I'm having a hard time trying to understand why this location would have any less than four stars. I had a great experience here. My masseuse, Naomi, did a fantastic job with my 90 minute Swedish massage. I came across Massage Heights on my Tollmate app through toll-perks as there was a 60% off promotion going on for any 60 or 90 minute massage or facial for first time guests. The only real opportunity for improvement I see is for the phone line. On the toll perks promotion, it explicitly states to call to book your appointment, but I had to call on four separate occasions before my phone call was picked up. However, this really isn't that big of a deal to me though because at the end of the day, the massage was great and the people there were super kind. I definitely recommend this location. Also, sidenote: I noticed someone's review stating that their paperwork ran in to their appointment time, but the gal who booked my appointment over the phone explicitly stated to show up at least 15 minutes early so the paperwork would not run into my appointment time so it's not like you aren't given advance notice. read more

I find it creepy and inappropriate that she called me. The masseuses are wonderful. What is severely lacking is the front office staff and the manager. The manager is rude and condescending. Both the manager and front office staff have told me conflicting and wrong information on multiple occasions. Get your massages elsewhere. read more

Purchased the massage as a gift for my girlfriend. She arrived at the designated time, but was told to complete some information on a tablet, which took about 10 mins. Afterwards, she was led into a room where she waited for 5 mins (taking her about 15 mins into her appointed time). The masseuse told her she would not be getting a 60 min massage, but a 45 min one. She asked why not a full 60 mins, and was told she was already 15 mins into her appointed time. She was then given a "shoddy" massage (less than 5 mins on each body part), and told to get dressed. She asked about the hot stone therapy she was supposed to receive with the Groupon deal, and she was told they did not have time to do it, and she could schedule a time to PAY for another massage, and she would get the hot stone therapy for free. She did not want to pay for another massage. She only wanted what was initially paid for. After checking the reviews for the establishment, she found that this is a standard procedure of the business. (Start the session after the alloted time, and "forgetting" to perform the additional elevations). She then calls the store to speak with the manager, who was not available at the time. She was told this was not the "norm" for the business. That the issue of people not getting the entire time set aside for the massage, and the customer not receive any additional elevations was something practiced with the previous management, and not the current. (Even though the current employees did the exact thing that was described in the reviews). I would NOT suggest using this establishment. In my opinion, they appear to be dishonest, and do not honor the deals they post on Groupon. read more

I would not recommend going here. First of all, our time was cut from 60 minutes to 50 minutes because they were behind, we sat in the waiting room 15 minutes early and still didn't get called back until 10 minutes after our appointment was scheduled for. The staff was friendly, but they really want you to sign up for a monthly plan. You can't just go in and enjoy yourself without being pressured into setting up a payment plan. And the massages were not the best but not the worst either. ESPECIALLY DO NOT go here if you're looking for a couples massage. The massage therapists are silently lip talking to each other the entire time and it adds a lot of stress to what is supposed to be to be a stress free environment. Also while they're trying to silently communicate you can tell it takes their attention away from giving the massage. I could go on and on about this negative experience but you get the point. read more

