Jocelyn is a credit to Massage Envy, and we hope her efforts are recognized. That said, we'd like to respectfully suggest that Massage Envy Corporate reevaluate its cancellation policies. They currently feel a bit sticky--as we say--and can create unnecessary challenges for members who need to make adjustments while traveling or facing unforeseen circumstances. My massage therapist ondrell was wonderful. Ondrell has been working for the company for 10 years and worked out all my pain from an injury in September. I had her the last 3 visits of my membership. Each visit we tried a different add on. The massage gun was wonderful. The cupping on the other hand is uncomfortable a few days after but helped relieve tension in my back. I only canceled my memebership for their lack of customer service on the phone. I was not happy with the fact that they originally told me in a letter and confirmed over the phone that when my contact was up in February my membership would automatically be canceled. When I was charged the increased price of $75 in March I was not a happy camper. I redeemed two 60 minute massage credits while visiting the area with my husband. I saw Faith K and Yesenia and would highly recommend both! The massage from Faith K was firm to deep pressure, and her hip massage was helpful because I fell on some stairs several months ago and still occasionally have pain. It felt amazing, and isn't something always incorporated. She was less talkative than some massage therapists but made for a very comfortable experience. Yesenia provided and almost spa like experience, which made having a membership from another state feel really special. Her touch of putting the towel over my hair and then my eyes and how thorough her massage was edged it over the top to my favorite massage as ME ever. I also greatly appreciated her suggestion for relaxing and local activities. Thank you to both ladies. My experience with the front desk was variable, as the one employee I encountered on both days was a bit distracted by a security guard coworker. I called this location today at 1:50 PM. They put me on hold and I waited for 15 minutes. No one picked up during that time to tell me to continue to hold. I just waited. Then I hung up and I called back, and they asked to put me on hold again. I said I had been waiting for 15 minutes and all I wanted was to find out if there was a masseuse available at 3 PM for 90 minutes. Instead of recognizing my frustration for waiting for 15 minutes, I was given a terse, snide, and nasty response, indicating that there was no one available. There wasn't even any pause to check. This was a female that was working the desk at the time. Most of the time the people answering the phone phones are nice. This individual had no appreciation for a member that was paying for two accounts and the long wait time that I had to wait. No apology. No interest in my frustration. And no Customer Service skills whatsoever. I will be finding another Massage franchise that has staff that can properly speak to its members and that has more availability for massages. Every time I try to book a massage with massage envy, I have to call six or seven locations until I could find one that has availability to book my massage. The lack of availability and the poor customer service has proven to me that you do not staff your centers properly and you do not care about your customers' needs. read more

Always on time, never late, always was kind because I expect what you give out. Not for Massage Envy. I was on my HONEYMOON and I had a massage booked for the day we arrived back home in Vegas for my husband and I. Our red eye flight got changed to a next day flight and so I left a voicemail (8pm Hawaii time, 11pm their time.) I apologized but said we were stranded in Kaua'i. I literally could do nothing. Cut to I get a call around 11am Hawaii time (2pm Vegas time). Massage Envy said they were going to charge me for a no show. I said: did you check your messages? The lady replied "uhhh no..have a nice day." She literally has been open for 5 hours?! As I land in Vegas, 6 hours later, I see I get a voicemail form then that they want to charge me further. Are you kidding me? I did everything right. I communicated, I warned you guys, and they have ZERO EMPATHY. I tried cancelling my membership? They want me to pay my no show fee before I can cancel..even though if under three months, I was told I could cancel. Trust me, I am livid. Never ever coming back here again. read more

I gave this place a five star review because I had such exceptional service. I went today on May 25, 2025 to get my massage. I knew something was off because I just had a massage two weeks ago, but I didn't want to miss the appointment or cause any issues. When I arrive the lady who is at the front desk stated that she had made my appointment date in error. I asked if I could be scheduled for June 8th to have my massage which would've been within the one month period. She stated that she could do that, but she wasn't sure if I was still going to be charged. The manager came out, Jody, who was an absolute horror!!! She didn't want to change my appointment and I became very upset at that point she did change it. I cannot say or recommend massage envy to anyone, they make errors, they are hostile, blatantly biased and condescending ( Jody the Manager), and dismissive. Came in expecting a relaxing, 90 minute massage but was met with a pretty passive aggressive environment that left me more tense than when I came in. My massage was scheduled for 2:30pm and I arrived at 2:20pm and quickly filled out the necessary forms - I was not met and in the massage table until 2:40. From there the massage therapist Ondrell asked me what I was looking to get, not reading the form I just filled out moments ago with what I had requested and generally being a little standoffish, maybe I just caught them on a bad day. Once the massage itself started the intensity picked up quite quickly since I asked for deep tissue so that was unsettling. This pressure was unlike anything I felt before, having received many deep tissue massages previously, this one felt pretty uncomfortable. After moving to my right leg, Ondrell stopped the massage and said something along the lines of "I am only doing firm pressure right now and you are not taking it well" to which I said lets do medium pressure then, and then they replied "I don't know what other massage places you have been to but that was just firm." This took me a little off guard but I persisted anyway. Once switched to medium pressure, I then felt like they were phoning it in, providing very little relaxation or pressure to help me get there. They also made comments about my eczema, which if they read the form I filled out, they would have known I had it. This furthered my tenseness within the space. By the end of the massage it was 3:50, which means I was shorted 20 minutes total of what was supposed to be 90 minutes, I left feeling disappointed in the service and will not be coming back. read more

