They're twice a yr and have 12 shows each time. I play the matriarch of a family so I need a certain type of wig. I want a good wig. I went home and worked on my expensive wig I previously bought 3 yrs ago somewhere else, that I thought needed replacing, but it came back to life! Yay! I'm glad I didn't spend the money. I gave one star because I felt insulted and not taken seriously. They also talked down to me like they were doing me a favor for having wigs to begin with. Customer repor was a one star.