Went a third time to a new masseuse and it was INCREDIBLE so I'm still giving 4 stars instead of 3. This one started on time and even ended a few minutes later. I bought a Groupon for a date night couples massage for me and my boyfriend. Let's just say $130 wasted. After reading other reviews, I verified with 1) the person who booked me 2) the person who checked us in and 3) the massage therapist herself to make sure they had 1 person who could do medium-firm pressure for my boyfriend. He would've preferred firm, but all they could do was one person medium, and one was medium-firm. Fine. I also tend to prefer firm pressure but I'll take the medium pressure since he was experiencing some back muscle pain that we hoped would get massaged out. We verified with the therapist, and she even asked my boyfriend if medium firm pressure was okay. My massage was okay, she rushed through parts that I told her to focus on. I didn't hear his therapist ask him one question. After they left, my boyfriend came over to me to tell me how bad of an experience his massage was. He said she barely touched him and wouldn't even consider it medium pressure, he demonstrated on me and it was lighter than how I was massaged. She missed random parts of him, did one foot and not the other. And it didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. We told the receptionist about our experience, and she apologized and said that a manager will call us to correct the situation. I gave these people 8 days to call us before I called today. I called at noon, and asked for a manager. The person on the phone told me they were out and they'll be back in the afternoon. I said "what's your managers name?" She told me Tiffany. 5 hours go by and nothing. I call again, and was told this time that the managers work until 1, and that they already left for the day. Are you kidding me. I shouldn't have to do all this for a terrible massage? These people clearly don't care about their customers. If you want a massage at a place where no one gives a crap, and where you'll barely get massaged- then this the place for you. I want a refund. Today is day 13 that I've been trying to get a refund on a charge I wasn't even in the building for. On 4/10 Laney (receptionist) charged my fiance on his card for the tip, and then charged my card $99.99 for a membership. My fiance did not sign up for a membership nor is there any paperwork confirming he at least signed some document/contract. Tiffany (the manager) had Audrey (receptionist, who's the best btw!) inform me on Saturday that when they charged my card it was on a different card system from what they currently have.. which is interesting as I noticed the charge on 4/12 and I immediately went to the business to get this sorted. And to let me know that there's no way for them to refund me and I have to try and go thru my credit card company. Must be great for them to steal from you then claim 'different system'. And the real kicker? Chase said my card info was manually entered in for that transaction! read more

I love this place. I actually drive further to go to this location because the front desk is organized and nice. I think several of the therapist there are amazing. However, I love James. I hesitate to say this because he already keeps a full schedule. He does a great sports massage. I personally prefer a deep tissue massage. Always makes me feel better and relaxed. read more

On October 28, I booked a spa treatment for myself and my mom (for her birthday) today, November 17. My facial was scheduled for 11:30 and my mom's massage was scheduled for Noon. From 10/28 on, I received several automated reminders about my appts. At 11:05 today I received a call from the spa asking if I was going to make my 11am facial. I told the young lady on the other end that my appt was actually at 11:30 and she insisted that their system had me down for 11. I pulled over to double check my appt time and sure enough--11:30. I called back and spoke to Michelle, who I was told was the spa manager. Michelle explained that since I booked 2 back to back treatments under my name, their system registered me as one client instead of 2 so my appt was pushed back to 11am but no one ever bothered to notify me of the appt time change. Michelle was extremely condescending and took no accountability for the mix up; in fact she blamed me, then blamed the system for the snafu. About 2 hours later, she did call back and said she investigated the matter and acknowledged that their system was the issue. She offered me an "add on" service if I wanted to rebook. But seriously? Why on earth would I want to rebook at a spa where everyone is rude and points fingers. The whole thing was handled poorly and I really hope all customers are not treated this way. If I could give zero stars, I would; but 1 star, it is. read more

