Based on the quality of service, I felt a 10% tip was appropriate, but I was pressured into leaving 20%. Tips should reflect the customer's experience, not feel mandatory. You're not entitled to a tip, you are voluntarily rewarded for the service you provide. Any nail spa can give you a better massage for $1 per minute.
