But the staff and technologist here made an annoying uncomfortable experience almost a cakewalk! When I walked into the lobby, I was promptly checked in and directed to the Women's Imaging area, where I was asked to change into a robe. The tech then took me in the back, and I was done within about 15 minutes. The tech was lovely, patient, and accommodating. She was very professional and helpful, too. And after I got home, I got my results within a few hours just by logging into the portal! I now have a clear report to discuss with my doctor, and I will return to Zwanger for the follow-up ultrasound they recommended. Thank you to all the staff at Zwanger Pesiri in Stony Brook for a wonderful experience! I will definitely continue to get all of my imaging done here, and I highly recommend this place!

Each time I've gone I have been seen and taken care of without any long waiting times. The desk clerks are efficient and are able to call up my insurance records immediately. Test results have been quick, complete, cohesive and timely. Comparisons have been made to previous tests, if any, and the reports have gone immediately to my primary care Doctors and my own MyChart website. Naturally, we thought, "How convenient, they'll just send the scans right over." Big mistake! Apparently, location doesn't equal coordination. It's more like they're across a spiritual void where logic and communication go to die. DAY ONE We walk in. They say, "Only the X-ray is needed." Cool. No mention of the ultrasound. None. Nada. Zip. Next morning? We get a call saying my mom "missed her ultrasound appointment." Excuse me? What appointment? We were never told there even was another one. Not by the doctor, not by the front desk, not by the psychic medium this office must be relying on to deliver information. But fine, we rebooked and got lucky with a same-day slot. And that, my friends, is when the fun really began. DAY TWO We're told, "We'll send the results over as soon as the first scan is available." Plot twist: they didn't. Fast forward. I'm literally in the parking lot, my mom is back at the GP, and the doctor's office calls while we walk in: "Hey, we didn't get anything." So I tell the doctor, "Hold on. I'm walking into LHR RIGHT NOW." Some front desk staffer gives me a look like "why are you back again?" glare, like I'm the problem here. I ask about the scans, and she hits me with a "We already sent them." I said, "Are you sure?" and I got a stare that could have peeled paint off the walls. The kind that says, "Get out of my face before I pretend to hit send again." Spoiler: They still hadn't sent anything. Cut to today. FIVE OR SIX DAYS LATER, I calll the GP's asking if they ever got the results. And magically, at that exact moment, boom, the scans are finally sent over the minute I called! Coincidence? Divine timing? Or did someone at LHR just finally panic when they realized we weren't going away? Bottom line If you want an experience that combines mystery, rage, and the thrill of chasing your own tail in a medical setting, this Lenox Hill Radiology location is for you. If you'd like your scans sent within the same geological era, go literally anywhere else.

The girl who did my test was soooo sweet and so thorough. She took her time and made sure to cover everything the doctor needed her too. She said it can take 48hrs-7 days about... They read it a day later and sent it to my doctor. I was anxious on my results and my doctors office was closed all weekend. I called to see if I could pick up the results and again the girl I spoke with was so so sweet and I went right in and picked them up. Would come back here again if needed.

Parking is ample and the staff is friendly. The front office is clean and organized with lots of seating. The only real issue here is the area where you are prepped for MRI's. The area is large and open with zero privacy as you answer sensitive questions. You can also clearly see into each testing room when you are in this room. On the day of my last MRI there were about four employees in this space and the room was an absolute wreck. It was disorganized and it seemed as though personal items were strewn everywhere. Although the staff is wonderful the mess really does leave a bad impression. Lynn, a nurse who has put my line in most times I have gone for testing is absolutely wonderful with the lightest touch. I am always happy to see that she is the nurse when I arrive. Overall, best diagnostic imaging office in the area, just ignore the mess.

I frantically searched to find an ultrasound provider and feel so lucky I stumbled upon A Glimpse of Me. They provided a SAME DAY ultra sound on a Saturday for me! I felt such relief seeing the heartbeat and knowing the measurements were right on track. Words cannot express the relief and joy this experience brought me. I cannot recommend Rose and A Glimpse of Me enough. She was kind, caring, and knew what she was doing. Rose also took to time to follow up with me when my photos wouldn't upload because I was so eager to show my husband. Thank you Rose!
