr. Bayless, only with DNFT chiropractic. read more

Dr. Bayless is fine, professional, new at the job, but satisfactory. Overall, t I would rather have a more traditional treatment. Wearing the gown and weird cut off Baby Jane shoes was creepy. The office is rather sterile and reminds me of One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest. Also the front desk receptionist is married to Dr. Griffin. I didn't realize this when I made my appointment. Afterwards, I realize it's all about sales and get you in for the recommended 4 treatments at $195 for initial, $105, $105, and a final $105 treatment or a total of $510 to treat the whole body. Rather steep, when you compare prices to other chiropractors. A few months afterwards, I needed a copy of the bill/invoice, I was informed that there is only one original bill and that if I didn't have it, then I was out of luck. I paid out of pocket so I just needed documentation. I wasn't asking for an original and I informed the receptionist that a copy would do. Again, I was given an excuse as they don't keep any records and it's against the law to give me anything. The treatment was adequate but the service was poor. My recommendation is that if you can find another physician, do it. read more
