I have rosacea and sensitive skin, and it's hard to keep my face looking and feeling decent. So I decided to have a facial at the spa in the Aliante Hotel & Casino. They have one especially for sensitive and "troublesome" skin. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was there a bit early. I checked in and was escorted to the back and shown where the bathrooms, showers (2 of them), various complimentary items, lockers (and how to lock them), and the relaxation room.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The relaxation room is dimly lit, smells wonderful, has comfortable chairs, and has various snacks and drinks. It was nice. The spa is very small. But it had everything I needed. I was offered a complimentary 3-day pool pass when I checked out but declined this time. I loved it!! My face, while red, is smooth and hydrated. So smooth!!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Afterward, Dana explained the importance of exfoliating (I never do as it usually hurts). I did purchase the product she used to exfoliate my skin because it didn't hurt.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] And, on top of the wonderful facial and the extra time Dana took to explain my skin health and teach me how to properly use the exfoliate, the facial includes a wonderfully relaxing neck, shoulder, arms, and hands massage. So I'm going to give it a two star only because my massage therapist was good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]You know what will ruin a good massage is customer service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I was finished with my massage that my fiancée booked for me, he still had to come up to pay with the physical card although he booked online with the card, a inconvenience but that was little compared to when I tell you they tried to scam us, and I mean they tried. My massage was $190- were locals and as they advertised locals get a 20% discount. I wanted to tip my massage therapist $40 with my card, but while I was waiting for my fiancée I picked up the pamphlet and it said they charge a 20% service fee. I asked the receptionist since I tipped is he still going to get charged (thinking she was going to say no) and she said yeah. I asked why would you still charge him if I paid the gratuity and she said it's a service charge and it is split between us and the massage therapist. Then I asked about what about the locals discount she said it basically cancels each other out. Ummm excuse me?? So my massage was $190- I tipped $40 and you're telling me that you still have to charge a service fee so on top of it you're going to get another 30 something. $70 tip for a massage that should've costed him $160ish with the locals discount. 1. No where does it say when your booking online there is automatic service charge. (She said it's on the pamphlet but it's on the back) not when you're booking online. It only says that price does not include taxes, service charge or gratuity -- which is the same but just to confuse you 2. When I offer to pay the gratuity, no one said oh it's automatically included. 3. She insisted on people tip extra all the time- -maybe because you guys are scamming and not explaining that the gratuity is already included. 4. I called the Red Rock Casino Spa ( which is BEAUTIFUL with a full steam room) and the Wynn spa (5 star 5 diamond hotel) and I asked them if I said I wanted to pay gratuity separately would you still charge my fiancée a service charge and they both said NO! So back to square one. If I had told the receptionist that I wanted to pay for the tip then they should have just accepted the 25% tip that I originally tipped. [[HIGHLIGHT]]But because they tried to scam and be greedy I drove back up there for them to refund my $40 and they lost a potential return customer.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The prices are the same as other spas and they are smaller so at least if you're going to charge the same the customer service better be on point. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've worked in the customer service industry for over 14 years, I'm expected to give top service especially when we're spending our money on a luxury service just for someone to try to scam out of extra 30 dollars[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. This isn't about the extra $30. I work in the tipping industry, but I would never scam a guest to get a bigger tip. Tips are earned not rightfully given. Came here last week for their 50 minute Swedish massage. I arrived about a couple hours before my appointment which is completely unnecessary, unless you are trying to enjoy their facilities. There is a relaxation room and a nice gym, unfortunately it's not your typical casino spa with a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. They do give you access to the pool and gym for the day of your massage or service, hence why I arrived early for my appointment. Luca (I believe that was his name) gave me a very relaxing massage which left me feeling blissful and ready for the week. I used their jacuzzi which is located at the pool. It was around 90 degrees outside, but it was nice to soak my body before my massage, afterwards I used their shower, that is where there is only one minor issue for me. The first shower has a shower head that wasn't working properly but I was already in the shower and undressed when I realized it. In the relaxation room they have snacks, juices and waters available before or after your massage. If you're looking for a nice place for an affordable massage with a few perks on the north side of town, you should definitely try this Spa. read more

