The place is really nice and clean on the inside. The guy in the front office is really nice. My massage was really uncomfortable. I had an older gentleman and he was really rough. I mean, I do like medium to hard massages but it felt like he was rushing the massage. Nothing relaxing about it. Probably the best massage I've ever had and I've quite a few in my time. The only 2 things I'd wish. 1, the oil was warm and not room temperature. It was pretty cold without warning. I cannot believe I just gave them my money. That was by far the worst massage of my entire life. So much so, that I left in the middle of it. I asked for the deep tissue massage which was $50 and should have been 60 minutes. The appointment began with her resting her wait on her hand on my back for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then she squirted the oil directly on my back which was cold. She lightly rub it around my back for probably five minutes. I think that was the only time she used her hand and the rest of the time she roughly rubbed her elbows back-and-forth and so harsh that she kept hitting my head. Oh and I can't forget the part where she stuck her fingers in my ears twice. It was so jerky and uncomfortable that I ended up more tense than relaxed, with a raging. Then she left for a few minutes and left the door wide open. No word of what she was doing or what was happening. This was only 30 minutes into the massage so I had no idea what was going on. I decided to get dressed and leave. I saw her coming back with the hot towels would probably meant the massage was over even though it was supposed to be 60 minutes. $50 well wasted. Save your $$. Save your sanity. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Great service, very clean! Came in here pretty last minute and they were very accommodating! This is a really good value (paid $40 for a 60 minute massage!) The gentleman was a bit more rough then I would have liked, but that is just my own preference. He also kept checking up on me to make sure it wasn't too hard and he would adjust accordingly. I've been coming here months with my girlfriend and the last few weeks it's been horrible service either from the owner because we were a little late giving attitude or from the people massaging you being rude not doing a good job, harassment for tips and they started making you tip before the massage now and you can't tip after the massage, massage tables where you lay on has horrible breathing space you can barely breathe , they don't ask who's going to massage you and made my girlfriend uncomfortable once when a guy was massaging her while she's in her thong and no bra because we didn't know it was a guy and girl I had to ask to switch. I would think it's common senses to go with the same sex and that has never happened to me in a couple massage before. It's sad to see how down the experience this place has gone. I will not be coming here any longer save your money from going here. Spend a little more money for a more professionally comfortable spot trust me saving you from a headache. read more

Loved this place! Sherri gave me a massage and it was amazing. She was super attentive, always asked if there was too much pressure or not enough, and was very nice. Very unsatisfied with the customer service. I made an appointment for Friday at 8pm, I showed up a little early and asked if I can move my appointment to 7pm. The front desk rep said no, which I understood. I came back at my regular appointment at 8pm, and then the front desk lady said that there was no appointment for me. I asked her if she can please double check, with my name and number, and she said there's no appointment found. She wasn't helpful at all, wasn't sympathetic or apologetic. She said all she can do is book me for a 9pm appointment. Mind you, I was there a little earliar than 7pm, I wasn't going to wait another hour when I booked my appointment at 8pm. Me and my friend left elsewhere because the front desk lady was very rude and didn't seem to care that someone on their team made a mistake and didn't book my appointment. My wife and I went in for a massage. She had the deep tissue massage and she said she enjoyed it and it was the right pressure for her. I on the other hand, had the 80 minute massage with the walking bars where the masseuse walked on my back. Unfortunately, the masseuse was on the heavy side and showed no mercy walking on my back. so this place was GREAT. i called in on a sunday night around 8pm and they were available for my sister and i to get a massage at 8:15. we drove straight there and were greeted by this polite lady who signed us in and helped us pay. a little weird that i payed up front, usually i pay after service to add tip depending on how well the massage was. but that's okay cause the massage was great! ended up tipping $20 all together. my sister and i had two nice ladies come in and do a 90min combination massage and when i tell you i was so relaxed that i was drooling!!! she started off massaging me over the sheet to loosen my muscles and then used oil the rest of the time! it was very enjoyable and pleasant! will for sure be back. read more

I had high expectations after reading the other yelp reviews. However, after our visit I do not know if I will be returning. First of all, when making my appointment I asked if they do couples massage. The lady at the front said yes and that is the reason I scheduled the combo foot and body massage. However, when arriving we were placed in two separate rooms. While we were waiting, we heard the front desk attendant telling a customer that he should be tipping more and shamed him for tipping what he did. We were shocked someone would do this to a customer. I had a male masseuse, I did not get his name, but it was not as relaxing as I had hoped. His massage strokes were rough and quick and I could not relax well. Let me just say that I like to be honest and fair when writing these kinds of reviews. It's not often I will write a negative review because I do have bad experiences with small businesses from time to time. This massage experience, however, was so bad that I felt compelled to write this review. I came here thinking I was going to be placed in a room where it is quiet, room temperature, private, and have a girl as my "massage therapist". Not of that happened. The room was hot. The room was not quiet; it was loud due to the noise coming from the laundry machines next door. Apparently there is a dry cleaner next door or something. I shared my room with another person who later came in with a girl. Great he got a girl and I ended up with a middle-aged man who clearly isn't qualified to give massages. Throughout the massage, I was extremely uncomfortable. I was pretty much in pain the whole time. I kept telling him to apply soft pressure but he kept ignoring me and continued to apply hard pressure. I must have told him at least 3 times. Never once did he listen. If you like to share your room with others, have it nice and hot, and enjoy the sound of a washing machine while getting your massage done by an unqualified person, then this is the perfect place to come. As for me, I won't be coming back here again. read more

I have crazy bad back and neck pain and these guys work it out like no other! All the staff is super friendly and they do everything to make it a peaceful experience. You cannot best the price! Very clean facility, semi private rooms, and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. For these cheap places, you get what you pay for so don't expect anything over the moon. I asked the guy to apply pressure to all the pressure points to induce labor and he literally had no clue what I was talking about. If you claim foot reflexology, then know your pressure points. But, you get what you pay for. Also, they charge a $2 fee for credit cards which I always find absurd at any of these places. read more

So I go here a lot and it's usually pretty good but there has been two times that have just been ridiculous that make me give it two stars. The first one was when some guy (maybe homeless or intoxicated) got in my face and yelled at me because he thought I was cutting him in line to use the bathroom when I was being walked back to my room. The person working just stood there and let the guys say some nasty stuff to me while he cussed and got really close to my face (few inches) and didn't even ask him to stop harassing me or to leave. Everyone in the place was astonished at the "man" that let all this happen without sticking up for his customers. It completely turned me off trying to relax with a massage so I had to ask for a refund to leave. Even after this experience I have been back multiple times and had great experiences until... The second time was tonight. I called ahead and they said they were available at 8:45 so I got there and waited 15 minutes and was told to come back and then they tried to stick me in a room with another random man! During the 15 minutes I waited they should have asked if I was okay with being in a room with a stranger so that I could have taken my business elsewhere. I was really annoyed because who would want a random stranger sharing a room where he could potentially peek through the curtains when finished with his massage. Just makes me really uncomfortable. I also heard the other persons conversation with his massage therapist and it was just such a turn off. When I visit somewhere to get a massage I expect to have a private quiet relaxing time not what I got. They gave me my money back without and apology. I got out of there at 9:05 and every place I called after was closing at 10pm and took their last appointments at 9pm so I missed out on going anywhere else and it ruined my relaxing Saturday night that I tried to have.
