Bobi and Ruby - truly a dynamic team. Having injured my shoulder 2 yrs ago, my mobility is diminished b/c I'm in pain. Today I had a massage with, Bobi, one of the most effective therapists I've met with. Her technique was quite unique and therapeutic. She felt the hardware in my shoulder and then expertly massaged it to a point where my discomfort was relieved. I leaned a lot about what I need to do to improve my status. She compassionately manipulated my shoulder and increased my range of motion in one visit. I've pretty much been in constant pain for 2 yrs so this was priceless. My entire body felt much improved after my 1.5 hr massage. I'll call her 'gifted hands'. My facial with Ruby was equally special. She managed all of my skin concerns with an oxygenation facial and I left with the moisturized, dewy look that I desire. Ruby is very knowledgeable about skin care and generous with her advice. A must do - treat yourself. I highly recommend this location in Centennial Hills. EVERYONE contributes to your visit, including the front desk staff. Christie is there to help if you anything extra. My 1st massage with them after going to closed Aveda in error & then finding them after very stressful morning, driving there my van tire light came on, had to call before appointments & cancel husband's appointment due an issue he was dealing with, manager did not charge me, Bree was very personable, professional, & so nice to meet another native! Also when getting dressed after, noted blood splattered on the sheets. I checked my body and there was dried blood on me in various areas. When I came out of bathroom, therapist came out and said she was sorry. She had open bleeding skin tear on left forearm and said "sorry I'm on a blood thinner". I sent an email to the location website and haven't received any response. This is the first blood borne exposure ever for a massage. There should've have been an exposure procedure followed. I will start by saying that a manager is, Natalie, supposed to be kind and understanding, not rude and dismissive. Instead, I had my enhancements taken away in exchange for canceling an appointment today, which I was assured would not be charged, depending on the manager's approval for a massage. This is not good business practice. I made an appointment for 3:30 PM, but Massage Envy called to change it to 3:00 PM. Initially, I thought this would work, but I ended up being eight minutes late due to the distance from my house. I called ahead to inform them of my delay, and they assured me I would still receive my 90-minute massage. However, that didn't happen, and the service was subpar. I requested a full-body massage, which I did not receive. When I checked out, I explained the situation to the associates. They offered me a free enhancement for my next visit and a birthday enhancement since it was my birthday. They also suggested I schedule another appointment for the next day. I agreed to consider it, as they were checking with the manager about giving me a free massage due to the issue. I was told I wouldn't be charged for a cancellation. They were supposed to call me back within 15 minutes, but they didn't. A couple of hours later, I called back and was informed that I couldn't get the free massage. I remembered I had a coupon, but by the time I got home, I noticed it had expired. The next morning, I called again and was told I would be charged for canceling the appointment, despite being previously assured I wouldn't be. I asked to speak to the manager, Natalie, who was rude. She removed my enhancements in exchange for not charging me for the cancellation. The whole situation was not my fault. They should have kept my original appointment at 3:30 PM. Now, I'm being punished for a subpar massage and losing the enhancements because she was upset about the cancellation. Today I had the most amazing massage with Kristy . She is an advanced pain management deep tissue specialist there and I have never had a deep tissue massage that fixed me and put me to sleep . Her techniques and strength were just what I needed . When I say she is out of this world I mean it ,I get a lot of massage and nothing can compare to what I got today. Kristy is a rock star she took her time finding all my knots and even realigned my shoulders . This location is the best looking inside and outside that I have seen in the Las Vegas area. Employees are nice and helpful. Bathrooms are clean the waiting area is spacious, dim lightening, flavored water and regular water. There is hot chocolate you can make, it's just a nice peaceful place to sit and relax in. I had a 90 minute massage with added hot stones. I've had hot stones before on my legs and arms but never on my back for an added $30 I think that is steep and probably won't do it again, it was an interesting experience. I however didn't feel like it did anything special. I actually felt like it took away from my massage because they weren't hot enough and then the masseuse took along time getting them ready so I just feel like it's a waste and time that was wasted on me just laying there while the clock is ticking and I'm losing time. So for me not worth it. The masseuse I had was ok, his technique was different he did get to every area I needed attention to but he didn't even really finish my right side because he said he had 8 mins left so he was just going to move to my feet. To be honest it wasn't my favorite massage and a lot of time was wasted so in reality of paying for 90 mins I go 60 mins of that. I normally go to a different location, because I feel like finding someone that does a really good job is hard to come by. I love this locations atmosphere and it's 5 mins away from my house. I just feel like I threw away my credit on this massage and it sucks because it's not cheap. I did schedule another massage with the same Person for next time, however to be honest I don't want the same person and I'm worried to schedule with someone else and not get the right technique or feeling I normally get at my home location. I went there today for a gift to myself for Mother's Day. I was given a gift certificate so decided it was a good opportunity to use it. I went to the wrong location so they directed me how to get to this one. I arrived 5 minutes late, then had to complete the check in process, and then wait a minute before I was greeted and brought back. The massage did not start until almost 11:15, I paid for a 60 minute massage, and it was over at 11:51. The pressure was way too firm even though I specified medium. The massage therapist was not personable, didn't stick around to tell me anything about the condition of my back and neck (focus areas). I also paid for an add-on foot scrub massage which was mediocre and also rushed. Overall disappointed and won't be back. read more

