Olga is great! I had the hydrafacial and it was very relaxing. The facial cleansing was needed as I haven't gone to a skin spa in over a year. She was very thorough with removing excess dead skin cells and debris, and the products used helped to make my face plump and well hydrated after the hydrafacial. Would highly recommend as Olga has a variety of skin care services to suit your needs. I've seen Olga twice for a facial. I have expressed my concerns with fine lines and my combo skin, and she is so knowledgable and had the best recommendations. I had the pumpkin peel and microdermabrasion and it leaves my skin feeling so soft the next few days. Absolutely wonderful microdermabrasion with Olga. She took the time to give me skin care advice for my acne, did an additional acne treatment, and a lovely job at the mico. It was very relaxing, best facial I've had yet! I saw immediate improvement on my skin(I'm 27 with dry, acne scared skin, and still fighting breakouts). Well worth the very reasonable price. Here is the thing, I tried really hard to reach her a several times unsuccessfully, which is the reason for my review. First, I tried to reach her through here around 9 in the morning. A couple minutes later, I called and left a message and several hours later, I called back. By then it was around 2 hours away from closing. She actually replied through text around 30 minutes later, asking if I had any questions. I replied that I wanted an appointment for the weekend. She replied "I don't have any openings, sorry." I then asked when the next Saturday or Sunday she had available was, to which she never replied herself. I must have annoyed her. A day later, around 9 o clock she replied to my Yelp message telling me she does not work Saturday or Sunday. I think to my self, "Why didn't she just say that in the text?" So there was definitely some miscommunication going on. However, since she never replied to my text, I made the decision to go with someone else. Although, I really wanted to get my facial done here, I don't like feeling like I'm begging to give someone my money. Because I did not get to visit , I gave it three stars to give them the benefit of the doubt. read more

I really enjoyed working with Olga. She's a wonderful and talente aesthetician. I love how through she is with her extractions... even though I find them to be extremely painful to the point that I'm crying. After going to her several times, I've noticed an improvement with my skin. I'm only a bit sad that my hours at work have increased lately, so it has been difficult to schedule another time.