Came in for a couples massage with my husband and I will never come again. Waste of money. My therapist kept bumping my head when she was working on my back. Not relaxing at all. I also told her at the beginning that my legs were sore from working out. She quickly cut me off and said she'd feel to see what's needed. Didn't ask if I wanted her to focus on any areas. Only asked what areas I wanted her to avoid. The scalp massage was a joke. I can't even call it a scalp massage. It just felt like she was scratching my scalp unmindfully. Like others have stated, I'm not sure why this place is called a "spa" because they only have 2 showers and a tiny locker room. The amenities I'm used to at a casino hotel always has hot tubs and sauna rooms. The price should reflect this. The massage was disappointing as well. I feel like she didn't even listen to anything I said. I asked her to focus on my left foot, but she barely touched it. I kept having to ask her to go more firm throughout the massage. Before she started, I asked her to raise the temperature, but the room was kept cold. I usually fall asleep during massages, but I never relaxed enough to fall asleep during my 90 minute massage. Had a pedicure scheduled, became sick, and was diagnosed with something highly contagious. I called to reschedule as soon as I was notified of my condition and was told that since I was inside of the 4 hour window, I would be charged the full amount. I would understand this if what I was experiencing was within my control. So my options were to expose everyone in the spa to what I am sick with or be charged for a service I was not able to receive. I didn't go to the appointment because, no, I don't want to make anyone else sick. This was going to be my first visit to this spa, I can guarantee I will not be a patron ever. I give two stars for the facility lacking amenities, pool/Hot tub, sauna and simply lounge in a coed area with loungers and aroma therapy, zen music. These are things that are expected in a Casino spa. No snacks, just water juice and Kurig with a lack of options. I may be spoiled with my other experiences, cloudy the dullness and lack of detail say a "Spa" should have. I brought my son while he was home on leave fully expecting to spend some zen time and relaxing conversation, this is not where you will find that atmosphere and amenities that you can enjoy before and after. If your looking for Message Envy type service this is the place for you, in and out. My husband gifted me a spa day at Aliante as a Christmas gift and it was AMAZING. While the services were pricey they were worth it. I gave birth in July and my body really needed a good massage. When you arrive the host will bring you back and show you the locker room. In the women's locker room there are 2 separate/private bathrooms, 2-3 showers, multiple sinks, and a locker area. The sinks had a lot of convenient stuff like throw away hair brushes, hair ties, face wash stuff, razors, etc. I ended up using a few of their stuff. After you get changed and put your stuff in the locker you make your way through these doors into the waiting room. It's a lot dimmer, has soft meditation music in the background, chairs all around, food and drinks. I only took a water bottle as I had coffee on my way to the spa. I don't remember which service I ended up choosing but I do remember getting a full body scrub and massage. It was very convenient that there was a hidden shower in the room so after my scrub I just hopped in there to wash off. After the scrub I then had my massage. The masseuse I had was so sweet. She took her time and was gentle. I've been to massage places before where it felt rushed and aggressive. Once I was done with that she led me back to the waiting room to get ready for my facial. This lasted about and hour and a half I believe. The girl who did my facial was really sweet too. She really took her time and was gentle as well. This lasted about 25 mins I think. I felt amazing after everything. I just wanted to go home and sleep for hours. I recommend getting a spa experience like this at least once. Again it is a little pricey so if you can financially afford it then I say go for it! I am hoping to come back in the near future. read more

Relax Spa is located north of the 215 fwy in the Aliante Hotel and Casino. The decor is modern, relaxing and spa-like. Located on the 2nd floor, you'll see the front desk area when you walk out of the elevators. The entire facility is compact and offers no additional amenities (i.e., pool, jacuzzis, sauna, steam room), but they have a couple showers and a decent-sized bathroom area. Upon arrival, I was politely greeted and checked-in by the front desk employee. She asked me to fill out a form and told me to walk to the back. I walked to the locker room and most of the lockers were empty - no robes or slippers. I had to walk back to the front to ask for a pair of slippers and told them that most of the lockers were empty (customers should not have to do that). Soon after, an employee quickly came by to stock the lockers. I had a HydraFacial with Victoria, this was my second time seeing her. She did a great job! She thoroughly explained the process and detailed the skincare products she used. I'm really happy with my results and I plan on returning in 4 weeks (per Victoria's recommendation). Prices are within a moderate range. Locals get a 20% discount which goes back to your therapist/esthetician automatically, unless you choose to adjust up or down. The employee who checked me out (different than the one who checked me in) had good customer-centric communication skills. She did a great job explaining the local discount and loyalty program. 