Honestly I'm a disappointed in the management here and how an issue was "corrected". I had a 90 min massage, was brought back late. I went to the bathroom then sat for an additional 13ish min waiting to be called back. Was given a 60 min massage and then was told the only thing they could do was an enhancement when I wasn't pregnant. But an answer would definitely be available in 2 weeks at my next appointment. I called and asked if they could review footage of the times and get back to me, was promised a call. That didn't happen. Called back to cancel an appointment, and explained i was still waiting for a response. Was promised again a phone call back by THAT NIGHT if not then definitely the next day. Again, that didn't happen. I sent an email the night of service, and again, there was no response. At this point, the 20 minutes taken from this service is a theft of my time and money because a masseuse couldn't be bothered to check back after 2 minutes. Then, the 3 ignored attempts to resolve the issue are just disrespectful to the client. Your client should not be paying for your masseuse training. That is what they went to school for, that is what clinical hours are for, that is what orientation to the facility is for. I swore by this location for 3 years. Now they are barely worth the 2 stars unless they want to resolve the issue. After reading reviews it seems this is an issue with the facility. Client beware. Update; the business now claims they have attempted to call multiple times. I have phone records to prove otherwise. The only calls were going out. They also claim i was in the restroom. For 15 min. I have a text .message to my husband that I know I sent as I was sitting down, sent 5 min after I walked in the door. At this point it is worth the argument. But for employees to falsify information such as phone calls is wrong. read more

He was so rough and created so much friction with his hands it started getting mad hot and I thought to myself does this boy even know what he's doing. This place has been my go-to place for a few years now. Today I just spent $137 PLUS tip for an extended (2 hour) massage. My massage therapist was EXCELLENT, and she is not the reason for this razing review. When my massage started, the room temperature was nice. Probably a moderate 72-74 degrees. However, about 30 minutes into the massage, someone in the front office decided to cool the place off. By the time my massage was over, I had the table heater on, and was covered in blankets...yet I was freezing...I can't move my fingers kind of freezing. WTH people. You're basically a SPA and you should be 100% aware of the temperature of the rooms there. You should make me comfortable and adjust the temperature for me and other paying customers, not for you sitting in the front office facing the sun and 40' of windows...get a fan if you're warm. When I left, I mentioned it on the way out and got a casual "yeah, it's cold". No apology. No offer of compensation. I mentioned that it was a "very uncomfortable massage". The gal I spoke to didn't seem to care. All in all, I spent $197 for a two hour massage and was miserable for more than half the time. 2 stars today and ONLY because I have an excellent therapist. read more

After months of looking for an exceptional massage therapist, I found Steph at the centennial hills massage envy off Durango. After a few sessions, I was convinced to get my membership solely because of her. I've had chronic pain for the past few years and have not been able to find the right therapist that can help me work through the pain. It's been quite some time already that I've been seeing Steph and she does have the healing hands. My pain has drastically reduced and now I can enjoy more activities that before I was limited to. My flexibility improved and now I can enjoy a massage again without pain. She listens to your concerns, listens to how your body responds and finds different ways to target the pain. I wanted to leave a glowing review for the esthetician who completed my service yesterday. Mckayla was absolutely fantastic. When I came in, I was a mess. I had been crying - I had the most difficult day of parenting and I needed some me time. I needed to fill up my cup so I could come back home and do it all again tomorrow. Mckayla noticed my red and puffy eyes - she kindly asked if I was alright or if there was anything she could do for me. I asked her if she had kids and she said, yes she does, she is a single mom of three. And I started to cry again. I didn't have to say anything else - she told me I was a good mom. That she was proud of me for taking some time to take care of myself after a hard day. And that she understood how defeated I was feeling in that moment. Her empathy for me helped me take a deep breath so I could calm down and start my service. The service itself was fantastic. Mckayla recommended the use of the cooling massage globes to help with the puffiness from all that crying! She checked on my comfort levels and asked me about my current routine. She made one recommendation when we were done. She kept our session silent so I could relax. I truly left feeling absolutely refreshed. This business claims my account is current with them. Yet, I do not even have an account with them. My account was cancelled in LA. I used already paid for massages from that account. Do not trust this business. They were contacted on more than several occasions of the cancellation and still placed unauthorized charges. I do not know if they are aware but lacing unauthorized charges on a credit card is fraud. Do not even walk into their business or they steal your information. That is how fraudulent they are. Go anywhere but here. I literally had to contact lawyers and the Better Business Bureau. Anyone experiencing the same issues with this location please contact me for class action. If you filed a complaint with the BBB as well. I read a lot of other reviews on this business. For anyone that is aware it is illegal for a business to make it difficult or to not cancel a membership or subscription. It's a federal crime. The FCC has several different laws regarding businesses and so called memberships and subscriptions. This business is in violation of those laws. read more
