Guess I was lucky the first few times with who I got as my masseuse. Came here again on a whim and my masseuse was horrible! I had to tell him multiple times to go softer and slower because he kept putting very hard pressure on my BONES instead of my muscle and kept using his forearms to knead me like I was dough. The table was shaking with how fast he was going, and I have fingernail markings on my back from him digging into my bones. There was one point where he used the towel that he wiped me off with to massage me. Wtf? I don't want to be massaged with a scratchy and now cold, damp, oily towel. Awful, awful, awful. Don't come here unless you book with a trusted masseuse. I recommend Terry or Frank. read more

I used to like this place but they burned out all day or good therapists. Just a few con artists that pushes on pain-trigger points to make it seems like they're working. Had this guy Edwin.. so annoying, took a phone call during a session, wiped himself first with the hot towel before he used them on your body. I received an amazing shoulder and neck massage with just the right amount of pressure to help work out my knots, I usually feel like massages are too gentle and don't accomplish what I want them to but this one did exactly what I wanted. I was on my 3rd day at Disneyland when we went back to our room for a nap. My feet were killing me so I decided to get a foot massage. They took me to a room with 2 beds. As my feet were soaking she started massaging my neck, shoulders, and arms. She placed a wash cloth over my eyes. After about 10 minutes I heard someone else come in the room. My masseuse left for a couple minutes and I could tell the other person was undressing for a massage. My masseuse and another then returned. I was only getting a foot massage so I was fully clothed but it still bothered me that they brought someone else in the room and didn't even tell me. It felt very uncomfortable. Other than that the massage was nice. After she massaged my feet she did have me turn over and worked on my back. It felt nice but I really would have preferred the time spent massaging my feet as that is what I went in for. read more

Came here a few weeks ago for a massage, the place was okay. The people were nice but I wouldn't come back here. You don't have complete privacy. The beds are separated by curtains. You get charged before you go back which I didn't like because they make you sign without filling out the tip part. The room was warm I usually like it a bit cooler so I can relax. read more

I've been coming here for a long time with my boyfriend but today I decided to come in alone after a long day at work. I called in advance to make sure they were available and asked if they had a female available (I'm very uncomfortable with men touching me, especially because this place has you undress). When I arrived the receptionist asked me if I had an appointment. I told her I called and she matched my time slot with my phone number. I went in the room and you start the massage facing down so I was unaware that my masseuse was a male when he walked in. He didn't greet me or ask me any questions so I had no idea he was a man until halfway through the massage when he asked me to flip over. I immediately realized what had happened and I got extremely uncomfortable and could not even enjoy the remainder of my massage. When I informed the receptionist in the front afterwards, all she said was "oh sorry, I confused you with another girl and I gave her the female. Sorry next time." I don't know how she confused me with someone else when she confirmed everything when I walked in. As a long time customer, I found this extremely unacceptable and I probably won't be returning for another massage. read more

Decent massages for a reasonable price. I didn't have an appointment and they were able to accommodate me. I even came in late night and was able to get a back and neck massage. The atmosphere is clean if a bit sparse. But the price is right. The only problem is it's hard to communicate with the massage therapist exactly what u need as English is not most first language. First time trying this location and they were super nice and accommodating. We were a walk in and they told us up front that they didn't have a couples room available for another hour and gave us the option to do separate rooms or return later. So if you know ahead of time that you will be coming in, just give them a call to check their availability. My massage was great! Not too hard but definitely firm enough to make a difference. My boyfriend wasn't as happy with his massage but he admits to not making any suggestions lol would be 5 star but they didn't give me the yelp discount even though I mentioned finding them on yelp and they also didn't have water available after. However in the back, the rooms fit 2 massage tables; therefore, I was massage next to a stranger in the same room. The room is so nosy due to the dry cleaner next door. The massage therapist seemed very uninterested in the massage. He didn't even massage my neck or shoulders for long. I mainly received a foot massage. I am so glad I gave this place a chance. After I got off work the other night I was cranky, sore, tired and stressed out. I had been researching reflexology massages and this one was close to my house. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get an appointment quickly, later in the evening as I had called another massage place claiming to be open but never heard back from them. I went with the 60 min reflexology massage and it was fantastic. I believe the lady's name was Coco and she did such a wonderful job. The first time I tried this place the person I got was great. This time I went and the lady was pressing on me so hard I could not breathe. She didnt ask how much pressure I wanted or anything. This place is just perfect for those moments when you have some free time to spare and looking for some good muscle work and relaxation. I've tried a few other 'foot' massage places in the area and hands down, this one is the BEST! Don't expect a fancy spa setting or to converse with your therapist, which I actually appreciate when I just need some down time. I don't even mind the pay before your massage policy, lower tables, layers of towels and sheets, curtained off rooms or the fact that I could hear the guy having a massage in the next curtained off room snoring peacefully. I even found myself starting to snore as the foot reflexology part of the treatment ensued. Both times I've been here did not disappoint! They accommodated me within an hour or two of calling. Tony was strong and worked my back over, the few words he said were apologizing for rolling over some super tight bands of muscles in my lower back.