I took my boyfriend here for our anniversary. The staff was amazing and even had us sign on iPads asking us where we would like to be massaged and how strong we wanted. The 2 masseuses greeted us and asked how strong we wanted it to be. I said medium to firm and my boyfriend said the strongest level. Unfortunately, it was like they didn't even try. The strength of the massage we received was equivalent to someone just applying lotion. I even asked the person massaging me to go harder and still no power. It was like they haven't eaten all day and had no energy. Secondly, I paid for a 60 minute and we probably received a 45 minute massage. I went in, for a full body massage, my legs and arms have just been sore lately and I put that in my paperwork and as well told the therapist this as well. Of course my neck is sore and mentioned that- but I've NEVER IN MY LIFE been told a therapist is just going to work on one portion of my body? I was pissed. Didn't even touch my arms or legs. Lmao I'm never going back. I still tipped, not 20% but 15% and will never return. Such a bad massage experience and I didn't even think that was possible. I am mostly sedentary due to work and a medical condition. As a result my hip flexors, Glutes and back muscles are very tight and it is usually difficult for me to stand up straight. The day after my massage my posture was improved and I no longer stooped over while walking as Eden completely relaxed the muscles. I went to Massage Heights for the first time yesterday and would give my massage therapist, Cristy, 10 stars if I could. I have substantial neck and shoulder tension and a stressful life (don't we all), and I've thus sought plenty of massages around the city through the years. Never have I enjoyed a massage so much and left feeling absolutely relaxed and ache-free. This is significant, because until my massage yesterday, I'd believed that I had to endure uncomfortable massages if I wanted to get rid of the knots and loosen the muscles. Cristy, my massage therapist, proved me wrong! She was able to work the muscles and free the knots with minimal discomfort, followed by such bliss that I wish I could have extended the massage another hour (or two.) Massage Heights seems to be the next Massage Envy. There's a couple of things I liked about them more and just some overall feedback. 1) product The product is more in line with essential oils I already know and love. It's gorgeously designed and they offer it with your massage. 2) pricing Comparable to massage envy. Single massage non-member prices are higher, but there's really no reason not to become a member. 3) bedding I love the bedding far more here! First, it's heavy! It kept me warm and was very plush. Second, they sprayed a wonderful light scent on it that helped with my massage (I'm sure this is optional) 4) booking Might be because they aren't as popular, but it was so much easier to book with these guys. 5) therapists I know therapists travel around, but I find these guys professional as always. Very important as I am sensitive about being de-clothed and their professionalism is always appreciated. 6) music So much better than some of the music I've heard at massage envy. And it's not as loud, which helped. read more

I have been going to this location for over a year and seeing therapist Charles. He is an elevated "Tier 2" so he's had additional training and experience. I have a very stressful job that requires a lot of travel and Charles has been able to keep me fairly knot free from planes, trains, and automobiles. Highly recommend this place! read more

Worst massage place ever. I am seriously not sure why this place got so many reviews. I was faked by the reviews and went in for a prenatal massage. I was late by 8 mins. They said it is going to be an hour massage but the massage was completed in half hour. They should have atleast warned me that this is going to happen because I'm a little late. When I asked the massage therapist about the very short massage, she said this is how much we do and the total time includes the time of check in, dress change and everything else. I was like what! I would never go again to this place. There are so many massage therapy place in town who respects customers and their reason for coming in.Totally disappointed with the service. read more

The massage therapist are good. However, I pay for an hour massage and get usually 40-45 minutes. And I use a timer to actually see if they get close to an hour and the few times I've been there they haven't. I can tell when the massage therapist is hurrying to finish up and it's not relaxing. So my wife's birthday came and since I had previously signed up for the monthly plan, I had accumulated a few hours that I could not use. I called ahead and was advised that I could donate one hour to my wife and I made an appointment to visit. BIG MISTAKE! When we entered the establishment, the receptionist seemed a little snotty, but we bit the bullet since it was my wife's birthday. After entering, I realized I forgot my wallet and ran to the car. During this time, my wife received compliments about her shoes and purse. No biggie. I inquired about the hour from my credits that would go to my wife and everything was okay. We go to the back and I'm asked about my trouble spots, and I let the masseuse know. They leave, I'm on the cold table and they come back in to massage my wife and I. The masseuse did not pay any attention to the area I specified, the massage did not last an hour (i timed) and although my wife received a full body. The last I had really only gave me a back rub. My wife had her legs massaged and all, but the lady I had barely did my arms. I get ready to leave and keep in mind I was told I could donate an hour to my wife(on more than one occasion). When I got ready to check out, the policy changed immediately and my wife alone was $200. I felt like a deer in headlights as the subscription service was pushed ridiculously hard and I really feel like I was taken advantage of. How did we go from having credits to not having credits. I'm given a bs story about Hippa regulations, but little did they know my wife is an RN and knows that this has nothing to do with regulations as no heath information is exchanged. I believe when my wife was complimented about her expensive taste, we were sized up to be lined up. It was all a lie to upsell. Guys, the subscription service is bs and once you get the service, you will be given a hassle when you try to cancel. Nothing is consistent and I wish I never visited the Eldorado location. The credits are nothing because the massages do not last an hour. read more