Im going to leave a review of three stars not so much based on my experience with the therapist and massage there was nothing wrong with his massage or techniques or anything. My complaint is about the actual location and the standards of cleanliness. The store has a strong foul smell of sewage. It was very unpleasant to tolerate that odor during my session. They should have candles in every room or some type of air freshener to eliminate that unpleasant odor.Nobody wants to smell a sewer during a massage that is supposed to be pleasant regardless of the excuse, we are members and we expect a certain standard of an experience for this kinda of service that is supposed to feel luxurious. Any type of pampering for somebody in need of it definitely doesn't want to smell sewage during their services. They are for sure doing an injustice for their good therapist that people want to return to see. The staff depends on the management of this location to have smooth and satisfying business. I am actually going to go to another location because I doubt this issue has been addressed. If you have asensitive nose it is difficult to enjoy a massage because of that smell. I hope they have fixed the issue as I have not returned for about three months I do not wish to return until that problem has been addressed. You are costing your therapist by not addressing that issue or at least offer free aromatherapy or something so that the people do not feel like tolerate the smell of a sewer during service. read more

Another bad experience with the Aesthetics group. My appointment was rescheduled which was fine. I arrived and checked in , went to the tranquility room and waited 10 minutes. As I was walking to the front desk to see what the delay was I got a call asking where I was? Finally see the aesthetics person who says she's not certified to do a 90 min facial, can't get her IPad to work. At this point it is already 15 min past my appointment time appointment time and she says she can't give me the full hour. This has happened before, cancelled an hour before service because they didn't have the product needed and were working on a new protocol. . This location has gone down hill and fast. I signed up for a membership in 2021, and since then they have lost A LOT of staff, massage therapists and aestheticians. Probably due to the front desk staff because they are horrible! They turn over staff like pancakes at this location. Even the person that retired from a great job stated that she came to work there because she just wanted an easy job, she just recently left, the signs speak for themselves. I'm sure it's due to the pay as well because I've heard ALL of them complain about that to some point as well. Each therapist I speak to about the front desk says that the only reason they keep their customers is because their customers love them, but hate the service they receive by phone or in person from the front desk staff. THEY ALL NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING and probably a freakin massage themselves to calm tf down because they all seem to hate their jobs, and weren't trained in customer service or even what it means. One example, I called and asked a question about why the staff didn't pull my credit early when I was there like I had asked instead of charging my card again, the girl didn't feel she was understanding my question, so she puts her manager on (smart), the mgr. Alexis gets on then blames me for not wearing the right clothes for my stretch appt. (wtf does that have to do with pulling my credit)... I've never scheduled a stretch appt. before how would I know what to wear ‍. When I got there I had to wait for the therapist, someone could have educated me then about the clothing because I sat in the front waiting area, and they all saw me. Even the therapist had to come out and tell them they should start making sure people have the right clothes on because it's a waste of his time and the customer's. Luckily the Therapist Robert is the best and still gave me some stretching off the table and massaged my back for the time so that it wouldn't be a complete loss. Back to the story: so this manager instead of listening to my actual question, chose to totally deflect in order to find blame in me, the paying customer!... aka manipulative bullshit! Wouldn't it have been great if customer service skills were used at that very moment to see that I had never been stretched there before and provide recommendations on clothing . How freaking hard would that have been?! She never did answer my damn question about charging me twice and not pulling my credit while I was there. But it's easier to blame the paying customer who is now cancelling their membership by the end of the year...an only waiting until that time because I have 3 more appts with another therapist at my new location. Sorry Robert, they made you lose a great tipping customer. I could tell you all the horror stories I've had this location over the last 6 mos. since they've been going down the toilet, but it would make this post incredibly longer than it is, that's how bad it's gotten. I moved further away from this location and have ONLY still been going to this location because of how great Robert is, but I've found another therapist who's just as good at another location where their front desk staff treats you like a paying customer and believes