3.5 out of 5 stars due to the lack of amenities and inconsistencies with customer service. Note to management: If your employees are dealing with a first-time customer, it would help to provide a quick tour or explanation of the spa (where the lockers are located, how to secure your belongings, where to retrieve complimentary robe & slippers) rather than telling them to walk to the back and figure it out for themselves. Such gestures may seem so insignificant to an employee, but it makes a big impact and improves your customer's overall experience. read more

Honestly, I hate to even give such a low review to this place. Before the quarantine of 2020 this was my go to place to relax, have a great facial and massage. My latest trip was quite disappointing and the opposite I was greeted and shown around upon entering. The locker rooms were nice, filled with all the things you might need. My first service was my massage. The male masseuse asked me what I was needing attention on. I told him my back, neck and glutes. I made sure to state that I only wanted those items. He didn't even focus on those areas and just seem to be on "auto-pilot" mode. Not paying attention to anything I said. I'm sure it's because of whatever he was listening to in his AirPods that I could hear the entire time. So much for relaxing. It left a lot to be desired, to say the least. Next was my facial. I informed her that I had makeup on my face. And I asked if I needed to remove it first and was told no. Ok fine. Lay down and be ready for my facial. She was super nice and chatted quite a bit. Only after my facial did I notice my eye makeup was left on my face. Kind of a let down especially since it was supposed to be a repairing facial. Once I left. I stopped by the counter to find out what else I needed to do since I pre-paid for my services, she said how was everything. I told her about my massage and she said oh do you want another one? No ma'am. No I do not. I wanted it to be over 10 minutes into the first one. Then she just said well ok, I'm guessing you don't want to leave a tip. I was insulted. Visited Relax today with my daughter. I got a massage with Rosaura and my daughter had a facial. ( mSorry I don't know her name). Both of us were very happy with our services. The facility was very clean and welcoming. Yes it's small but I didn't feel I was missing anything. The waiting area had comfortable chairs and refreshments. Tea would have been nice but we didn't wait long. The robes were amazing! Like being wrapped in an old chenille blanket. Our use of the spa allowed us to visit the resort pool which was very relaxing. Rosaura was very attentive to my personal needs and worked expertly on my tight areas. I will absolutely go back. I'm a North Las Vegas local and I visit the Relax Spa once a month for a deep tissue massage from Amber. I love my visit; the space is very calming, welcoming, and cozy. If you're someone who really means it when they request a deep tissue massage, I highly highly recommend Amber. My back has always been unreasonably prone to tension and knots, and Amber is extremely skilled at pinpointing problem areas and helping you breathe through the process of releasing those pent-up spots. She's also great at explaining what she's finding and how to best care for yourself after an intense therapeutic massage. Couldn't recommend her highly enough. read more

As for my service, 5 stars. I had a 50 minute detox facial. It consisted of my esthetician Victoria starting right on time. She was very knowledgeable and had a soft touch. All the products smell lovely. Victoria was great at explaining what she was doing and why. She also made recommendations for my next facial. I would be disappointed if I paid full price for my first visit due to the lack of amenities. I got a Groupon for $63 ($79 minus 20% off code) plus $22 mandatory gratuity collected at check in. I prefer to pay everything before a service anyway so that you don't have to talk to anyone after being relaxed. $85 total including gratuity. The receptionist led me straight to the "relaxation room" There is no reason to arrive early. There are no amenities. No steam room or jacuzzi. No cozy robe or slippers to change into. There are two showers and some lockers. Very underwhelming. I much prefer Spa Aquae at Jw Marriott (30% off for locals during the week) but thought I'd try something new. I will be back to see Victoria because my skin looks and feels great but they really need to add amenities to make this a 5 star experience. read more

