The lady who gave me a massage used her elbow and dug into the knot in my shoulder and moved it more to my neck instead of massaging it down. I woke up today in more pain than I was in. My friend got a massage and the lady lightly rubbed lotion on her and took an extremely long time to grab a towel to wipe the oil off and never had her turn over on her back. The knots she has are still there. Then at the end they pressure you for a $20 tip which I way more than 20% and definitely not worth the service. Just because this place is open late doesn't mean it's worth it. Wish I waited for the morning and went somewhere else.

If you do use a credit card to pay, they add a $1 service fee. I paid after my massage was complete. The rooms were clean. Lighting excellent. And most of all, the massage was perfect. When I went in there is a sign on the wall with a section that looks like it is foot massage pricing. Above the questionable pricing is a piece of tape covering up the words 'foot massage'. When I asked for a foot massage I was told 'No more, only full body'. I wouldn't have an issue with this if full body wasn't almost double the price. Since it is, the advertising on the website needs to be fixed. It is not okay to advertise a service that is usually less expensive than a full body massage, and then when your customer takes the time to come down and give you money for said advertised service, you tell them 'no more'. If 'no more', then 'no more' advertising for service that is 'no more'. I do not believe this is debatable and is reasonable to ask for this to not happen to me or anyone. One of two things can get this review updated to 5 stars: 1. Please remove the foot massage label on your website. Once this is complete, please reach out to me here and I would be happy to update this to a five star review as other than this issue, your business appears to be a nice place to visit and relax. They said that they do Thai massage, and they offered me a $10 discount, so I gave them a try. The people seemed friendly enough, but the massage was not very good. She did walk on my back, and I thought that she did a pretty good job. She didn't walk on my arms or feet, but she did walk on my legs and back. She didn't use her knees at all. I asked her if she knew any Thai stretches. She looked confused, so I demonstrated for her. She attempted one, but it was obvious that she didn't know what she was doing, so she quit. After she was done with that, she started a regular massage. She asked if I liked deep tissue, and I said yes. She basically just rubbed oil on my body. I kept asking her to go deeper, but she said it's too hard with the oil. At the end, she shorted me 12 minutes. When I pointed it out, she swore that it was an hour, and that it had to be because she was sweating. When she showed me the receipt to prove her point, the time stamp showed that she did, indeed, short me 12 minutes. She then claimed that the clocks in the rooms were wrong. I did give her a tip because I felt sorry for her--I was the only customer in the place. If you are looking for a good massage, skip this place and go to Ocean Reflexology. They are in the same shopping center and the massages are always top-notch. Ocean only charges $20 per hour and they are worth at least twice that much. I will not be returning to Rainbow. If you are looking for a good Thai massage, try Luxury Thai Spa. They give a real Thai massage, including the stretches. They also charge the same as Rainbow and work on you for the full hour. I guess you live and learn. Hopefully, someone else can learn from my bad experience.

I work out intensely, and Linda is one of the main reasons why I can still lift heavy weights and train at a high Level at 52. I go to her once a week! When I called to book, she made sure I was there for pain relief not a typical massage. I was - my body was tight and achy from traveling. That's, right, into my spine, not to the sides of my spine where the muscles are. I'm pretty sure this is dangerous. She then proceeds to gua sha the heck outta me including behind my ears where she said my sinuses were. Excuse me, I've been educated on anatomy pretty extensively, and there are NO SINUSES there. Now my back and spine are black and blue from bruising. To top it off, she lives in the massage parlor w her dog. And when I asked about where her technique was from - what theory she follows. She said some foundation and that she can cure cancer. This massage place is whack and follows dangerous principles.