the old adage, "the customer is always right", so I'll be going there until it's just time to cut ties with ME all together because until the corp. decides to pay people better it'll just be more of the same at most of these locations unfortunately. I've experienced about 5 ME's in Las Vegas and chose Rock Springs out of all of them last year. The ones I went to honestly all have bad customer service, girls with tudes that don't greet you, smile, help you with your account. properly, managers that don't GAF (it's like the wild Wild West), but Rock Springs has truly crossed the line. They are only getting 3 stars because of the maybe 3 great people that are there who've I've encountered in an year. Also, they at least keep the place clean, so they get a star for that as well. Run fast from this Rock Springs location though because at some point they will disrespect you and your money as well. I brought 2 other girlfriends to this location and they have their membership here as well. I got a massage last night from Yesenia and she was AMAZING!!! I don't get massages until the pain is too much to bear (I hate being touched) and usually massage therapists just massage how and what they want. Yesenia listened to my concerns and complaints about pain and focused on those areas. Pressure was perfect and she made sure to keep asking if I was ok. I was able to get up this morning and walk without pain in my foot (plantar fasciitis) for the first time in a year. I highly my recommend her. I have been a member since 2018 and called in to cancel my membership. I haven't used this location for over two years. They make it a point to make it very inconvenient and a hassle to cancel. Unfortunately you have to physically come to the location and sign the paperwork because it is "a legally binding document". Ive refinanced my house with docusign. Ive agreed and cancelled services that cost way more money, easier than this. Its very outdated and ridiculous. The only thing is she didn't do one of my feet. I made sure to tip well but it really irritated my soulllll about my other foot! I let the lady massaging me know that I love my feet being rubbed in the beginning when she asked what my major concerns were. She did one leg, then she stretched one foot out, twisted it, got the knots out, rubbed it so good, and moved to the second leg when she was done but didn't do that foot! I didn't say anything because i was hoping she would or maybe she was doing it different but nope! I did get the booking last minute when I happen to look up massages and was her very last client for the day. Maybe she was really sleepy but she was still really great, I can't even complain! They refuse to exchange or return anything regardless if you have had a bad reaction to the different products they sell even when you have the receipt and it's on your record. They know NOTHING about customer service or how to sell retail products but they do sell them. So tell your aesthetician you will not buy from ME and ask where you can buy the PCA brand. Great service! They just need to train their staff to follow up on the customer. I have used my 3 mos contract and I have always been thinking of going back. I guess I just needed an extra push and motivation. If their staff only knew how to follow up, or has an automated system where they can email or send a text message to their previous client, offer them a good discount if they come back again, they will have a greater returning client base. this rating is an average of both Ed and I for our couples massage. It should really be a 2.5 star. (5 for Liz, 2 for Robert) I booked us a couples massage for Saturday. My therapist was Robert and Ed had Liz. First off let me say I have been to Massage Envy probably about 4 or 5 times over the years. I do not have a membership but every now and again I want a massage and it's right around the corner. The front desk staff is amazing!!! Super nice. We arrived about 7:20 and filled out our intake form on the laptop. After completion, we went into the relaxation room to wait for our therapists. Now, on my form, I gave consent for back, glutes and arms. I am extremely ticklish on my legs and feet and depending on my mood, my neck. So I basically (as in the past) just wanted my back and butt to be done. We go in, Robert reviews my intake info and asked if I really wanted deep tissue. I said yes. He said ok well let's put firm and you can tell me if you like it softer or more intense. OK Perfect! They leave for us to undress and get on the table. They come back in and I had my headphones in w my small IPod. He told me he wasn't sure he would be able to work around it. HUH?!? I've never EVER been told that. It's not like I have the big bulky headphones or a huge IPOD. It's very small and I have earbuds. I say um ok. I took one earbud out and tried to accommodate. The massage begins and all is going pretty well. Then he tells me to turn over. OK. I thought I had just put the back but thought to myself it's ok try something new Lynette. MISTAKE. The arms did nothing for me and he could only do the right side of my neck. When he got to the left, I was in my ticklish mode. So he said well let's do some stretches. STRETCHES?!?! WHAT IN THE TARNATIONS?!?!? He proceeds to put my foot to my opposite knee and seriously stretch my legs. Am I in aerobics class? Am I being punked? He proceeds to "stretch" the other leg. I could've sworn I paid for a massage and not a stretch. By this time there is only a few moments left and I thought the warm towel was coming. NOPE!!!! More stretching. OMFG! They left and I asked Ed how was his massage and he enjoyed it. I said did you get a warm towel? He said yes OMG it was amazing! Well pffffttttttttt! Definitely feel cheated here. Sadly i felt like the attendant got mad to the world and poured her anger on my shoulders. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the fact that they cut 10 minutes off of my PAID massage for the "closing" of your massage which I assume is for asking your masseuse questions or for them to give you pointers on how to relieve your body from all the tension. 10 extra minutes of a massage would have been perfect for the state of my muscles that day!