I had the most amazing Spa Day today at Relax Spa at Aliante. The spa is incredibly clean and very welcoming when you come through the front door. Peaceful wall fountain behind the desk. The Spa staff are so incredible and helpful. I had booked the Mineral Detox Body Wrap, do not hesitate to book this luxurious massage and wrap, I was so glad I booked this. Taylor was my massage therapist. She was incredible, warm-hearted and kind. I felt like I had known her all my life. She explained the whole process which was a scrub, warm towels, body mineral mask and then wrapped up like a cocoon. There was also a neck and head massage after being wrapped up. The oil smelled so nice and calming. Before I came to the spa, I had a headache. During the neck and head massage, it went away instantly. Taylor, thank you so much for healing me and I enjoyed talking to you about your home state after the massage since I had lived there as well. I will definitely book with Taylor again in the near future. I highly recommend this place and the detox wrap is fantastic. I have been working out in the fitness room each day across the hall as well and love the facilities overlooking the pool and beautify scenery. It has everything you need. First time at Relax and it didn't disappoint. I booked last minute on a Friday evening and the receptionist was kind to squeeze my husband and I for a couples massage. I wouldn't have known that there's a local and military discount until she mentioned it. Customer service was great. Although they don't have the extra amenities such as a sauna or hot tub, there is a relaxation room with drinks and snacks. They also provide all the bath essentials such as toothbrushes, mouthwash, lotion, hair gels, shavers, etc. Massage: OMG! I'm so happy I asked for the deep tissue massage because it was amazing. Marcus knows all the muscle points to hit and really focuses on the troubled ones. I recommend him for deep tissue! My best gal pal from Chicago flew in and we headed here with Groupons in hand for a day of 're:lax'-ation. Here's how it went down... Appointments were for a Sunday afternoon and were made easy peasy over the phone. We mentioned our groupon deal and they advised us of the additional 20% gratuity on the regular price of the service (not a problem). 79 buckaroos with the Groupon for a 50 min massage of your choice includes a glass of wine/champagne and 10 dollar credit to FARM restaurant in the casino. They have other options that offer facials and express mani/pedi if that's your thing. We opted for the basic deal and went for the massages. My first impression was this place was tiny. I would say very underwhelming for a Las Vegas style spa experience. The relaxation room was nice but could have been upgraded with modern seating vs the wicker furniture with cushions. It can easily be overcrowded while waiting for your service (I wasn't able to snap any pics since it was an electronic free zone). The locker room was also super tiny and was crowded with more than handful of ladies passing through for their services (only 2 showers / 2 bathroom stalls). They did provide Re:lax branded robes, typical locker room amenities (think toothpaste/toothbrush, hair gel, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, and body wash etc.), and sandals for the service. We were also able to use the outside pool after we wrapped up the massages. Overall, the spa was very clean. It was just basic and small. Example of being small: Their steam room was only in the men's locker room (they DID allow us to use it when the coast was clear of all men and even threw in some eucalyptus aromatherapy oils to heighten our experience). I simply wish they had more amenities within the spa. A sauna, a steam room, pool and jacuzzi would have been a nice touch. Easy access for women into those would be even better (vs having to wait for the coast to be clear to use the steam room in the men's locker room). This is NOT your pumped up luxury spa. Don't come here and expect to be 'wowed' by luxury. I'd normally give this place a 3 out of 5 stars for amenities and size. Now, I must commend the service side of our experience. The spa manager and massage therapist were fabulous! It truly made up for the lack of spa amenities and the small size of the place. Sadly, some businesses will slack on service just because you're using a groupon. This truly wasn't the case here. Everyone we encountered was wam and friendly and went out of their way to ensure my friend and I had an amazing and relaxing time. They did their best to pamper us and didn't skimp on the massage. They were trying their best and I admire their efforts. The massage was perfectly relaxing and I was impressed. The service really is what bumped a 3 star spa experience into a 4 star one. Final Verdict: Our massage were great and we both enjoyed our time. The Groupon truly sweetened the deal and the service provided by the employees was superb. Not worth any other services except the body scrub from what I experienced. Didn't try a massage or facial, but will skip it from the experience we had. Spent over $600 for two and will not go back to this spa again. Gratuity is also split amongst every person who talks to you, including front desk. However you can tell them how much to split the tip to who, just feels unfair. We experienced a great milk & honey sugar scrub (had to settle with this because they were out of stock on another product we wanted, for the body wrap). I wasted $30 on the brow wax which was not completed (maybe the esthetician felt rushed). I figured if it cost $30, it must be worth it... No. We both were scheduled for the mani/pedi for $85 each, but didn't realize they only had one tech for both of us. So instead of one of us waiting, we asked if we could both of us at