We booked the 90 minute deep tissue couples massage for $260 and paid online. My massage went fairly well (4/5 stars). The masseuse used a lot of pressure at stressful points in my muscles. A couple of instances were a little painful, but expected. I appreciate they use the full 90 minutes. After the massage, my partner exited towards the reception desk. I immediately tipped my masseuse with cash. My partner doesn't carry cash, so I needed to get change at the reception. As I'm following my partner to the front, my masseuse tells the receptionist something that makes her immediately ask me if the tip I gave was for 2 massages. I said "no I need to get change for the other tip." This was an awkward exchange. It didn't feel right how they inquired for tip, and that took my thoughts away from enjoying the experience. Aside from the tipping issue, it was a good massage.

My review is solely on the vile treatment I've received from the owners of this establishment…read more I came to this area to pick up some food from the restaurant neighboring the establishment. As some people were pulling out of the parking lot (these were restaurant patrons) a woman comes out of Naeun Acupuncture and gives me the nastiest look. She immediately comes up to my car and tells me " You cannot park here. Parking for customer only". My first issue........ how did she just assume that I'm not a customer? I sensed prejudice in her assumption. At any rate. I negotiated with her for a 10 minute parking spot just so I can pick up my food from the Puerto Rican restaurant. This is because the parking lot was FULL and overflowing with cars. As I went in the nearby restaurant, I asked the employees about the parking situations in the area and she said that the parking lot was for all customers in the square. Almost immediately after asking and placing my order, a family comes in saying "The lady at Naeun Acupuncture was yelling at us for parking in the area and said she was going to call the police". The employees at the restaurant. assured us that this was not accurate of her, and that her customers always park in their parking lot. Approximately 10 minutes later (give or take) I was able to make it back to my car, and noticed the woman standing in front of my car. She was yelling at me saying that I need to leave...... I believe it was pretty obvious that I was leaving as I had my bag of food in hand and was opening my car door. As I was setting my GPS she decides to take it upon herself and BANG BANG BANG her fists on my window and was screaming at me "You leave now you leave now". She was extremely lucky that I am a rational human being and not one of those crazy people that you see on the news that snap and do stupid things. Especially since her body language, demeanor, and tone were invasive. As I ignored her, she proceeded to BANG on the hood of my car and my window with her rock hard fists. My advice is to stay away from this rude, inconsiderate, and hostile "business woman". If she's banging on the hood of cars, then imagine what type of massages she gives.
