Had a great experience here yesterday!! The receptionists was so friendly and kind. I haven't received a massage in months, so it was very much needed. My therapist was Oz he was very gently but strong. He took such great care of me, he took his time and made sure I was comfortable and everything was to my liking. Such a wonderful therapist!! Emailed reminder of an upcoming appointment but the store showed no record of the appointment. Previous visits for a couple massage with my wife were unimpressive. Requested a couples massage then upon arrival was taken to 2 separate rooms after we confirmed with the front desk it was a couples massage. Lost 20 minutes of our couples massage in the confusion. After we had our separate massages realized that neither of us got the add on we had confirmed during check in. Asked the front desk if the add on was relayed to the therapist, which she just replied I guess they forgot. Front desk confirmed with both therapist the add on was not preformed, but did not offer to refund the add on. Will not return. read more

If the ladies at front desk encourage you to buy the $149 package and get 3 massages, be very careful as they will ask you to sign a membership agreement. Read the fine print. If you are not happy with their services and want to terminate, they will not refund any unused portion of the $149. They require a 30 day termination and you cannot terminate for the first 90 days. (unless you prove to them you are moving out of the area or have a medical issue). The manager does not respond to my calls or emails. That in itself is enough to terminate. The concierge, Madison, has the utmost customer service and went above and beyond to match me with the right massage therapist. My session with Israel exceeded my expectations. He helped relieve some of my sciatica pain, while taking a few moments at the end of our session to suggest some stretches and exercises. Purchased a Groupon back in February for this location for a couples massage and each time I called in February/March for a weekend massage they never had any openings. I just called to try to schedule another appointment and they said there's a new rule they're enforcing and that "Groupon Appointments" cannot be used on the weekend. NO WHERE on my Groupon does it say that and it should certainly not apply to me if when I purchased the Groupon the rule wasn't in affect. Funny how they kept telling me they didn't have weekend openings and now there is a rule that they do not accept the appointments at all.. I guess my massage is not as important as the people who did not purchase via Groupon. Needless to say, will not be going here for my massages or any future massage. read more

I have been getting massages from this location since Mother's Day last year. I have had the pleasure of getting facials and massages from very professional and experienced people. I had no complaints until January of 2019 when I booked a much needed massage after a week of intense meetings. My appointment had been canceled when I arrived. It was a computer error, it turns out, but management preceded to make me feel like it was my mistake. I canceled my membership. The manager apologized and put a free service on my account. I continued to be charged for the membership for two months before I noticed it. When I called to inquire, the manager left a voice message and stated that I had reinstated my membership. Why would I do that? I have yet to hear from him. I booked another much needed massage for today, 4/6/19. I woke up earlier than usual on a Saturday and drove to the location only to find that the receptionist that booked my appointment put me in for next Saturday instead of today. I am sitting in the waiting area of this location typing this note and I am quite upset. If you want good customer service, go somewhere else! read more

I purchased a Groupon for this location for my hardworking husband who really enjoys massage therapy. I called to schedule on a Friday and was able to get in the next day which was the only plus in this experience. Upon arrival he was given paperwork to fill out and then sat to wait fit his appointment. He stated that the demeanor of the therapist immediately changed once she appeared from the back realized he was her client. From the start of the appointment to the end she was very dry and unenthusiastic. Thr massage itself was also unsatisfactory as she acted as if she barely wanted to touch him. We have been to other MH locations with no issues but needless to say we will never return here. I've tried to get a call back from a manger or an owner twice to provide feedback on this experience to no avail. read more

My husband gifted me a gift card here so I decided to try out this location. It was my first time here and I received a facial. The facial was awesome!! She was so nice and wonderful at what she does! There were two young ladies at the computer by the 2nd door who were nothing but smiles! One of them checked me in and she was VERY friendly and so sweet! After my facial I checking out with the gentleman who was polite. He gave me my total and I asked "is that the introductory price since its my first time?" He looked over for assistance to the lady sitting to his right wearing glasses and she just rolled her eyes and sighed at my question. She didn't give me a response or even acknowledge I had said anything. I asked again "was that not it?" Referring to the price. And still left in complete silence! The young lady sitting at the computer by the door broke the awkward silence and complimented me on how wonderful my skin looked after my facial. This was my first time to this location. Made an appointment for a 60-minute, Swedish massage with Ikeana D. She was awesome! I will be back! Ikeana used just the right amount of pressure and paid attention to the areas I marked on my information form. The front desk staff were very nice. The process went smoothly, the atmosphere was relaxing and all the areas I saw were neat and clean. There was no pressure to purchase a membership or anything extra, which I appreciated. I love love love this place. I've been getting massages at Massage Heights Towne Lake since June, and have tried multiple therapist. Each one has been fantastic, ranging in strengths. They offer incredible deep tissue and sports massage. Some therapist are really good with stretching, which is something I definitely need to do more often. The therapist are well educated and trained in their craft and have so much knowledge on the body and how to get it to feel good. This retreat is very clean and quiet and super relaxing. It's probably the most relaxing Massage retreat I've ever been. I absolutely look forward to getting my monthly massage. read more

I've NEVER paid this much at this location before even after the introductory promotion no longer applied. The cashier even shorted me my $1 change but I was too pissed off to ask for it. My massage therapist was awesome, but $99 for an hour? No thanks. You lost this customer for good. Make sure what you tell people on the phone is what you stand by.