the same time, which the tech said she was fine with. The pedi was not bad at all, but our manicures turned out terrible. I did the 90-minute​ Swedish massage here about a week ago and I have to admit it is nothing like I imagined it would be. After reading the spa's website, I was expecting to be pampered and enjoy high-end facilities. I had planned to enjoy my massage and afterwards, to read a book with a fresh, hot coffee and fruit, while relaxing in the relaxation area. And once fully relaxed, I would finish the experience with a hot shower in their nice locker room. Unfortunately, I was sadly mistaken. The relaxation area is more of a tiny waiting room, supplied with furniture that seemed almost like patio furniture with nice cushions. The fruit and coffee that their website boasts? It was ONE small apple and ONE small orange. The coffee? Instead of fresh coffee in a carafe, it was self-serve from a Keurig machine. There was also a small bowl of some kind of trail mix, but there were no cups or bowls supplied to put it into, so there was no choice but to eat it from the palm of your hand. After unsuccessfully trying to relax and read in the stiff, upright​ chairs, I decided to try my luck with the showers. Big mistake- the locker room features 2 small showers that are located directly in front of the toilets. Both showerheads featured broken sprayers that would spray water everywhere​ and ended up soaking my towels and dry robe, which were hung up far away from where the water should have reached. It is also worth mentioning, that my sister-in-law had joined me for this, what should have been, relaxing spa day, and ended up with scratches literally covering her entire body from a botched exfoliation service. And to top it off, the spa's management handled it extremely poorly. Also, it is apparently their policy to file a complaint with hotel security for such cases, so in addition to receiving painful scratches, my sister-in-law had to endure having her entire body photographed as if she were a victim of a horrific crime, and on top of that humiliation, she spent the majority of her vacation dealing with the stress of dealing with the situation. I am horrified by the treatment my sister-in-law received and extremely disappointed with my own personal experience. I have been to other spas and this in no way met my expectations. My actual massage was decent, but I honestly could​ received the same level of services from a cheaper massage parlor such as Massage Envy. read more

The massage was excellent, but the overall experience awful. I scheduled a last minute couples massage and was told that a cancellation fee would apply if I cancelled at all, because the appointment was made within the "cancellation window." I said I understood. My husband was unable to make it, so I asked if I could reschedule his appointment for the future and was told "No." The manager proceeded to tell me that I was made aware of the cancellation fee, to which I responded, "yes, I was made aware of the cancellation fee, but I was not told that I would have to pay the $50.00 fee if I RESCHEDULED the appointment. I then asked, "So, you are willing to give up future local business - two guaranteed appointments on February 2 and more in the future - rather than waive a cancellation fee?" The manager's response, "Yes." I understand that a spa cancellation fee is standard practice, but giving up future local business to maintain a "policy" is ludicrous. However, if #BoydEntertainment #RelaxSpa and #AlianteHotel are willing to sacrifice business, then what can I say? I have been coming here for the past 5 yrs. Each time has been satisfactory. The prices are just getting too high for the services. I only get massages and my last one I had done with my daughter as a couples massage. Neither of us were happy. 50 min mediocre massages. It's too bad, as I used to really enjoy this place. My fiance treated me with a nice day at the Aliante spa -- I got the mani/pedi, full body massage, and a facial. As far as the waiting rooms, I agree with the others that they were a bit small. I went on a Monday morning, almost nobody was there, so this wasn't an issue with me. Would be something to look out for if you are going at a peak time. My full body massage was wonderful & relaxing. The massage included an essential oil and heated towels in the comfort of a cozy room. The woman who massaged me tailored to my needs -- she went pretty hard as I like deep tissue massage. If you're going to pick one thing, I'd say go for the massage. This was my first time getting a facial, and it was interesting for me. The woman who did it was very kind and attentive. I was relaxed and my skin felt great afterward. I'm not sure how it compares to other facials as this was my first one. The mani/pedi was very basic. They had a standard selection of colors. I was hoping to get french tips but they were $15 extra which I didn't think was worth it. Something that I didn't like was that the mani/pedi area was in the front desk/waiting room area, which was a little awkward. Included with my trip to the spa was a pool pass for the day. Overall my experience was okay but for the price I was a little disappointed. I had the Tropical Paradise body treatment/massage ($170 for 80 minutes). There was good and bad so I'm going to be as detailed as I can. I'm new to day spas so I was expecting a great experience for the price. The lady at