I was not expecting this so I was a bit surprised. I could feel my sinuses opening up and pressure relief. We sat in the room for I think 30 (?) minutes just relaxing and chatting. It was dimly lit so it was a wonderfully relaxing environment. Going into this I kind of felt like salt rooms were a hoax but after one session I'm definitely a believer in it's benefits!
