They also provided us with a tourist packet full of fun things to do on the island, which was amazing, because we were just going to wing it. We ended up following their self guided tour instructions and it was actually a lot of fun and easy to do. Our plane was 4 hours late arriving after midnight on Sunday. David was right there in one of their wonderful cars . He was phenomenal and delivered us to the Cape at 2:30a.m. and was charming. We were told to wait for the next bus (at 9:30 pm), which would "probably" have enough seats. "Wait for the next bus" is not sound operational policy. Returning from Hyannis on July 8, the bus left 20 minutes late--which is acceptable. But then the driver dawdled and struggled at each and every stop. When the bus arrived at my terminal, it was more than an hour after the expected arrival and I needed special compensation to make my flight. I've seen P&B drivers heroically make up time before. This driver almost seemed intent on making matters worse.

I booked Austin transportation for 11 people to and from Logan airport. What a great experience it…read morewas from start to finish. The receptionist who I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful. I got a detailed email confirmation with all the flight times listed and exactly when the driver would be at my home/airport. On the travel days, I got a text from the driver introducing himself and letting me know the Time he would arrive. Drivers were both exactly on time. We were picked up in a big brand new spacious van with plenty of room for 11people and all our luggage. The driver packed all of the luggage in the van for us. They had a cooler of ice cold waters and sodas for both drop off and pickup. We had two different drivers one to the airport and another from the airport. Both were EXCELLENT! Very friendly, very accommodating, on time, and they were excellent drivers. They both asked if we were comfortable, if the ac was at a good level, what type of music we wanted. They just made us feel so comfortable. Absolutely wonderful experience. I am so happy I found this company because I have used many others in the past and none of them compare to the excellence of Austin. I definitely recommend this business and plan on using them for all my travel transportation needs.