the front desk was so very nice. I came 15 minutes early for my appt as they requested but because the locker area was so small, I had to wait 10min for people using lockers adjacent to mine to finish. I ended up having to change into my robe in one of the 2 bathroom stalls. The women's locker area though was very clean and accommodating when I was able to use what I needed. I waited in the waiting room for 5 min and my massage therapist called me back. I came for pure relaxation and my body scrub that I thought was supposed to be relaxing was kind of rough and my therapist talked the whole time. I didn't fill out any massage questionnaire and I wasn't asked if I had any sensitive areas so I had to vocalize a few times that areas were hurting. The scrub smelled great and did feel good on my skin but was very rushed. I was then asked to shower off in an open shower next to the massage room. The shower was bad. Someone needs to repair it. It was spraying water absolutely everywhere from the top because there was a leak. I had an additional scalp massage scheduled and she told me to keep my hair dry under a plastic cap and was stressing out that it was getting wet from the overspray. The shower itself was spraying very small separated streams so I couldn't rinse off well at all. I ended up having to use a washcloth to get all the scrub off and felt like I was washing off the nice oils that were in the scrub. There was also no curtain so there was cold in billowing into the shower so it was an uncomfortable experience. It also was apparently part of my 80 minutes because the scrub was so fast so I'm not happy about that. My hot stone treatment was lovely. I almost wish I would've just scheduled that alone. The Swedish massage was nice but very uneven. She worked one side very differently than she worked the other. For example, she massaged my right leg a lot longer than she did my left leg and didn't massage my right hand at all. I couldn't really relax. Then the scalp massage came and it wasn't a scalp massage at all. She put oil into my hair and worked it in with gloves on her hands. I didn't know this ahead of time and my hair was super oily/greasy for the rest of the day before I could shower and I had to be somewhere after my appt. This all makes me sound like an entitled snob but I have to be honest and was really just expecting a better experience. The best part was rinsing off after the treatment in the locker room shower that worked but I can do that at home. I was glad the locker room had spray deodorant, a razor, bottled water or Juice and other nice amenities. At the end, when I paid they automatically added a 20% gratuity. I ended up paying $220 for an underwhelming spa treatment. Overall, the services were ok but there is TONS of room for improvement. I was anxious the whole time and I probably won't be back unless I just picked the wrong day and the wrong treatment. read more

This Spa is two blocks away from our house and while it lacks many of the typical Spa amenities like a Whirlpool or steam room we've always had very good experiences with the therapists and estheticians there. This visit scheduled a couples massage and after a rather un-relaxing welcome and request for payment from the spa manager Joni (surprising as she was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable on the phone about what type of massage we should book) we were taken to our room. I had a deep tissue massage with Markus (amazing) and my husband had a regular Swedish with Magdalena and both were great I would give Markus 5 stars he took great Direction about the amount of pressure I needed and which spots I wanted him to focus on and which ones he could ignore, I will always request him. My husband would give Magdalena four stars, and plans to book a deep tissue with her next time. My husband signed the credit card receipt at the beginning not realizing 20% gratuity was already included (we always tip 20% anyway) but since I was dressed first I went out to check out (like nos T spas require you to do) and I left a $30 additional cash tip for each of the therapists not realizing it had already been added. I understand they offer a lot of discounts at this spa and unfortunately people don't always tip on the full amount but had the experience been not good I would have been disappointed having the gratuity already added. I didn't say anything because the service was great and $55 tip per therapist probably made their day but it's something the staff should try to make more clear read more

I got a spa gift for my birthday. This spa is very small. I had the relaxation package ( you get 3 25 min treatment) I got a body scrub, a facial and manicure. The body scrub and facial were great. Both of the girls very pleasant and make me feel relax and comfortable. The problem was the manicure, the lady didn't look to happy to be working that day, I guess. For the price of the manicure, I would rather go somewhere else and get a better job and price. Also the area where they do the nails is by the front desk, doors and elevators, no relaxing at all. I can hear the elevator passing through, people talking while going to the gym or because they got out at the wrong floor. The most uncomfortable thing was that I had to sit there in the lobby in the bath rope they give you. At least let me know that in that way I can at least be dress. Sorry but I would not come back here. read more
