I had a membership for about 15 years. I came to this location from the time it opened after covid. The massages I received were amazing. The issue I had was that I had a bi-weekly standing appointment. Their system does not accommodate perpetual ongoing standing appointments, so you have to stay on top of them. My therapist was very hard to get in with, so I was sure to ask the girls up front to extend my appointments out as far as they could. twice, they failed to do so, and I lost my standing appointment to someone else. I scheduled as far out as I could once it opened up, and asked to ensure it didn't happen again. It happened again. There is no loyalty to their consistent clients. I finally gave up and found a therapist elsewhere. read more

I had a 90-minute massage with Jacob. I told him at the beginning that I wanted a whole-body massage, but my problem areas are my neck, shoulders & lower back. He spent just under an hour on my upper back and barely worked on my lower back and neck. He sped through the rest of the massage, barely massaging my arms/legs - it was more like he was just applying and rubbing in the lotion. I left feeling pretty much the same as when I walked in. I shared this feedback with the receptionist and she apologized, but didn't offer anything to make it right. I was still charged $128. read more

For me, my monthly facial is an hour of bliss. Not just because it is an hour away from my phone, work, chaos etc., but because someone else is taking care of you for an hour. And for me.....that person is Jessica. Obviously I am not her only client, but for that hour it feels like I am. She knows my skin and cares about what it needs and at the same time aims to just help me relax while I am with her. About half the time you'll be rebooking rather than going. My wife has been booking this location for a message over the past years and about half the time they will call a few hours before saying they can't do the massage. So she'll have to rebook or settle for a facial some other time in the day instead. When you have small children this is a pain to deal with. Now most recently on mothers day she got a call ~3 hours before hand saying they can't have her come in on her scheduled time. To my fellow husbands, don't book this location for your wife. You'll have to deal with your wife looking forward to their massage only to deal with a frustrating call as she tries to find another time to fit it in as Message Envy cancels with a few hours notice. In fairness they did offer some comps next time she comes in but we'll see if they cancel with a few hours notice again. Turns out they canceled 3 times in April on my mother-in-law! read more

Today marks the 2nd time that I have received a cancelation call and lost out on my scheduled massage. The 1st time, as I was walking out the door. Today, less than 24 hours prior to my appt time. Such a harsh cancelation policy- where is MY 50% or 100% cancelation reimbursement for your emergency cancelations? I have been a member of Massage Envy for almost 10 years. I highly recommend them, and here is why: Self-care is something we all aspire to, but it's the first thing we sacrifice when we get busy. I LOVE being a member. Every month they bill me for a service and it ends up that every month I get something done. Sometimes I fall behind, but the credits stay on your account and I can go more frequently for a while until I use the credits I've already paid for. It's a great incentive to actually meet your goal of focusing on self care. The biggest complaint I've ever heard about Massage Envy is that "they push the membership too hard" well...that's because you should have one. I travel all around the country. And there is always a Massage Envy nearby. Have you ever tried to get a massage at a hotel? Or destination? It's almost 3x the price. I always use Massage Envy when I'm in places like Vegas or Seattle. Much cheaper. I've been going to this particular location for years. My favorite therapist is Jay!! Jay is excellent, very attentive. Sometimes we talk, and sometimes we don't. He's a great conversationalist. Jay has worked with me through multiple sports injuries (from running) and he gives me valuable info that I've shared with my physical therapist when massage needed to be escalated to medical care. I also highly recommend Isiah he also always is very professional and does deep tissue work. Everyone at this location is very professional and I hope you enjoy your next service. read more

This was given to me as a gift, and when i went to review pricing to make another appointment, i learned how pricey it actually is. If you have the money to go , you should because its worth it. The masseuse know what theyre doing and you feel so much more relaxed afterwards.
