I called this morning and spoke to Daryl about an issue my son had with his hood latch not releasing. I live two hours away and my son goes to school in the area. Daryl was very helpful and told me to send my son in this morning. He immediately went to the shop and Daryl was able to fix the problem within an hour from when I first called the shop. Plus he helped at an affordable rate. He had other vehicles scheduled for service ahead of him but he took 5 minutes to look at my sons car to see if it was an easy fix, of which we were lucky it was. My son is a college student with limited funds and probably would have tried to pry it open damaging the latch and therefore making it an expensive fix. But when I called Daryl he was very helpful and understood the situation and told me to send him in. Absolutely worst place you can go. Went to replace a windsheild and they couldn't even do that correctly. They gave more damage to the car from cutting up the inside trim and mounting camera on the windshield. They would try to lie saying that we messed the cowl on the hood. Due to ice scraping after just one year of winter. I can say after having a car for 16 years in the winter. I've never damage that at all. He will blame everything on you. They are out absolutely the worst place there is to be honest. We also gave him 2 tries to fix it but came out worst each time. read more

response from the owner - 4 days ago thank you for your feedback. our office manager did inform you that the diagnostic would cost $70. this is also posted in our lobby for everyone to see. we did replace 2 wires that were burnt and our mechanic stated that the problem you brought your vehicle in for had been fixed. we sorry that you feel differently but we did preform the work you requested us to do. *******Response To The Owner************** First off, the job was not completed because i fixed the issue myself! The issue again was the thermostat. Since the diagnostic was not completed and the car was not fixed, i asked for a partial refund and was told by you that "You Are Not Going to Get Any Refunds on Anything!" After you refused to refund me my money for a job that was not completed, your solution to this issue is to "put new tape on the wires to the temp sensor"..... Really???? I already fixed the issue! Why would i bring my car back and waste my time for some tape on the + & - to the temp sensor? You don't make any sense??? (lie #1) Secondly, the wires were not burnt. The mechanic just changed the connectors that i had installed to the temp sensor with different ones. That was not the issue and not the fix! Nice try! Third, I cant believe you called me and started an argument with me, then you hang up on me when you know I was in the right! (lie #2) Your rude office manager with no customer skills didn't tell me any prices until the next day after she said the work was done. That's a lie! It doesn't matter if the diagnostic fee is on a banner in the front of your little shop... You still need to communicate with your customers! Now i know where your staff gets it from.. read more

Do not go here! This place is a rip off. They messed up my car and try to blame it on me. I also can't believe they call me saying my car was ready when in fact they ruin it even more. Do not trust this place. When I first encounter the owner he acted like he was knowledgeable about cars but turns out I was wrong. He may know about "old" cars but not new model cars. This place also do take care of your car when you leave it with them at the shop. I hate dishonest people and especially businesses like this place. Beware!! read more

This place is not professional and they will ruin your car! They left multiple damages on my car after a simple windshield replacement. They denied the damages and refused to refund me. My windshield now has air leek after the replacement and costly damages from their sloppy installations. read more

I brought my 2003 GMC Yukon to Darrell with a number of issues. Rust by the rear wheels, rust around the rear wiper, electric windows that did not go up by themselves. Darrell and his team handled all of the truck's issues. They even took the extra step around the wheels to reinforce the areas that typically wear faster.
