Tracy gave me the best Swedish massage! I asked for firm pressure and it was so relaxing but also worked out knots in my muscles. I was literally snoring because I fell asleep a few times haha. I just recently visited this location this past Monday and Joe was my licensed therapist. He was amazing btw! Since this was my first visit to this location, he asked me questions to personalize my session for the day. We talked about areas I wanted to target (neck/ shoulders where I carry all of my tension) and he did an assessment prior to starting my massage. I learned my lower back is also a place where I hold tension and didn't realize that. I've recently starting running again and haven't been stretching as I should and know that my leg muscles have been pretty tense. Joe effectively got out the knots in my neck shoulders and lower back. I also added on a revitalizing foot scrub and it was very nice. I left feeling relaxed and recharged. Joe was kind and professional and I've already scheduled my next appointment with him. I didn't take any pictures this time. But this location is clean and the ambiance is relaxing. The front desk staff are also professional and knowledgeable. I was able to check in and out with ease. I'm looking forward to my monthly massages here. read more

I've had a few treatments at this location with a combo of great therapists and good ones. I recently had a facial with Yesmeen and she was terrific. I had an appointment on Sunday, June 8th however I was sick throughout the morning on that day. Once I contacted Massage Heights as soon as they opened to let them know I wasn't able to come in. Since I do not have a doctor's note saying I was unable to go to Massage I will not get a credit back because I didnt cancel in a timely manner. I understand the therapist will not get paid and it was blocked however I had plans to reschedule. I believe it is wrong for them to say I can't get my credit back because I am protecting the clients and the company by not coming in since I was not sure what was wrong. I will not recommend this company and since they are a franchise the corporate won't do anything about it. read more

I had a bad experience with this location. (The locations are independently owned.) I wrote a negative review elsewhere, due to the fact that they routinely change my appointment time, then notify me by text and require me to call if it doesn't work. I missed my appointment, because they changed the time, once, and they charged me a no show. I would pay the no-show if I had missed an appointment I scheduled, but missing one they rescheduled without my request, was frustrating. As a result, the location has banned me from booking there. It is angering, and retaliatory. They can do what they wish, of course, but I feel it's terrible behavior, all around. read more

After patronizing this business for nearly 5 years I had an extremely unexpected customer experience I wanted to share. I had a monthly membership and had built up some extra credits I wasn't able to use. I was working on it, but wasn't getting there. When I approached the front desk staff and explained the situation, they shared that I could put my account on hold for $10/month to use up what I had already paid for. She actually said, "No problem at all. This happens a lot." I sent an e-mail to the e-mail address provided and I got a note back from Mike. I'd dealt with Mike before and he had put my account on hold in the past with no fees at all. Surprisingly this time he said the option to stop charging my account monthly until I could use up my existing credits wasn't available. I responded with a couple of questions about options and without answering either of my direct questions, Mike proceded to close my account. He said they would charge my account once more, which he said was in the contract I signed and that I had 90 days to use both the credits I had already paid for in previous months and also the ones they would soon be charging me for the next month. I plan to use up my remaining credits, but wanted to warn others to be very hesitant about signing up for the monthly credit purchase at this franchise location. This interaction with Management could have been handled in so many other ways, but it was not. This is definitely not was I expected from a business whose primary service is to help people relax through massage. I'd strongly recommend that you pass this franchise location by and look into patronizing some of the many other massage places in Central Houston. What an awful way to end a nearly 5-year customers' experience. I'll be looking for another source for my future massage needs, but will be sure to find one that values customer loyalty. read more

Very disappointed in the back end customer service of this organization. I'm addition to increasing my rate without notice, they would not accept a15 day cancellation instead of 30, and when I offered to settle for the rate I was paying and signed with them less the additional fee from the month prior to settle this account, they went ahead and charged me the full amount without ever responding to my last email. To make matters worse, I cannot even conveniently use my credits because they are limited on maternity skilled massage therapists. I otherwise would say, it is hit or miss on good therapists there and they overcharge for all the add ons. There are much better massage deals and spas out there. The girl who tried to make an appointment for me was just AWFUL. The non-introductory prices are not listed online, so I simply called to ask about prices and options. She mentioned that there was a promo for that day only if I spend $100 I'll get $25 giftcard. I said okay that's fine but can I get prices on these services first. She was so desperate to sign me up for this promo that she kept giving me incorrect information, asked me for my name and number multiple times, got the dates mixed up, and ultimately told me I wasn't allowed to use my previous $40 giftcard credit to use towards my massage to get the promo she was pushing so hard for. GET. IT. TOGETHER. GIRL. The non-introductory prices are honestly not worth it for non-members. $60 for 20 minutes and $120 for 1 hour. An extra $24 just to include a face massage within your booked time (no extra time added). The only reason I even called was because I had leftover credit on my old giftcard, but now I have no intention of trying to use that credit because I would still pay more for a massage here vs going somewhere else. read more

After confirming my appointment, gift card number, and amex details over the phone for a massage at 7:30pm, I get to the spa only to be told they booked someone else and had no idea what i was talking about; saying her manager left so there was not much she could do.
